Humans can only try but God is the one who decides, when the government is full of optimism with economic growth which since 2016 – 2019 has been sharply corrected not in line with expectations, although many doubt it because it is too dreaming in the midst of the world's economic downturn and macro and micro indicators that are not supportive . At the end of 2019 the world was shocked by a humanitarian disaster, namely Covid-19 which started from Wuhan, China and spread throughout the world. Many observers say that Covid19 has spread to Indonesia but the government denies it and many ministers underestimate it and even make it a very unfunny joke.It was only on March 2, 2020 that the government announced that Covid19 had entered Indonesia. The government began to panic especially the people, people stormed shopping centers so that basic commodities became scarce even if they were available, the prices were very expensive, health products disappeared from the market because there were many inappropriate purchases and many people hoarded them in the hope of getting high profits. The government seems to be in a dilemma between the economy or the safety of its people, both of which are very important, especially since Indonesia's economic growth is largely influenced by public consumption. Now that we have entered the second year of Covid19, there are no signs that mean that covid19 will disappear in the world and especially in Indonesia on June 10-16, 2021, the surge affected by Covid19 is getting crazier, even as if it is out of control at the athlete's house in Jakarta, the occupancy is approaching 80%. has exceeded the limits set by the WHO, West Java, Central Java and East Java. The higher spike makes people more nervous and makes it more difficult to survive.

Land acquisition for public purposes, including for the construction of railroad infrastructure, is a matter that is proposed by all countries in the world. The Indonesian government or the Malaysian royal government needs land for railroad infrastructure development. To realize this, a regulation was made that became the legal umbrella for the government or royal government. The people must agree to regulations that require it. Land acquisition for public use in Malaysia can be completed quickly in Indonesia. The influencing factor is the different perceptions of the understanding of what are in the public interest, history and legal systems of the two countries as well as the people's reaction from the two countries

High levels of unemployment can increase the amount of crime and increase social unrest. If examined further, from an economic standpoint, if many foreign and local investments are realized then job opportunities are wide open for the people in the area and other regions so that people's income rises by itself. The government is trying to create vocational education that aims to produce a quality and superior workforce in all sectors. Investment activities are the use of a sum of money in the hope of obtaining benefits and can plan their financing and implementation as a unit of activity within a certain period of time. This paper intends to explore further about the widow empowerment activities carried out by the Women Farmers Group (KWT) located in Giri Mulyo Village, Kayu Aro Barat District, Kerinci Regency. As it is known, KWT Pelangi Kopi aims to improve the lives of the people of Giri Mulyo Village by prioritizing women who are widows. KWT Pelangi Kopi focuses its activities on local agricultural products, such as coffee, oranges, and turquoise eggplants. Agricultural products are processed into various products to sell, so that it can increase the income of the members. This community is important and interesting to study, because the activities / programs they run are closely related to the poverty alleviation agenda and improving people's welfare which is an important agenda of the government, even in all countries in the world. This community has become even more interesting because its members are only women and are also managed by women. Thus, besides being related to poverty and welfare issues, this community is also closely related to women's empowerment.

For the Japanese people, the remote work policy which aims to break the chain of the spread of the Corona-19 Virus is a cultural dilemma, because it clashes with the work culture of the people who have a strong work ethic. But in fact, Japan's economic recession rate is not as bad as other developed countries, such as America, China, and Korea. The death rate from Covid-19 is very low. Currently, Japan has started to return to the normal national economy. The mystery behind it all in Japan is the factor of superior immunity or cultural superiority. The assumption is, if because of the cultural superiority factor, what are the basic values that underlie the formation of behavior and culture of Japanese society. This philosophical qualitative study aims to examine philosophical strategies: what are the basic values that underlie the way Japanese people think and behave in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, how to properly solve problems (epistemology), and what normative rules are used to give direction to achieve goals (axiology). Through philosophical descriptive methods, this research can reveal the philosophical values (ontological, epistemological, axiological) behind social phenomena in Japanese society. The results of the study show that Japanese people hold firmly to the value of discipline as an ontological footing, the samurai is used as a way to solve problems, the value of harmony as a normative rule that gives direction to the achievement of goals. The benefits of this research provide enlightenment for the community about understanding the basic problems in society that are often neglected, while many people only focus on the surface of the problem that causes failure to understand.
