The nurse shortage crisis is caused by the high turnover of nurses related to management practices that were not running optimally. Anticipatory efforts are critical to increase nurse retention by increasing self-motivation and work environment to increase job satisfaction on nurses as an impact. This study aimed to provide empirical evidence of the effect of self-motivation and work environment on nurse retention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used quantitative research with survey methods using questionnaires. The unit of analysis was a group of nurses PK 1 as many as 61 people. Data analysis used path analysis with multiple linear regression as the data analysis technique. Results showed that self-motivation and work environment had a significant effect on nurse retention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The variables of self-motivation and work environment each had a significant effect on job satisfaction. The variables of self-motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction each had a significant effect on nurse retention. The findings indicate that employees are dissatisfied with the work environment, both physical and non-physical, as well as the compensation and rewards provided by the company. We suggest to the hospital to give awards in the form of bonuses or incentives to nurses in accordance with work assessments. We also suggest for further research to examine more deeply about the four variables in this study with other research subjects to compare with the results of the research

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, organizational characteristics and job characteristics on job satisfaction of employees / teachers of SUPM Negeri Pariaman. This type of research is a causative quantitative research. The sample used was 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, with the help of the SPSS version 16 program. Based on the statistical analysis used, the results are: 1) individual characteristics have no effect on job satisfaction of employees / teachers of SUPM Negeri Pariaman, 2) organizational characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction of SUPM Negeri Pariaman employees / teachers, and 3) job characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction of SUPM Negeri Pariaman teachers. The contribution value of the influence of individual characteristics, organizational characteristics and job characteristics on job satisfaction is 53.8%, while the remaining 46.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the leadership of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the performance of Madrasah teachers in Lingsar District of West Lombok Regency in 2021. This research is quantitative research using survey methods. The population in this study is all teachers in madrasah-Ibtidaiyah in Lingsar district of West Lombok Regency which amounted to 102 teachers. This research sample amounted to 50 teachers spread across Ibtidaiyah madrassa of Lingsar District of West Lombok Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is regression analysis, both simple regression and double regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the leadership of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Kacamatan Lingsar West Lombok Regency with a contribution of 57%.

This study aims to determine the perception of parents in choosing television programs for the moral development of elementary school children in Kuok, Simpang pawuo hamlet, terap island village RT 04 RW 02. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research, the research subjects are parents of elementary school students who reside lives in Simpang pawuo hamlet RT 02 RW 04. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. By calculating the percentage of anget yields that were carried out in the Simpnag Pawuo hamlet, Terap Island, Kuok, Kampar, Riua. the percentage of the questionnaire performance on each indicator is more than 70%. On the result of the percentage indicator. With the percentage of indicators of Opinion 87.2, Response 83.51%, Meaning 80.75% and Perception 77.49%. First, parents must provide direction and understanding to children about the shows to be watched, as well as provide assistance and explanations, Both parents must provide supervision to the child so that the child will be careful in choosing television shows. Third, provide guidance to children so they want to. watching television shows that educate and uphold moral values so that children can minimize the activities of watching television shows that are not useful, The four admonitions and strict sanctions from parents will provide a deterrent effect when children watch television shows that are not educational, thus parents can direct the child to watch shows that can improve the moral reasoning of junior high school aged children in Simpang Pawuo Hamlet RT 04 RW 02 Pulau Terap Village, Kuok District.

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction,  the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction,the influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation together on job satisfaction This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are Mathematic teachers. The sample of the study was 75  teachers.Data collection was done by using questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used is regression technique supported by T test, path analysis test and classical assumption test with SPSS 20.00 for windows application. The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 shows that there is no positive and significant influence between transformational leadership to job satisfaction. There is no positive and significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on job satisfaction. And There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction at mathematics Teachers

This study aims: (1) To test organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (2) To test job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (3) To test organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously affect turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. This research was conducted at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. There were 78 respondents who were selected as samples using the Slovin formula and random sampling techniques. The research method uses survey methods and types of quantitative research. While the nature of this research includes explanatory research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using the IBM Version 24 SPSS program. The results of the study are: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted; (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted; (3) Organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted. This research is motivated by the high turnover among Y and Z generation caused by the level of. work stress caused by workload and unclear work procedures. This study aimed to determine job satisfaction as a mediator of the relationship between work stress and turnover intention. This study used quantitative methods with full sampling and respondents as many as 65 employees. The data analysis technique was performed using SEM test with WarpPLS 7.0 software. Based on the test, results showed that work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction is evident to be intervening variable.

The purpose of this study is to determine the reliability, assurance, empathy can affect consumer satisfaction for Gojek for students of Cokroaminoto University Yogyakarta. The method used by the writer is survey research method. The method used in research conducted in direct observation of a symptom in a large or small population. Quantitative research is a research method that is descriptive in nature and uses more analysis, while quantitative research is research that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects in a holistic manner. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and a list of questions. The types of data collected are primary and secondary. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis, which is data that can be measured in a numerical scale (numbers). The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis which consists of editing, coding, tabulating, quantitative analysis which consists of a reliability test, a validity test and a classic assumption deviation test. Based on the results of this study, the variables of reliability, assurance and empathy in online motorcycle taxi transportation are Fh> Ft or 25,383> 2.70 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that it has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the more dominant influence on customer satisfaction is the assurance variable (assurance), namely 3.058

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, and the work environment on organizational commitment of Malikussaleh University with job satisfaction as intervening variable. This research is Quantitative research. The instrument of data collection is using questioner. Determination of respondents using Census techniques. Census is a sample determination technique that takes the entire population into samples. The population in this study was 158 employees at the University of Malikussaleh. The sample in this study that can be used amounted to 153 people while others are not in return. Data analysis using SPSS with path analysis and test sobel. The results of data analysis obtained work discipline, and work environment organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction Malikussaleh University employees. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and compensation on employee job satisfaction in the East Aceh Regency Environmental Service, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study, the research subjects were all employees at the East Aceh Regency Environmental Service, totaling 55 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis tools use multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between work environment on job satisfaction, there was a positive and significant effect between compensation on job satisfaction, there was a positive and significant simultaneous effect between work environment and compensation on job satisfaction.   Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect leadership style, motivation, and work environment for job satisfaction. The sampling method in this study use probability sampling. Sample in this research is 100 employee on PT. Niagamas Lestari Gemilang in Jakarta. Data collection technique is done by deviding quisioner. Data analysis technique used SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this study is leadership style, and work environment have significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and motivation have insignificant positive effect on job satisfaction. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasaan kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probabilitas sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT. Niagamas Lesatari Gemilang yang berada di Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kerja, dan motivasi mempunyai pengaruh postif yang tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
