Most of the obstacles or problems that are most often experienced by householdcraft craftsmen are in terms of marketing or marketing management. Where the marketingthey do is still very traditional. In a sense, they trade manually i.e. go to the market and offertheir products to customers directly. E-commerce (Electronic Commerce) or in IndonesianElectronic Commerce is the activity of distributing, selling, purchasing, marketing products(goods and services), by utilizing telecommunications networks such as the internet, television, or other computer networks. The purpose of this research is to solve variousproblems in business which include services, product costs, and business strategies. Thiswhole system is used in order toanalyze other information systems on the implementation ofan organization's operational activities. The case study used in this research is a market expansion approach using targetmarketing opportunity analysis, system model design, customer interface facilities, marketcommunication and implementation design. The research instrument used interview andobservation techniques as well as literature study. Sampling using purposive samplingtechnique. The data of this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Thedesign of the application is to use the Waterfall approach. This approach is a classic modeland is systematic so that it is easy to understand because all the processes work sequentiallyin the stages of building a software. The results of this study were carried out with several research methods, namelythe Black Box method and User Acceptance. Black Box testing is a test with the system onlyobserving the results of execution through test data and checking the functionality of thesoftware, while the User Acceptance method is a testing process carried out by users which isintended to produce documents that will be used as evidence that the software or softwareused and developed has been accepted. by the user.

The University is an institution that has a role and strategic position in the achievement of educational goals. Semarang, as the center of Central Java has many universities, both public and private. The obstacles are that many students like high school kids who want to go to university do not know the location and any information contained on the university they want. Therefore, along with the development of mobile devices, which is based on Android Smartphone then made an application that can be easily used in the search of location and information about the university. The applications created is an android based applications using the Waterfall method which has five stages in sequence. Those are Needs Analysis, System Design, Coding, Testing, and Maintenance. Testing applications using the Black-box test and tested on the users. The Results of this application design is an application that is called "University Route Searching Application Using Location Based Service (LBS) in Semarang. This application can meet the needs of users in determining the route toward college that will be addressed.

Currently, cloud computing technology is implemented by many industries in the world. This technology is very promising due to many companies only need to provide relatively smaller capital for their IT infrastructure. Virtualization is the core of cloud computing technology. Virtualization allows one physical machine to runs multiple operating systems. As a result, they do not need a lot of physical infrastructures (servers). However, the existence of virtualization could not guarantee that system failures in the guest operating system can be avoided. In this paper, we discuss the monitoring of hangs in the guest operating system in a virtualized environment without installing a monitoring agent in the guest operating system. There are a number of forensic applications that are useful for analyzing memory, CPU, and I/O, and one of it is called as LibVMI. Drakvuf, black-box binary analysis system, utilizes LibVMI to secure the guest OS. We use the LibVMI library through Drakvuf plugins to monitor processes running on the guest operating system. Therefore, we create a new plugin to Drakvuf to detect Hangs on the guest operating system running on the Xen Hypervisor. The experiment reveals that our application is able to monitor the guest operating system in real-time. However, Extended Page Table (EPT) violations occur during the monitoring process. Consequently, we need to activate the altp2m feature on Xen Hypervisor to by minimizing EPT violations.

Balinese art and culture are unique because they may not be found in other regions. This uniqueness provides a characteristic and an attraction for foreign and domestic tourists visiting the island of Bali. The art studio is a place to provide traditional performing arts. The constraints experienced by art studios generally prevail in the manual marketing of art services, while the public or consumers experience problems ordering these performing arts services. E-Marketing is an online marketing medium with the help of the internet, which aims to expand the marketing of performing arts services without being limited by space and time. The method used in this study includes five main stages, namely, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and system maintenance. This research produces an E-Marketing Application for Sanggar Seni Bali with a website as the mediator. The Black Box test results show that all the system functionality components have been running successfully. The questionnaire analysis based on the answer scale percentage results shows that this application has been running well, responds according to the data needed, and is very suitable to be applied to people, especially those who need assistance in ordering traditional performing arts services. The implementation of this application will indirectly be a means of promoting traditional performing arts.

Increased nuclear size, resulting in an increase in the relative proportion of nuclear to cytoplasmic sizes, is an important morphologic criterion for the evaluation of neoplastic and pre-neoplastic cells. This paper describes investigations into the suitability of automated image analysis for quantitating changes in nuclear and cytoplasmic cross-sectional areas in exfoliated cells from tracheas treated with carcinogen.Neoplastic and pre-neoplastic lesions were induced in the tracheas of Syrian hamsters with the carcinogen N-methyl-N-nitrosourea. Cytology samples were collected intra-tracheally with a specially designed catheter (1) and stained by a modified Papanicolaou technique. Three cytology specimens were selected from animals with normal tracheas, 3 from animals with dysplastic changes, and 3 from animals with epidermoid carcinoma. One hundred randomly selected cells on each slide were analyzed with a Bausch and Lomb Pattern Analysis System automated image analyzer.

We have assembled an image processing system for use with our high resolution STEM for the particular purpose of working with low dose images of biological specimens. The system is quite flexible, however, and can be used for a wide variety of images. The original images are stored on magnetic tape at the microscope using the digitized signals from the detectors. For low dose imaging, these are “first scan” exposures using an automatic montage system. One Nova minicomputer and one tape drive are dedicated to this task. The principal component of the image analysis system is a Lexidata 3400 frame store memory. This memory is arranged in a 640 x 512 x 16 bit configuration. Images are displayed simultaneously on two high resolution monitors, one color and one black and white. Interaction with the memory is obtained using a Nova 4 (32K) computer and a trackball and switch unit provided by Lexidata. The language used is BASIC and uses a variety of assembly language Calls, some provided by Lexidata, but the majority written by students (D. Kopf and N. Townes).

Much progress has been made in recent years towards the development of closed-loop foundry sand reclamation systems. However, virtually all work to date has determined the effectiveness of these systems to remove surface clay and metal oxide scales by a qualitative inspection of a representative sampling of sand particles. In this investigation, particles from a series of foundry sands were sized and chemically classified by a Lemont image analysis system (which was interfaced with an SEM and an X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer) in order to statistically document the effectiveness of a reclamation system developed by The Pangborn Company - a subsidiary of SOHIO.The following samples were submitted: unreclaimed sand; calcined sand; calcined & mechanically scrubbed sand and unused sand. Prior to analysis, each sample was sprinkled onto a carbon mount and coated with an evaporated film of carbon. A backscattered electron photomicrograph of a field of scale-covered particles is shown in Figure 1. Due to a large atomic number difference between sand particles and the carbon mount, the backscattered electron signal was used for image analysis since it had a uniform contrast over the shape of each particle.

Recent commercial microscopes with internal microprocessor control of all major functions have already demonstrated some of the benefits anticipated from such systems, such as continuous magnification, rotation-free diffraction and magnification, automatic recording of mutually registered focal series, and fewer control knobs. Complete automation of the focusing, stigmating and alignment of a high resolution microscope, allowing focal series to be recorded at preselected focus values as well, is still imminent rather than accomplished, however; some kind of image pick-up and analysis system, fed with the electron image via a TV camera, is clearly essential for this, but several alternative systems and algorithms are still being explored. This paper reviews the options critically in turn, and stresses the need to consider alignment and focusing at an early stage, and not merely as an optional extension to a basic proposal.
