Class IX will soon graduate and continue to higher education. For this reason, scientific provisions in learning morals and counseling are needed to prepare graduates who are smart and have good morals. This study was to determine the effect of counseling guidance and learning akidah akhlak on students' religious behavior in MTs. Ma'had Al-Zaytun Indramayu. The object of this research is the students of class IX MTs Ma'had Al-Zaytun Indramayu. This research was conducted on 135 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is SPSS. This study proves that counseling guidance has a positive and significant effect on students 'religious behavior, which means that counseling plays a role in improving students' religious behavior. Learning akidah akhlak also has a positive and significant effect on students 'religious behavior, which can be interpreted that learning akidah akhlak plays a role in improving students' religious behavior. So, counseling and learning of akidah akhlak together have a positive and significant effect on students' religious behavior.Keywords: Counseling Guidance, Learning Akidah Akhlak, Students' Religious Behavior ABSTRAKKelas IX akan segera lulus dan melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Untuk itu bekal keilmuan dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak dan bimbingan konseling sangat diperlukan untuk menyiapkan lulusan yang cerdas dan berakhlakul karimah. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan konseling dan pembelajaran akidah akhlak terhadap perilaku keberagamaan siswa di MTs. Ma’had Al-Zaytun Indramayu. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX MTs. Ma’had Al-Zaytun Indramayu. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 135 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa bimbingan konseling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keberagamaan siswa, yang mana dapat diartikan bahwa bimbingan konseling berperan dalam meningkatkan perilaku keberagamaan siswa. Pembelajaran akidah akhlak juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keberagamaan siswa, yang mana dapat diartikan bahwa Pembelajaran akidah akhlak berperan dalam meningkatkan perilaku keberagamaan siswa. Jadi, bimbingan konseling dan pembelajaran akidah akhlak secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keberagamaan siswa.Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Konseling, Pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak, Perilaku Keberagamaan Siswa

This study aims to describe; 1) the implementation of character education values in terms of the planning and implementation process in SD Negeri 115 Pekanbaru; 2) behavior of SD Negeri 115 Pekanbaru students in applying the values of religious character, honesty, diligence, discipline, and care / responsibility. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with survey methods. The location of this research was carried out at the SD Negeri 115 Pekanbaru City, having its address at Jalan Handayani, Sidomulyo Timur Mapoyan Pekanbaru, Riau Province. Data collection techniques in this study are; 1) interview; 2) observation; 3) questionnaire (questionnaire); and 4) documentation. The results showed that the tendency of the implementation of character education values in the good category was 8 people (12.7%), while in the sufficient category there were 46 people (73.0%) and in the poor category 9 people (14.3%). So it can be concluded that the tendency of the implementation of the value of character education in SDN 115 Pekanbaru is in the sufficient category.Keywords:  Character education, SDN 115 Pekanbaru

This study aimed at examining academic behavior and its relation to demography. The quantitative descriptive approach was used to study more broadly with data collection tools using a closed questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 96 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at X College in Purwokerto. The results of the study show that, in each semester, honest behavior was more than honest behavior, especially in the first semester of the lecture. While the gender of both women and men did not have high differences. Academic dishonesty was also related to the origin of school, general schools (not based on religion) were more compared to religious-based schools such as MAN. Whereas based on age, 18-20 more academic dishonesty was found. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji perilaku akademik dan kaitannya dengan demografi. Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk mengkaji lebih luas dengan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 96 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis pada Perguruan Tinggi X di Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, disetiap semester perilaku tidak jujur lebih banyak dibandingkan perilaku jujur, terutama pada semester awal perkuliahan. Sedangkan jenis kelamin baik perempuan maupuun laki-laki tidak memiliki perbedaan yang tinggi. Ketidakjujuran akademik juga berkaitan dengan asal sekolah, sekolah yang umum (tidak berbasis agama) lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan sekolah yang berbasis agama seperti MAN. Sedangkan berdasarkan usia, 18-20 lebih banyak ditemukan ketidakjujuran akademik.

This study discusses Islamic values revealed in students’ communication in Edmodo learning platform. It investigated whether there was the implementation of Islamic values in the conversation and responses in the learning platform, both implicitly and explicitly. This study also observed the students’ participation in the conversation platform. In the data collection, this study used observation and questionnaire, and the researcher used descriptive approach to analyze the data. There was analysis on the students’ conversation forms in the online platform. The result revealed that the students integrated Islamic values through their communication styles in the online learning activity, in the form of some short expressions and in the content of the conversations. Not only did the values appear explicitly, but they could also be noted implicitly in the sentences which contained suggestions, polite greetings, and consoling others. This study concludes that the students had been able to incorporate Islamic values they learned both formally and informally in their daily communication. Those uses of Islamic terms and the existences of Islamic values in the English online conversation made this group distinctive from other online communities.

Learning difficulties are conditions where one student experiences difficulties in learning in the field of study, the factors that cause, and the nature of learning difficulties at SD Negeri Agom. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The research subjects included students of SD Negeri Agom. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation methods. The research instruments used were interview guidelines and observation guidelines. The results showed that 1) the level of learning difficulty of SD Negeri Agom students was in the medium category, 2) the field of study that was difficult for students to study was mathematics, 3) the factors causing learning difficulties, 4) while the nature of the learning difficulties was temporary. By knowing the types of learning difficulties, teachers can choose the right, effective and efficient types of interventions to provide in helping students overcome learning difficulties.

This study aims to determine the Zakah utilization on the development of economic of zakah recipients Amil Zakat, Infak and Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah Institutions (LAZISMU) Malang Regency. To achieve the objectives of this research, this research was a quantitative descriptive approach which a research approach that emphasizes the aspect of measurement objectively of social phenomena and produces findings that can be obtained using statistical procedures or other ways of quantification (measurement). Data collection methods used are various data collection methods, including: interview and documentation methods, and data analysis used content analysis. Based on the result found that found that the utilization of zakat funds at LAZISMU Malang Regency was able to increase the economic empowerment of mustahik based on several indicators: the usefulness of a program, accuracy and objectivity, the scope of a program, cost effectiveness, timeliness, and accountability. While in the aspect of timeliness of reporting, the financial reporting of zakat funds is seems not up to date.

This study aims to reveal how the enactment of the provisions related to the standards of lecturer and educational staff in maritime vocational higher education in Indonesia. In the governance system, actually the existing regulatory instruments in Indonesia are sufficient. However, the problem is at the level of implementation with consideration of the limitations in vocational education. One of them is the limitation of lecturer and educational staff who meet the qualifications. This research uses literature study and direct observation conducted by researchers as a method of data collection. As for the discussion, a qualitative descriptive approach was used. The result of this study indicates that the governance of the standard of lecturer and educational staff in maritime vocational higher education still needs to be addressed to close existing gaps. The best solution to this problem is the willingness of all stakeholders to sit together to formulate things that so far have yet to be agreed upon. Hopefully, with better governance, there will be enough qualified lecturer and educational staff to support the achievement of overall Indonesian maritime quality standards. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana pemberlakuan dari ketentuan terkait standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di pendidikan tinggi vokasi kemaritiman di Indonesia. Secara sistem tata kelola, sebetulnya perangkat peraturan yang ada di Indonesia sudah cukup. Namun, permasalahannya adalah pada tataran implementasi mengingat adanya keterbatasan-keterbatasan di pendidikan vokasi. Salah satunya adalah keterbatasan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang memenuhi kualifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dan observasi langsung yang dilakukan oleh peneliti sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Adapun dalam pembahasannya, digunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada pendidikan tinggi vokasi kemaritiman masih perlu terus dibenahi guna menutup celah-celah yang ada. Solusi terbaik dari permasalahan ini adalah adanya kesediaan seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk duduk bersama merumuskan hal-hal yang selama ini masih belum dapat disepakati. Harapannya dengan tata kelola yang semakin baik, maka akan tersedia cukup pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang berkualitas untuk menunjang tercapainya standar mutu kepelautan Indonesia secara menyeluruh.

BMT has a strategic role in the marketing of State Sukuk since this institution is a party that has capital constraints for the development of its business activities.This study aimed to analyze the performance of BMT leaders' religiosity value and their implications for the preferences of State Sukuk. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with field survey methods. 22 BMT leaders become the research sample with the institutions scattered in regencies and cities in West Java. The measurement of the performance variable of religiosity and preference uses a Likert scale 5. The results show that the religiosity performance of BMT leaders in West Java is categorized as good. However, a good understanding of religious values does not instantly boost BMT leaders' preference for State Sukuk. Inadequate information on the operationalization mechanism of State Sukuk is one of the reasons for the low preference of BMT leaders for state Sukuk

This research aims to determined the level of emotional quotient of  eleventh grade students in SMA Negeri 15 Palembang. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with survey method. Data collection technique used is a questionnaire consisting of five aspects, namely: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and fostering relationships. The population in this research were eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 15 Palembang which amounted to 244 people. The sample in this research amounted to 56 people selected by using a purposive sampling technique. The results of data analysis shows that 32 percent  students in eleventh grade had emotional quotient with a high category that was 65% while the category and 3% low category.

Interpersonal communication is communication made by two or more people that produces a response both verbally and nonverbally. This study aims to describe the interpersonal communication possessed by adolescents in Purwokerto. The participants in this study were active teenagers from one of the private junior high schools in Purwokerto (n = 47). The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection using the Interpersonal Communication scale and measured using aspects of interpersonal communication Devito (2013), namely: openness, Empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitude, and equality. From the results of the research they have conducted. This shows the level of interpersonal communication in students, with the result that 24 students or 51.7% of students in Purwokerto have difficulty or difficulty in communicating. In comparison, 23 students, or 48.3% of students in Purwokerto, have no problem communicating interpersonally. Based on these results, it is expected that educational institutions can explore and provide more stimulus to improve interpersonal communication to students.

The purpose of conducting this research is to obtain data on the form of lectures and the results of information on students' efforts to take part in online lectures on PJKR students at the University of PGRI Semarang as a covid effect 19. The research method uses quantitative descriptive using survey methods. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The subjects in this study were PJKR University PGRI Semarang students in the second, fourth and sixth semesters. Research conducted obtained the following results: (a) Aspects of the distribution of students in the second semester 47.7%, semester four 21.2% and semester six 31.1%. (b) The most widely used application aspects are Zoom 34.7%, SIP 41.2%, SPADA 1.3% and Google Classroom 22.8%. (c) The duration of online learning is more than 60 minutes 18.6%, 30 minutes to 60 minutes 64.8% and under 30 minutes 16.6%. (d) Material aspects, namely: easy to understand 71.2% and material difficult to understand 28.8%. (e) Aspects of student readiness, in the ready category of 20.9%, quite ready 52.4%, less ready 26.7%. (f) The biggest obstacle for students is challenging the signal of 58.9%, quota of 25.3%, and time of 15.8%. From the research that has been carried out it can be concluded: (1) The form of lectures conducted at the PJKR Study Program of the University of PGRI Semarang utilizes online learning platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, SPADA, and SIP. While for field practice lectures using video and assignment forms, (2) The efforts of students to take part in online learning are quite good with the acquisition being quite ready and the percentage is 52.4%.
