                                                      AbstractAdiwiyata is an effort from the government to create a generation of people who are aware and have a sense of love and responsibility towards the environment. The adiwiyata program has become the flagship program implemented in SMP Negeri 15 Malang, as a basic curriculum in the learning and learning process based on environmental education that contains environmental care characters which are shown by respect for nature. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of environmental care characters in SMP Negeri 15 Malang students. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques in research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the adiwiyata program at SMP Negeri 15 Malang was implemented through extra-curricular activities and mandatory adiwiyata days, where students could care for the school environment to foster environmental attitudes and insights, while at the same time caring for the environment.Keywords : Adiwiyata, Implementation, Character Caring For The Environment                                                        Abstrak Adiwiyata merupakan upaya dari pemerintah untuk menciptakan generasi bangsa yang sadar dan memiliki rasa cinta dan tanggung-jawab terhadap lingkungan. Program adiwiyata menjadi program unggulan yang diterapkan di SMP Negeri 15 Malang, yakni sebagai kurikulum dasar dalam proses belajar dan pembelajaran berlandaskan pendidikan lingkungan hidup yang memuat karakter peduli lingkungan yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya penghargaan terhadap alam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implemetasi karakter peduli lingkungan pada siswa SMP Negeri 15 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 15 Malang diimplementasikan melalui kegiatan ekstra kurikuler dan hari wajib adiwiyata, di mana para siswa dapat merawat lingkungan sekolah guna menumbuhkan sikap dan wawasan lingkungan, sekaligus memiliki kepedulian terhadap lingkungan.Kata Kunci: Adiwiyata, Implementasi, dan Karakter Peduli Lingkungan.

This study aims to describe the values of the Tandhang dance, explain the role of the Tarara Studio, obstacles, and solutions to obstacles in the preservation of the Tandhang dance in Bangkalan Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman. Tandhang dance has good values which are used as life guidelines for the Madurese, the role of the Tarara Studio is very good in preserving the Tandhang dance with training and staging, the obstacles faced are, delays, differences in ability, laziness, outside culture, differences in public opinion. The solutions taken were reminding, dividing groups, motivating oneself, attracting interest, and accepting differences of opinion. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai tari Tandhang, menjelaskan peranan Sanggar Tarara, hambatan, dan solusi dari hambatan dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif milik Miles dan Huberman. Tari Tandhang memiliki nilai-nilai baik yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman hidup orang Madura, peranan Sanggar Tarara sangat baik dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang dengan pelatihan dan pementasan, hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu, keterlambatan, perbedaan kemanpuan, malas, budaya luar, perbedaan pendapat masyarakat. Solusi yang diambil yaitu, mengingatkan, membagi kelompok, memotivasi diri, menarik minat, dan menerima perbedaan pendapat.

Pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien adalah tuntutan dari masyarakat kepada instansi pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanannya. DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang meluncurkan inovasi pelayanan publik. Inovasi yang diluncurkan oleh DPMPTSP adalah Pelayanan Joss Banget Mas, yaitu Jemput Online Single Submission Bersama Instansi Terkait dan Malam Hari Bisa. Inovasi ini merupakan bukti bahwa DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar telah melakukan percepatan pelayanan dan sekaligus menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Jauhnya lokasi kantor yang berada di tengah kota serta persyaratan yang belum diketahui banyak masyarakat menjadi dasar diluncurkannya inovasi Joss Banget Mas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mendeskripsikan terkait pelayanan Joss Banget Mas. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif merupakan jenis penelitian yang dipilih oleh peneliti dengan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa inovasi pelayanan Joss Banget Mas telah beroperasi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebijakan PP No. 24 Tahun 2018. Selanjutnya sumber ide-ide inovasi mendapatkan masukan dari pegawai maupun masyarakat. Budaya inovasi pada inovasi Joss Banget Mas adalah penyederhanaan syarat-syarat sehingga memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendaftarkan perizinan usahanya. Selanjutnya kemampuan dan alat inovasi Joss Banget Mas cukup memadahi tetapi terdapat kekurangan pada bagian alat yang digunakan. Kemudian tujuan, hasil, pendorong dan hambatan adalah untuk mempermudah pelaku usaha dalam memperoleh perizinan berusaha, hambatannya yaitu sering terjadi error dan down pada server OSS. Terakhir, DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar mengadakan pelayanan mandiri kepada masyarakat guna mengumpulkan data inovasi untuk inovasi tunggal. Kata Kunci: Inovasi, Pelayanan Publik, Pelayanan Joss Banget Mas, Online Single Submission (OSS).   Effective and efficient services are demands from the community on government agencies in providing their services. DPMPTSP Blitar regency of the government agencies that has launched public service innovations. The innovation launched by the DPMPTSP Blitar Regency call as Joss Banget Mas Service with Online Single Submission Delivery with Related Agencies and Can Night. This innovation is proof that the DPMPTSP Blitar Regency and at the same time answers the problems faced by the community. The remote location of the launch of the Joss Banget Mas innovation. The purpose of this research is to describe the services related to Joss Banget Mas. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach is the type with the data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the Joss Banget Mas service innovation had operated well and was in accordance with applicable policies. The second indicator of governance and innovation in its implementation is in accordance with PP. 24 of 2018. Furthermore, sources of innovative ideas get input from employees and the public. The culture of innovation in Joss Banget Mas innovation is the simplification of the requirements so that it makes it easier for the public to register business licenses. Furthermore, the capabilities and innovation tools of Joss Banget Mas were sufficient but there were shortcoming in the parts of the tools used. Then the objectives, results, drivers and obstacles are to make it easier for business actors to obtain business licenses, there are also obstacles, namely frequent errors and downs on the OSS server. Finally, DPMPTSP Blitar Regency provides independent services to the community to collect innovation data for a single innovation. Students' thinking style is influential in learning outcomes, but teachers have not yet focused on the teaching and learning process, resulting in students having difficulties in receiving the material, especially in the study of analyzing physical concepts through graphs on the concept of kinematics. Therefore, knowing the student's thinking style especially for the physics teacher is a very important effort to achieve teaching success. This study aims to determine the students' thinking style in analyzing physical concepts through graphs on kinematics concepts. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. Subjects in this study were students of class X Mipa1 and X Mipa2. Data collection instruments in this study were questionnaire, observation and documentation. The questionnaire used was in the form of a closed questionnaire adapted from the Quantum Learning book written by Bobbi DePorter and Mike Hernacki,  The results of this study indicated that the concrete sequential thinking style (S1) was 27 %, abstract sequential thinking style (S2) was 14%, random abstract (A1) was 34%, concrete random thinking style (A2) was 25%.

This study aims to determine and analyze the assessment of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) work targets on Work Training Center (BLK) in Banda Aceh as well as to find out and analyze the work behavior of Work Training Center (BLK) in Banda Aceh in preparing a professional workforce. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and document studies. The conclusion of the research shows that the work targets of employees at the Work Training Center (BLK) in Banda Aceh related to quantity, quality, time and cost indicate that the quantity of work is very much and does not reduce quality. While the time spent completing these activities varies greatly and depends on the program itself. Furthermore, related to the costs required to complete a job, it really depends on the proposal and also a realistic study. Then the Behavior of Employees at the Work Training Center (BLK) in Banda Aceh in conducting service orientation to the community and other parties by promoting equality, means that there is no difference in services provided to the community and also to other institutions.

Kinesthetic learning styles is the acquisition of learning information by touching and moving. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning process of children with kinesthetic learning styles. This research approach uses descriptive research and qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of playing learning FEV children are very fond of learning through touch, the advantages possessed are being actively exploring the environment, having self-confidance, and obstacles experienced by the FEV unable to focus on learning goals because they are easily disturbed by sounds or objects in around.Gaya belajar kinestetik merupakan pemerolehan informasi belajar dengan proses menyentuh dan bergerak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui proses belajar anak dengan gaya belajar kinestetik. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian bersifat deskriptif dan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik bermain dan belajar anak FEV sangat menyukai belajar melalui sentuhan, kelebihan yang dimiliki adalah aktif bereksplorasi lingkungan, mempunyai rasa percaya diri dan hambatan yang dialami FEV tidak dapat fokus pada tujuan belajar karena mudah terganggu oleh suara-suara atau benda di sekitar.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi nilai-nilai bhinneka  tunggal  ika  dalam  interkasi  sosial  sisw a  penelitian  ini  menggunakan pendekatan  kualitatif  dengan metode  penelitian  deskriptif,  teknik  pengumpulan data   dalam   penelitian   ini   menggunakan   teknik   kuesioner,   observasi   dan w aw ancara. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: pemahaman sisw a tentang nilai-nilai Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, dapat dijelaskan dari 100 responden dikategori buruk sebanyak   1%,  kurang   baik  sebanyak   5%,  baik  sebanyak   1%  dan  kategori pemahaman  sisw a  di  kategori  sangat  baik  sebanyak  93%.Sehingga  dari  data tersebut,  94  % responden  atau sisw a  berada  dikategori  baik  dan sangat baik. Dalam hasil observasi dan w aw ancara menunjukan sisw a sudah mengamalkan 3 nilai dasar yang terkandung dalam Bhinneka Tunggal Ika yakni (1) Nilai Toleransi, (2) Nilai Keadilan dan (3) Nilai Gotong Royong, serta mampu mengimplementasikan bhinneka tunggal ika itu sendiri seperti keberagaman etnis dan ras, membangun keberagaman inklusif, kesadaran budaya multikultur, membangun sikap sensitifitas gender dan membangun sikap toleransi, jadi dapat disimpulkan   bahw a   sisw a  sudah   mampu   mengeimplementasikan   nilai-nilai bhinneka tunggal ika dalam interaksi sosial di lingkungan sekolah.  AbstractThe  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  find  out  how  the  implementation  value  of bhinneka  tunggal  ika  in  social  interaction  of  students  in . This research using qualitative   approach   w ith  descriptive   research  method,  the  data  collection techniques  in  this  study  using  questionnaire,  observation  and  interview .  The results  of  the study  w ere as follow s: the students'  understanding  of  Bhinneka Tunggal  Ika's  values that  can be explained  from  100  respondents  w hich  bad categorized as much as 1%, less good as much as 5%, good as much as 1% and the students understanding w as categories very good as much as 93%. From the data, 94% respondents or the students in w ere categorized good and very good. In the result of observation and interview , the students have implemented  3 basic values that contained in Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, that is : (1) To lerance Values, (2) Justice Values and (3) mutual cooperation Values. They w ere able to implement the  value  of  bhinneka  tunggal  ika  such as ethnic  diversity  and  race, built the inclusive  diversity,  multicultural  aw areness,  develop  gender  sensitivity  and built tolerance.  It can be concluded  that  students  have been able to implement the value of bhinneka tunggal ika in social interaction around the school environment. Keywords: Implementation, Values, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika

ABSTRACT. The purpose of this study is to find out about the Optimization of Regional Taxes and Levies in Increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Tanjungpinang City. Optimizing Regional Taxes and Levies is the largest and potential financial source for the region. Then the Government must be able to develop and increase the sources of revenue from Regional Original Income (PAD). The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data sources used are secondary data with data collection techniques using reports on the realization of regional taxes and levies in the Tanjungpinang City Government. From the results of the study, it was found that during 2012-2016 the realization of PAD generated by the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency in Tanjungpinang City met the budget. The increase in the realization of PAD 2012- 2016 is inseparable from the efforts of the Tanjungpinang City Government to support the implementation of regional autonomy and to analyze the magnitude of the potential of PAD originating from Taxes and Regional Retributions in Tanjungpinang City. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the Tanjungpinang City. Government must be able to improve cooperation with other related agencies and institutions in managing local taxes and levies so that the Government can optimize operations, control taxpayers as well as coordination and maximize revenue from the local tax and retribution in local sectors. This study addressed to explore classroom management and Arabic Learning process based on Multiple intelligences theory implemented by the teacher. The study was a case study with descriptive qualitative approach. The data were collected by interview, documentation, and observation. Then, the data were analyzed with the following steps: data collection, data reduction, data display, verification, and affirmation conclusions. The result of this study revealed that the students were classified based on their intelligences with interview and appropriate test of multiple intelligences done by MIR team. Therefore, Arabic teacher implemented a suitable method in the Arabic learning process for each class based on their needs. Yet, the teacher faced an obstacle when teaching the students with logical-mathematical and interpersonal intelligences. Another data indicated that classroom was not only the class for learning, sometimes the teacher challenged the students to study outdoor, school environment. The school environment and facilities contributed to support learning process and give the students more space to be creative and aware with what they found in the school environment.

Based on the fact that there is no end to the problems of education that occur in our country even though the government has worked hard to change it. The irrelevance between expectations, the process and the results achieved in education. Thus there are certainly other factors, one of which is the willingness or interest of students towards learning. The purpose of this study is 1) To find out how much the students' willingness to learn in improving the intellectual intelligence of students of SD Negeri Pandeglang district. 2) To find out the factors and efforts to improve the intellectual intelligence of students of SD Negeri Pandeglang district. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. While the data source was obtained through informants as research subjects using data collection techniques in library research and field research (research locations) by observing, documenting, interviewing guidelines for several informants namely students, teachers (SD) in the State of Pandeglang Regency. Then the data is analyzed correctly. The data obtained from the results of the study is that students 'interest in learning to improve students' intellectual intelligence in the area of ​​Pandeglang Regency cannot be categorized well. This can be proven from the findings of researchers that students of the SD Negeri Pandeglang Regency will their interest in learning only reach 50%. From 4 schools based on the results of research data, with a low willingness to learn so that 32.18% of students cannot read and write.
