The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on theresults of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is toimprove product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality ofcontent and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providingstandards of service to consumers. .Keywords: Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, SWOT

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Kata Kunci : Farmasi, Analisis SWOT ABSTRACT The hospital is an institution health care providers, Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy. Abstract: Integrated One-Stop School Evaluation Using Analysis SWOT-Analytic NetworkProcess (Case Study in Purwakarta Regency). One way to reduce dropout rates is through aSekolah Satu Atap Terpadu. One of the regencies in West Java that has organized a SekolahSatu Atap Terpadu as well as the object of this research is Purwakarta regency. By using SWOTAnalyticNetwork Process(ANP)analysis, thisstudyseekstoevaluatewhile providingalternativepolicies for the development of Sekolah Satu Atap Terpadu in Purwakarta regency. The data inthis study were obtained by filling out questionnaires by respondents online through Google Form,where respondents were actors who were directly involved in the implementation of a SekolahSatu Atap Terpadu. From the analysis results obtained Strengths and Threats occupy the highestvalue. Strengths include students could continue their education up to junior high school level andlocal government supports both in terms of budget and curriculum. While Threats, among others,school management has become more complex and the delegation of authority from the central andregional governments is not clear. Therefore, the ST strategy can be used as an alternative policyin increasing Strengths and minimizing Threats.Keywords: Sekolah Satu Atap Terpadu; SWOT Analysis; Analytic Network Process (ANP).

Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. This paper aims at locating the relationship between gender and resource management, especially the indigenous knowledge system of women for natural resource management of the Kondh tribe of Nayagarh district, Odisha. The Kondh live within the forest and they are highly dependent on forest for maintaining their livelihood. Specifically, women, who take family and community responsibilities, usually go through a continuous struggle from inside the family, as well as from the outside. Further, this study explains the case of the community’s role in maintaining the forest through social unrest. This work further intends to study how government policies, particularly forest policy, affect indigenous Kondh, when the destruction of natural resources has been increasing, and how women raise voices to sustain their environment.

Sumenep is one of the salt producers in Indonesia. The problem experienced by farmers is the production of salt using evaporation by solar energy that depends on the weather and the low price, caused by worse business management. Salt is a potential commodity, because its market is still wide open. This research aims to develop the salt production method and development strategy of salt business in Sumenep Regency by using SWOT analysis. The result of the analysis concludes that the priority of salt development business strategy in Sumenep Regency are: i) Geoisolator technology application strategy to produce good quality of salt; ii) cooperation strategy in group mechanism to build power and increasing the bargaining value of the farmers; iii) capital strengthening strategy through partner cooperatives; iv) broader marketing management management strategies to industrial salt user sectors.

Chinese tourists visit that increase each year have led to numerous impacts on the tourism industries, such as increasing the opportunities to invest in building more accommodation facilities to accommodate the influx. In addition to the development, there are also negative effects caused by it, such as intense competition among service providers to meet the level of occupancy. NDBH as one of the best hotels in Bali is quite keen to see these opportunities, by making advantage of the Chinese tourists visit in Bali. The research was conducted to study their potential room occupancy in NDBH to the viewpoint of academic realm. 2) Perform arguments proofing on negative issue of the scholars’ thinking paradigm on our current tourism concerning the Chinese tourists. By using SWOT analysis it is found out that: 1) The strength of Chinese tourists rely on its huge population, a positive contributions against occupancies, and diverse classification of Chinese tourists, 2) The weaknesses of the Chinese tourists are; they are having lack of Behavior, They speaking influent English, and they tend to make reservation in a short notice, 3) Opportunities of Chinese tourists are; travel agents are distributing many Chinese tourists in Bali making them accessible, and group of Chinese tourists help boost occupancy rates, 4) The threat of Chinese tourists are; it is likely to harm the Cross Culture of the hotel, Chinese travelers are not a loyal customer (Price Oriented), operational processes has hampered hotels, and hotel loss profit on sub-department. Hopefully this research can help interested parties, especially those who deal directly with tourists from China, in order to take appropriate measures and policies in the future.
