Sumenep is one of the salt producers in Indonesia. The problem experienced by farmers is the production of salt using evaporation by solar energy that depends on the weather and the low price, caused by worse business management. Salt is a potential commodity, because its market is still wide open. This research aims to develop the salt production method and development strategy of salt business in Sumenep Regency by using SWOT analysis. The result of the analysis concludes that the priority of salt development business strategy in Sumenep Regency are: i) Geoisolator technology application strategy to produce good quality of salt; ii) cooperation strategy in group mechanism to build power and increasing the bargaining value of the farmers; iii) capital strengthening strategy through partner cooperatives; iv) broader marketing management management strategies to industrial salt user sectors.

This research was conducted to analyze the factual conditions in the milkfish pond business, find out the development business strategy, and compile a business plan for milkfish pond business development. This study uses data analysis methods in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the research the factual business conditions on the technical aspects including pond preparation, fertilizing and eradicating pests, acclimatization and spreading nener, feeding, and harvesting have been going well. In the management aspect which consists of planning, organizing, moving, and supervising according to business functions. In the marketing aspects including marketing mix, marketing channels, marketing margins and ways of payment have been distributed to consumers. In the calculation of short-term and long-term financial aspects it can be concluded that this business is profitable and feasible to run financially. The business development strategy with the SWOT analysis is located in quadrant I, which supports aggressive growth policies using the SO (Strength Opportunities) strategy. The strategy used is to maintain the quality of milkfish, conduct training with field extension workers, utilize natural resources, facilities and infrastructure to support business and optimize this business for the better by looking at financial aspects that are viable.

This research aims to analyze development strategies of siger rice agroindustry.  This research uses a case study method.  The samples are two different siger rice agroindustries and stakeholders on agroindustry. The method of data analysis used are descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of this research showed that, for Wonokarto village, the combination of IFE and EFE values was 1.81 and 1.51, and for Margosari Village was 0.56 and 1.38.  Both combinations in the IE matrix shows that the positions are in quadran, meaning that the agroindustries are in the growth position. The best priority strategies for growing agroindustry are increasing the quality of the product and making an innovation for the product.Key words: development strategy, siger rice, SWOT analysis

This study aims to determine the high feasibility of seaweed farming in Seram Regency, West Part of Maluku Province and to develop an appropriate development strategy in seaweed cultivation in Seram District, West Maluku Province. The analytical method used in this study is the analysis of seaweed farming and SWOT analysis. The main factors that influence the development of seaweed cultivation in Wael Hamlet (Piru Village) and Allang Asaude Village are: 1) The quality of the waters that are still suitable for seaweed cultivation activities, 2) The potential of Offshore Waters is still large enough for development seaweed cultivation business, 3) The method of seaweed cultivation is quite simple, 4) Seaweed cultivation can be done on a small business scale, 5) The high interest of the community to develop seaweed cultivation business, 6) The market demand is quite high for seaweed commodities, 7) Government attention to fisheries management is quite large. By using SWOT analysis in formulating strategies for developing seaweed cultivation business in Wael Hamlet (Piru Village) and Allang Asaude Village, alternative strategic priorities are: 1) Spatial/zoning arrangement of coastal and marine areas with a weight of 0.84 and 2) Increased cultivation bintek (seed selection, maintenance, post-harvest and business management weights 0.56.

The development of information and communication technology which is rapidly increasing now causes changes in people's behavior in shopping. This is supported by the increasing number of online shopping or e-commerce businesses in the community. PT Pos Indonesia as a business entity engaged in sending letters and packages also has considerable opportunities in this business. However, the strength of PT Pos Indonesia at this time cannot be said to be good, because, based on the results of a survey conducted on 30 samples of people and students in the city of Padang showed that only about 7% of people chose PT Pos Indonesia as a courier for shipping goods. This research was conducted to design the right business strategy for PT Pos Indonesia to compete in the package or goods delivery business using Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis. From the results of the strategic plan made, it can be concluded that PT Pos Indonesia Padang is in a good internal and external environment. However, PT Pos Indonesia's position compared to its competitors is weak. Based on Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), the proposed strategy given to PT Pos Indonesia Padang in such company conditions is an intensive strategy.

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the capital budgeting and business feasibility of PT DKA and its development strategy. Research methodology: This research was a qualitive research with a case study approach. The data collection method used was survey research by estimating the project costs, sales data, organizational structure and assignments for each section. The analyzed aspects were the market and its marketing, the management and its organization, and also the financial by using NPV and IRR measurement. The analysis SWOT was for market aspect and its marketing. Results: The business development plan which conducted by PT DKA is based on the market aspect and its marketing, the management and its organization also the financial aspect. The development business strategy in the market and marketing aspect which conducted by PT DKA is the alternative strategy of SWOT analysis. Limitations: The limitiations of this research were not all of the business feasibility aspects were analyzed. In addition it was only conducted at PT DKA. Contribution: This research contributes to affirm that the business is appropriate also as an alternative reference for business negotiation, especially with the investors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the alternative strategy of developing local tourism around Borobudur, one of the world’s heritage as the top choice of foreign and domestic tourists, that focused on developing a variety of alternative tourism infrastructures while preserving the environment that is a millennial-friendly destination that is called Nomadic Tourism in Glamping De Loano, Purworejo, Indonesia. The research took place between June-July 2020 in Glamping De Loano, Purworejo. The chosen methods including documentation, observation, and interviews with local government groups, visitors, and residents.  Glamping De Loano is a new and fresh tourism sensation in Purworejo that can bring millennial tourists and new unique tourism experiences to the area. It is a new early-stage of destination because it has only been operated for less than a year but has many opportunities that can be cultivated and developed. However, most complaints coming from them are regarding narrow and dangerous road infrastructure towards the destination, supporting ecosystem readiness, and conformity of the biophilic material to the environment surrounding. Most interviewers suggest it would be better with improved road infrastructure construction and focus on providing a basic supporting ecosystem. Recommendations are made for developing the Glamping De Loano tourism better to improve the experience of tourists and visitors and to improve the resident’s quality of life. It is hoped that this research may prompt local authorities to take l residents’ perceptions and experiences into account by creating better management measures and regulations. The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on theresults of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is toimprove product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality ofcontent and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providingstandards of service to consumers. .Keywords: Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, SWOT

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Kata Kunci : Farmasi, Analisis SWOT ABSTRACT The hospital is an institution health care providers, Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy. Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. The world market demand for fishery products is increasing even frequently not fulfilled. It required an effort to overcome the problems in fulfilling the demand for fishery products. Types of freshwater fish cultivated for balita fish at UD Suhada is a type of tilapia and goldfish. The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibility of balita fish agribusiness investment in UD Suhada; identify the internal and external factors that influence the development of agribusiness balita fish at UD Suhada; formulate and recommend appropriate alternative development strategies to be applied to agribusiness balita fish at UD Suhada in business development. Methods of data collection using purposive sampling method, is by deliberately selecting the sample to be studied as a respondent. Respondents were selected from the management and the workers UD Suhada. Financial analysis at 14 percent of interest rate and 5 years of project lifetime resulted in feasible decision with Rp1,105,005,110 of NPV; 4.85 of net B/C Ratio; 38.95 percent of IRR, 3 years and 5 month of PBP; and Rp1,522,035,876 or 32.725 kg of BEP. The combination of value IFE EFE values for 2.688 and 2.651 in the IE matrix shows that the position of the business in V (five) cells, that cell growth. Based on the SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis the strategic priorities is to create a diverse variety of products while maintaining the quality of balita fish, extending the range of distribution and marketing, in collaboration with researchers in developing the quality of balta fish products to face competition.Key words: balita fish, business feasibility, agribusiness, business development strategy
