Mawar basecamp in Ungaran mountain is one of the potential tourist destinations in Semarang regency. This study aims to identify the variables affect the demand of visits. Secondly, to calculate the economic valuations through the travel cost approach and determine the strategies that can be applied to the development of Mawar Basecamp. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, economic valuation analysis and SWOT analysis. The result shows that access variables, travel motivation and travel cost have significant effect, while income variable has no significant effect to the demand of Mawar Basecamp visit. The result of economic valuation analysis based on travel cost of visitors shows that the total economic valuation is Rp 8,212,546,988,73 per year. Strategy analysis using SWOT shows that the strategies that can be applied are improving facilities and services, preserving and preserving nature, promotion and cooperation with private and government parties.

Basecamp Mawar Gunung Ungaran adalah salah satu potensi destinasti wisata di Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi variabel apa saja yang mempengaruhi permintaan kunjungan, menghitung valuasi ekonomi melalui pendekatan travel cost dan menentukan strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk pengembangan Basecamp Mawar. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis valuasi ekonomi melalui individual travel cost dan analisis SWOT. Hasil menunjukkan variabel akses, motivasi perjalanan dan biaya perjalanan berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan variabel pendapatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan kunjungan Basecamp Mawar. Hasil analisis valuasi ekonomi berdasarkan travel cost pengunjung menunjukkan bahwa valuasi ekonomi total sebesar Rp 8.212.546.988,73 per tahun. Analisis strategi menggunakan SWOT menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dapat diterapkan adalah meningkatkan fasilitas dan pelayanan, menjaga dan melestarikan alam, promosi dan kerjasama dengan pihak swasta dan pemerintah.  Basecamp Mawar Gunung Ungaran is one of the potential tourist destinations in Semarang regency. Natural attractions Labuan Cermin Lakes one of the potential of this attraction to be developed in order to increase investment, employment, business opportunity and ultimately to improve the welfare of society. The development of tourism sector in the economy has a trickle-down effect to other sectors. This study aims to identify the conditions of the environmental setting Subdistrict Biduk-biduk in terms of the socio-economic and cultural as well as the structure of the population, analyzing the perception of tourists to the natural attractions of Labuan Cermin Lakes, analyzing the growth of travelers who make Danau Labuan Cermin as a tourist destination, analyze the economic valuation of resource benefits environment and natural nature Labuan Cermin Lakes and designing models of development and management of Labuan Cermin Lakes nature in a sustainable manner. The method used is descriptive analysis method, analysis Travel Cost Method and SWOT analysis by respondents as many as 100 tourists and is supported by other primary and secondary data. The results based on primary and secondary data, Subdistrict Biduk-biduk with an area of 3.002.99 km, tropical climate and altitude of 1 (one) to 3 (three) meters above sea level. The total population of 5,631 inhabitants with a growth of 3.38% in 2014. The majority of fishermen and coconut plantations for copra. There are three tourist destinations, Labuan Cermin Lakes, Kaniungan Island and Bidadari Waterfalls. Perception rating of the facility Labuan Cermin Lakes is quite satisfactory with the percentage of 30% and the perception of tourists to services is 51%. Trend tourists who come to the tourist attraction of Labuan Cermin Lakes continue to increase from year to year with forecasts in 2016 to 2021 there was an increase of 12.4% annually. The magnitude of the economic value of natural resources and environmental benefits nature Labuan Cermin Lakes, 100 respondents from eight zones pay to enjoy the natural scenery of Lake Labuan Cermin Rp.1.099.437,- and if in 2015 as many as 22 504 tourists then obtained the value of tourism resources of Labuan Cermin Lakes Rp. 24,741,741,500,- as well as the surplus value amounted Rp.2.969.008.980,- travel traveler growth at 12.4% per year. Shape the direction of the development strategy of Labuan Cermin Lakes nature in a sustainable manner, Labuan Cermin Lakes facilities must have a good support for, the development of additional recreational facilities, development of creative entrepreneurial community and increased accessibility to Labuan Cermin Lakes.

The development of tourism can help the welfare of the rural population through developing a tourist village concept. The potential of the village can be used as a tourist attraction. Klaten Regency has a very abundant potential of springs that located in Ponggok village which is mostly used by local residents for irrigating rice fields, agriculture, and fish cultivation. However, the existing springs in the Ponggok village are now used as tourist destinations that spread across several locations, such as Umbul Ponggok, Umbul Sigedang, Umbul Besuki, Waduk Galau/Banyu Mili. This study uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis and the data obtained through questionnaires distributed and completed by respondents as many as 135 respondents. SWOT analysis is employed to investigate internal and external factors to analyze Ponggok Tourism Village development strategy towards integrated tourism area.

The sector developed in Indonesia at this time is the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is to find out how the development of attractions, supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate strategies in the development of tourism objects in Rejang Lebong Regency. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data in this study were collected through interviews, documentation, observation and data triangulation. The analysis technique used in writing uses the SWOT analysis and Litmust Test to be reduced, presented and concluded. The results of research strategies for developing tourism objects in Rejang Lebong Regency are still not maximal, because there are many weaknesses in each component in the tourism area which become a benchmark for the development of Bengkulu Province tourist destinations, Rejang Lebong. The influencing factors are internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats. Based on these factors, researchers can reformulate the strategy in the development of attractions in Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province

The purpose of the study is to: (1). Analyzing the attractiveness of Pasut Beach as one of the tourist destinations in Tabanan Regency. (2). Analyze the strategy of developing Pasut Beach as a tourist destination in Tabanan Regency. The research location was determined by purposive sampling Pasut Beach, located in Tibubiu Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan on the basis of having a very suitable potential to be developed into a tourist destination. The sample of the study was taken by 49 people consisting of elements from the Government, community leaders and tourism actors. This study uses qualitative qualitative analysis method (giving more detailed reviews and interpretations of the data obtained and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, in the SWOT method the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS) model and the Internal Strategy Factor Matrix Model (IFAS) are used, followed by IFE matrix and EFE matrix to determine the weight, rating and score and to determine the strategy and position of the quadrant I - E matrix, Beach Pas po is in the position in quadrant I, with the S-O strategy where the values ​​of strength and opportunity are equally high ( use the power to get opportunities) by improving the quality of human resources, especially in the field of mastering technology, communication and information.

Forest Management in Java is carried out by Perum Perhutani, which has implemented a Community-Based Forest Management (PHBM) system. Pringapus Kecanatan has a State Forest which is quite extensive, however, most of the population around the forest is still in poor condition. The condition of the community around the forest in Pringapus District is illustrated by the people who do not have independence, do not have access to use the forest, the level of education and skills are still low. In an effort to overcome all this, Perum Perhutani is empowering the community in Pringapus District through the Community Forest Management System. This system is considered quite strategic because it is very accommodating to the interests of various parties including the community as the agents of development. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Collaborative Forest Management System (PHBM) from the Institutional aspect, the Empowerment aspect, the Agribusiness aspect and the LMDH Role aspect and formulating a community empowerment strategy through the PHBM. Analysis of the data used to answer the objectives is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of PHBM research in Pringapus sub-district indicate that the institution is being illustrated by the lack of realization of work programs as well as sub-optimal level of LMDH participation

Mempawah Mangrove Park (MMP) is an ecotourism in West Kalimantan, especially in Mempawah Regency. MMP besides a tourist attraction is also an area of research and education. Visitors tend to increase every year starting from August 23 2016 – April 27 2017 visitors come from local communities of Mempawah Regency and from outside Mempawah Regency such as Pontianak City, Singkawang City and Kubu Raya. Factors that influence the demand for MMP Mangrove nature tourism consumers are attractiveness, travel costs, time, and income. The research aims to measure the demand of consumers of Mempawah District MMP natural tourism services, and examine the factors that influence the demand for consumers of MMP natural tourism services. The sample used in this study were 45 respondents who visited MMP using the Accidental Sampling method. The analytical method in this study is descriptive analysis, basic assumption test, classic test, and multiple linear analysis. Descriptive analysis result of the demand consumers of MMP natural tourism services indicate that consumer demand is said to be high. The results of 45 respondents in this study were 22 respondents (48.89%) visited 3 times in the last 1 year. The results of the study used the basic assumption test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that attraction variables have a positive and significant effect on the demand of consumers of MMP natural tourism services. Travel and time cost variables show a negative and insignificant influence on the demand of consumers of MMP natural tourism services because most of the visitors are local people of Mempawah Regency who do not require a high enough travel cost and a long time. The income variable shows a negative and significant effect on the demand of consumers of MMP natural tourism services. This happens to income still in the low category because most MMP visitors are status young as students who do not have a steady income.Keywords: Attractiveness, Consumer Demand, Income, MMP, Time and Travel Cost.

Abstrak: Pariwisata merupakan sektor yang mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat dengan cepat dalam penyediaan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan penghasilan. Desa Tulungrejo di Kota Wisata Batu, yang merupakan salah satu desa dengan beberapa destinasi wisata yang potensial meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak perkembangan pariwisata terhadap ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Tulungrejo. Metode analisa menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu dengan analisis distribusi frekuensi dan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui perkembangan pariwisata, kondisi ekonomi, dan dampak perkembangan pariwisata terhadap kondisi ekonomi masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perkembangan pariwisata di Desa Tulungrejo semakin tahunnya meningkat. Hal ini mempengaruhi pendapatan masyarakat, memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan 95,5% terhadap perekonomi masyarakat di Desa Tulungrejo, hal ini menyatakan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat wisatawan yang datang ke tempat wisata, maka semakin meningkat pula pendapatan masyarakat, yang  dihitung menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Abstract: Tourism is a sector which is able to rapidly increase the community economic growth in providing employment and increasing income. Desa Tulungrejo in Kota Wisata Batu (Batu Tourism City), which is one of the villages with several potential tourism destination to increase the community economic growth. This research aims to determine the impact of tourism development on the community economic condition in Desa Tulungrejo. Descriptive quantitative method was employed to analyze the data using frequency distribution analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the development of tourism, economic conditions, and the impact of the tourism development on the community economic condition. Based on the research results, it was shown that the tourism development in Desa Tulungrejo is increasing annually. This affects the community income which has a very significant influence of 95.5% on the community economic condition in Desa Tulungrejo. In addition, the results of multiple linear regression calculation show that the higher the number of tourists coming to tourist destinations, the higher the income of the community.

Tourist destination image is formed through tourists' perception, which is significantly influenced by interrelated factors related to tourists and the tourist destination itself, i.e., travel motivation, service quality, and tourist satisfaction. The object of this research is the Parapat city in Simalungun Regency North Sumatra Province of Indonesia. Parapat in Simalungun Regency, as a high potential tourist destination in North Sumatera Province of Indonesia, must be able to create a positive image to increase the number of tourist visits. The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct and indirect influence of tourists’ motivation to travel, service quality, and tourist satisfaction towards the image of Parapat. This study suggests a tourist development strategy through the formation of Parapat positive destination image from tourist’s perspective, hence will provide benefits for Parapat tourism stakeholders in developing and managing tourist destinations by improving the quality of existing functional aspects.

This study aims to analyze: (1) the factors that affecting the number of tourist visits, (2) the economic value of the Slanik Waterpark in South Lampung District, (3) the visitor satisfaction with tourism cost attribute. This study uses survey method involving 70 respondents who came during the COVID 19 outbreak. The first objective uses multiple linear regression analysis, the second objective uses consumer surplus analysis, and the third uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis. Data was collected in June until July 2020. The research shows that the factors that influence the number of tourist visits Slanik Waterpark are travel costs and days of visits, the economic value of the Slanik Waterpark tourist attraction is IDR 13,060,150,376 every year, the visitors are satisfied with the cost attributes incurred when traveled to Slanik Waterpark.
