The purpose of this study is to determine the reliability, assurance, empathy can affect consumer satisfaction for Gojek for students of Cokroaminoto University Yogyakarta. The method used by the writer is survey research method. The method used in research conducted in direct observation of a symptom in a large or small population. Quantitative research is a research method that is descriptive in nature and uses more analysis, while quantitative research is research that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects in a holistic manner. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and a list of questions. The types of data collected are primary and secondary. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis, which is data that can be measured in a numerical scale (numbers). The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis which consists of editing, coding, tabulating, quantitative analysis which consists of a reliability test, a validity test and a classic assumption deviation test. Based on the results of this study, the variables of reliability, assurance and empathy in online motorcycle taxi transportation are Fh> Ft or 25,383> 2.70 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that it has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the more dominant influence on customer satisfaction is the assurance variable (assurance), namely 3.058

Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan sosial untuk menurunkan kecemasan karyawan akibat Covid-19 pada CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru; dan (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial untuk menurunkan kecemasan karyawan akibat Covid-19 pada CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru yang berjumlah 41 orang. Mengingat jumlah populasi relatif kecil, yaitu di bawah 100, maka seluruh anggota populasi diambil semua sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment pearson dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19; dan (2) Dukungan sosial perpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19. Berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan artinya jika dukungan sosial meningkat, maka akan menyebabkan kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19 akan menurun. Variabel kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19 dijelaskan oleh variabel dukungan sosial sebesar 43,7%, sedangkan sisanya 56,3% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain di luar model yang tidak diteliti.   Kata Kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Kecemasan, Covid-19.   Abstact : The objectives of this study were: (1) To analyze the relationship between social support to reduce employee anxiety due to Covid-19 at CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru; and (2) To analyze the effect of social support to reduce employee anxiety due to Covid-19 at CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru, amounting to 41 people. Considering the relatively small population, which is below 100, all members of the population are taken as the research sample. The data analysis technique used in this study used Pearson product moment correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there was a relationship between social support and anxiety in facing Covid-19; and (2) Social support has a negative and significant effect on anxiety in facing Covid-19. It has a negative and significant effect, meaning that if social support increases, it will cause anxiety to face Covid-19 to decrease. The variable of anxiety facing Covid-19 is explained by the social support variable of 43.7%, while the remaining 56.3% is explained by other causes outside the model that were not studied..   Keywords: Social Support, Anxiety, Covid-19.

This study aims to improve mastery of dexterity gymnastics through playing approaches and assistive media in physical education learning for students. This research method uses a classroom action research method with research subjects namely students of class II SD Negeri 44 Ampenan. The research instrument used observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the play approach and assistive media can increase interest, activeness, and dexterity gymnastics for the second grade students of SD Negeri 44 Ampenan.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the internet on learning motivation and whether there is an influence of the internet on the learning interest of students in Class XI IPA at SMAN 1 Ciampel. This research activity was carried out online using the google form application with the address in November 2021. The research subjects were students of SMAN 1 Ciampel and the sample used was class XI IPA class 2020. The research method in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Collecting data using 3 instruments, namely, first, the influence of the internet, the second is students' learning motivation and the third is students' interest in learning. The reliability test of the instrument obtained Cronbah's Alpha value of 0.880 for the influence of the internet, 0.915 for learning motivation and 0.862 for interest in learning. The data analysis technique used in this study is a description of the data using the mean while for the influence factor using regression. The results showed that the influence of internet media on students' learning motivation has a very strong relationship and the influence of internet media on students' interest in learning also has a very strong relationship as well. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh internet terhadap motivasi belajar dan adakah pengaruh internet terhadap minat belajar peserta didik Kelas XI IPA di SMAN 1 Ciampel. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan secara online menggunakan bantuan aplikasi google form pada bulan November 2021. Subjek penelitiannya adalah peserta didik SMAN 1 Ciampel dan sampel yang digunakan adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPA angkatan 2020. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian desktiptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Pengumpulan data menggunakan 3 instrumen yaitu pertama, intrumen pengaruh internet, kedua motivasi belajar peserta didik dan ketiga adalah minat belajar peserta didik. Uji coba reliabilitas instrumen didapatkan nilai Alpha Cronbah sebesar 0,880 untuk pengaruh internet, 0,915 untuk motivasi belajar dan 0,862 untuk minat belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Deskripsi data menggunakan mean sedangkan untuk faktor pengaruh menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh media internet terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat serta pengaruh media internet terhadap minat belajar siswa juga memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat pula.

This study aims to determine the perception of parents in choosing television programs for the moral development of elementary school children in Kuok, Simpang pawuo hamlet, terap island village RT 04 RW 02. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research, the research subjects are parents of elementary school students who reside lives in Simpang pawuo hamlet RT 02 RW 04. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. By calculating the percentage of anget yields that were carried out in the Simpnag Pawuo hamlet, Terap Island, Kuok, Kampar, Riua. the percentage of the questionnaire performance on each indicator is more than 70%. On the result of the percentage indicator. With the percentage of indicators of Opinion 87.2, Response 83.51%, Meaning 80.75% and Perception 77.49%. First, parents must provide direction and understanding to children about the shows to be watched, as well as provide assistance and explanations, Both parents must provide supervision to the child so that the child will be careful in choosing television shows. Third, provide guidance to children so they want to. watching television shows that educate and uphold moral values so that children can minimize the activities of watching television shows that are not useful, The four admonitions and strict sanctions from parents will provide a deterrent effect when children watch television shows that are not educational, thus parents can direct the child to watch shows that can improve the moral reasoning of junior high school aged children in Simpang Pawuo Hamlet RT 04 RW 02 Pulau Terap Village, Kuok District.

In accordance with PP No. 8 of 2012 and the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 73 of 2013 requires universities to implement a curriculum that refers to the IQF. In the PGMI study program, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang has implemented a curriculum system that refers to the KKNI. This study aims to determine the application of the curriculum referring to the KKNI in the PGMI study program of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Where in this study, researchers look for sources of descriptive data in the form of words or opinions from research subjects. Data collection was carried out by interview and observation methods. The analysis technique of data collection, presentation and conclusion. Data analysis was carried out on data collection and after all were collected. The results show that in general the KKNI curriculum has been implemented in the PGMI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang study program which is decent and good.

The study aims to determine the influence of price and process on customer satisfaction at Instamie Cafe in Bandung either simultaneously or partially. The research method used is descriptive and verificative with sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and questionnaire distribution. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, multiple correlation and coefficient of determination. The result shows that price of Instamie Cafe was too expensive and less service process and customer did not satisfy. Price and service process contribute to consumer satisfaction at Instamie Cafe. Based on the coefficient of partial determination, this study shows that the process gives greater influence on customer satisfaction than price.

A brand trust that has been highly expected by consumers indicates the brandimage of the product is also high, thus moving consumers to make a purchase ofa product. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a crosssectional design. The sampling technique in this study used convenience sidetechniques with 100 respondents. The data collection method used a closedquestionnaire and the analysis technique used is PLS. The results showed thatproduct quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and repurchasedecision. Brand trust has a positive effects on customer satisfaction but has noeffect on repurchase decision. Consumer satisfaction has a positive effect onrepurchase decision. Consumer satisfaction mediates product quality and brandtrust on the repurchases decision of wedang uwuh halal.

The purpose of this research is to compare perceptions of service quality and consumer satisfaction of online transportation services in South Sumatra, with a Case Study of Go-Jek Consumers, Go-Ride Service Users and Grab Consumers, Grabbike Service Users. This research is a comparative study. Information about the research is obtained from data collection techniques that have been carried out on research subjects, namely users of Go-Jek (GoRide) and Grab (Grabbike). The population in this study ware people who had used Go-Jek and Grab, while the study sample was 100 respondents. The Paired Sample T-Test is a data analysis technique in this study using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 application.The results showed that there was no significant difference between Go-Ride Service Quality and Grabbike Service Quality, and there was a significant difference between Go-Ride Consumer Satisfaction and Grabbike Consumer Satisfaction.
