The existence of citizens who have been found guilty by the court violated Article 78 paragraph (2) jo. Article 50 paragraph 3 sub-paragraph of Law Number 41 of 1999 on Forestry jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code (KUHP) related to illegal criminal acts of forest occupation but until this day they still occupy the jungle zone of Alas Purwo National Park area also can disrupt the duties of the forestry police in its efforts to secure the forest. Background and Aim: Worms from nematodes are the most numerous and the most detrimental in elephants. Most adult worms are located in the digestive tract. Nematode infection is at higher risk in young elephants, which caused several cases such as anemia, hypoalbuminemia, enteritis, and even death. This study aimed to determine the morphology and morphometry of adult nematodes on Sumatran elephants in Way Kambas National Park area. Materials and Methods: Nematode samples were obtained from Sumatran elephants' feces (Elephas maximus sumatranus) in Way Kambas National Park, Lampung Province, after being given Kalbazen® containing albendazole 1000 mg at a dose of 10 mg/kg by the veterinarian in charge of the National Park area. For the morphological and morphometric examinations, we used an Olympus BX 51 microscope equipped with Olympus DP 12 camera and were conducted at the Parasitology Laboratory, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada. The scanning electron microscopic (SEM) analysis was carried out at the Biology Research Center of the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia). Results: The results of macroscopic observations of the obtained nematodes showed that the nematodes which were found have the characteristics of round, slim, and white color. The size of a female worm was larger than a male worm. Microscopic examination in four anterior papillae indicated that the dorsal lobe in the copulatory bursa was longer than lateral lobe. The result of inspection with the SEM showed a leaf crown consisting of 10 elements, a pair of amphids laterally, and two pairs of papilla in a submedian region. Conclusion: Based on our morphology and morphometry examinations of adult nematodes in Sumatran elephant (E. maximus sumatranus) in Way Kambas National Park area, the adult nematodes which were found are species of Quilonia travancra.

Abstract: Waqf law can be categorized as a living law and potential of waqf can be written. The law of the living does not fully comply with regulations. This problem can lead to law-enforcement-representation issues then formulated into the question: How to advocate community against the Waqf Law? It contains public knowledge, public awareness and public obedience. Assuming sharia is natural law, it is eternal and does not change. In the case, sharia is not in accordance with waqf. The provisions of waqf law are obtained through ushul fiqh with analogical deductive reasoning patterns. The rest, the provisions regarding waqf agreement are obtained from human preferences about the general good. Waqf law is based ruh al-hukm, the spirit of teachings, and maqashid al-shariah. It is more important to be developed to be more responsive to people's priorities and needs. Opportunities for enforcement of waqf law are very large, so that at that time the community complied with waqf law. This research is a descriptive study, which analyzes waqf as a system, as well as a subsystem of a wider system. This analysis, explains the process of society from knowledge to aware and finally to be obedient. The data source used consists of library materials both in the form of documents, books, and scientific writings and other relevant information. Data collection is carried out with literature study techniques, with the approval of the principle of relevance and novelty of the information collected. The analysis is content analysis (classification, interpretation and inference findings). Selebihnya, ketentuan mengenai mekanisme wakaf diperoleh berdasarkan preferensi manusia mengenai kebaikan umum (public good).
