In the last few years, it has often been said that the current fashion system is outdated, still operating by a twentieth-century model that celebrates the individualism of the 'star designer'. In I- D, Sarah Mower recently stated that for the last twenty years, fashion has been at a cocktail party and has completely lost any connection with the public and daily life. On the one hand, designers and big brands experience the enormous pressure to produce new collections at an ever higher pace, leaving less room for reflection, contemplation, and innovation. On the other hand, there is the continuous race to produce at even lower costs and implement more rapid life cycles, resulting in disastrous consequences for society and the environment.

Conducting non-agricultural business activity is a special title of social insurance. It results from the fact that within the scope of being subject to social insurance, only entrepreneurs (out of all persons conducting non-agricultural activity) have the right to periodically exclude the obligation of social insurance and to suspend the conducting of business activity, not only due to the personal care of a child. On the other hand, in the sphere of paying social insurance contributions, there are three ways of establishing the contribution calculation basis on this account (ordinary, preferential and income-dependent basis). In general, it should be stated that conducting non-agricultural business activity as a social insurance title is of the following nature: commercial, obligatory, general (in case of an overlapping of social insurance titles), independent (autonomous), strictly paid and privileged (in relation to other forms of non-agricultural activity).

Violence has been a part of daily life in both traditional and digital media. Consequently, neither the existence of violence in the media nor the debates on this subject are new. On the other hand, the presentation of violence in fictional content should be viewed from a different point of view, especially in the context of aesthetization. Within this context, in this chapter, the serial of Penny Dreadful is analyzed. As analyzing method, Tahsin Yücel's model of the “space/time coordinates of narrative” is used. And the subject of “aestheticization of violence” is analyzed through a serial with the elements of person, space, and time. Thus, the role of not only physical beauty but also different components in the aestheticization of violence is examined.

And as a result of this phenomenon, the related space for the world will be able to be indulged in the world of getting processed information as a final use of data for a daily life. This is a very comfortable world to live, but, on the other hand, there might be a possibility which there will be many or some who live only under the offered information and knowledge from intelligent computer systems (Mini Cloud, Unique Cloud, Smart Cloud). So, it is very important to have knowledge of us in investigating whether or not Unique Cloud and Individual Cloud are useful enough to use by inspecting from the outside world even though we are to live in the hypothetical world. And here the authors propose a method to resolve some of the problems under these situations by an idea of “Individual Cloud.”

This study compares degree of homophobia between social work and non-social work students. The results show that although social work students are not significantly different from non-social work students in their levels of homophobia, both male and female social work students are significantly less homophobic than male non-social work students. On the other hand, somewhat surprisingly, female social work students are significantly more homophobic than female non-social work students on the issues of whether homosexuality is a sin and whether homosexuality is disgusting. Implications for social work education are discussed.

Abstract. For English learners, there are important aspects to consider such as vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar to master their speaking skills. Speaking is used to express people’s ideas and feelings in daily life or to communicate with others both personal talks and transactional conversation.  The objective of the study is to figure out how the students of SMKN 2 Bangkalan can use the six English tenses in daily conversation. The research was done within two weeks starting from 22th April to 06th May 2019. Observation and interview were performed to collect the data. Observation was made to see what was going on in the class, focusing on the students’ conversation. On the other hand, Interview was carried out to know the students’ problems in using the correct tenses in conversation, and to find out how the students solve the problems. The observation shows that in using the six English tenses, the students likely found it hard to apply the correct tenses in the conversation with their friends and the teacher. The students tended to use one tense in all situations and the tense mostly used was the simple present one. From the interview, it is found that the students do not really understand what tenses are, either the meaning or the uses. Keywords: daily conversation, tenses, observation, interview, contexts of situationAbstrak. Abstract  In people’s daily life, the existence of a market is needed to meet the primary meeds (food). On the issue of  “price” and “shopping convenience”, people have a tendency to compare between the traditional with the modern market. In fact what is meant by “price comparison” here is relative because it is associated with the problem of “certainty” the weight or volume of the goods themselves are sometimes not noticed by consumers. On the other hand the government has provided a means to protect the rights of consumers with the consumer protection laws that may still not have been aware of its existence by the majority of the Indonesian people.   Key words: traditinal market, modern market, consumers, and price comparison

In this paper, the authors discuss about the importance of critical thinking in the education of social workers, as well as its implications in the practice of this profession. Namely, the authors start from the assumption that students largely uncritically accept knowledge as true, reliable and accurate. On the other hand, the paper shows how critical thinking can be encouraged in the classroom. In the light of this, the authors analyze the components of critical thinking, a brief history of it (in context of social work practice), as well as various contemporary paradigms in this context. At the end of paper, there is a room for potential challenges, as well as barriers in the implementation of the above-mentioned paradigms in the educational system.

Abstract The verbs ser and estar have been a subject of great debate in the literature, mainly because the adjectives that are combined with each copula are not in complementary distribution. A cognitive linguistics approach proposes that estar allows for a comparison of the entity referred to by the utterance’s subject and that very same entity that goes through a temporal change; on the other hand, ser allows for a comparison among entities of different type (Delbecque, 1997). I provide an analysis of spontaneous child-directed speech from a longitudinal database and find variation sets that may allow children to detect the differences between ser and estar. In child-directed speech, the entities referred to by the subject of a sentence with estar are always entities that undergo a perceptible change within an activity of daily life, while the entities referred to with ser never undergo a change.
