This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation, on performance mediated job satisfaction. The increase in job satisfaction for employees certainly has an impact on the performance shown. There are differences between employees who have satisfaction with those who don't. Employees who feel satisfaction in their work tend to have a better record of attendance and adherence to regulations. These employees also usually have better achievements than employees who do not have satisfaction in their jobs. Employees who feel satisfied with their work have a greater chance to talk about positive things about their organization, help others and make their performance exceed normal estimates. The sample in this study were 58 employees of the Denpasar City Revenue Agency. Testing of model suitability through validation testing on PLS. Research results show leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, training, and competence on work satisfaction in improving employee performance. The object in this study is PT. Asaputex Jaya, located in Tegal City, engaged in woven sarong’s trading business with the Korma Tree brand. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of employees in the production department at PT. INKOASKU, Karawang, West Java. This study analyzes the effect of motivation on employee performance. This study using the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are 80 production employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java. The sampling technique used is the model non- probability sampling by census method. This study uses a questionnaire data collection method that is distributed to all employees of the production section, amounting to 80 people. The result was that 68 questioners were filled by the productions employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java, the respondent rate was 85%. The analytical tool used is Hierarchical Regression Analysis. The result is that work motivation does not affect employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable between work motivation and employee performance.

This study aims to analyze strategies to improve employee performance during the pandemic through motivation and leadership style mediated by job satisfaction of PT Hanwa Indonesia employees during the Covid 19 pandemic. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population uses 160 employees of PT Hanwa Indonesia. The sample is 114 employees. Data processing using the PLS-SEM model. The results showed that work motivation and leadership style had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation and leadership style have no effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of motivation and leadership style on the performance of PT Hanwa Indonesia employees during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Innovation is the main support especially in improving employee performance. Many studies had explained the importance of managerial training and team work in pursuing growth. However, studies that explained how the role of innovation in driving the relationship between training and teamwork on employee job satisfaction are rare. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of innovativeness in driving the relationship between training and team work on employee job satisfaction. Using a sample of 165 respondents with questionnaire from employees in general supported by AMOS version 24 the results of the study showed that there was a significant positive effect between teamwork on the innovativeness and employee job satisfaction. There was a significant positive effect between the relationship of innovativeness on employee job satisfaction but there was no significant positive effect between managerial training on the innovativeness and employee job satisfaction. The final result indicated that the innovativeness partially mediated a significant positive relationship between teamwork and employee job satisfaction.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada CV. Pelita Mandiri V Pematang Reba Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Kinerja karyawan belum optimal dikarenakan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya yang didukung oleh teori serta hasil penelitian yang relevan menjadi dasar pemikiran penulis untuk melakukan penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompetensi terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah: wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dan pencatatan dokumen. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Kepuasan kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan,  (5) Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 80,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.   This research was carried out on CV. Pelita Mandiri V Pematang Reba Indragiri Hulu Regency. Employee performance is not optimal because the factors that can influence it which are supported by the theory and relevant research results are the rationale for the authors to conduct research. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, competence on performance, job satisfaction on performance and the effect of compensation on performance mediated by job satisfaction. This study used 21 people as sample. To collect all the data, this study used: interviews, questionnaires, and recording documents. Furthermore, the data obtained will be analyzed using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS Software. The results of this study indicate: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) Compensation has a positive effect and significant to employee performance mediated by satisfaction, (5) Employee performance is influenced by compensation and job satisfaction by 80.3%, while the remaining 19.7% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction and productivity of permanent employees at PT. Sinergi Mitra Utama in Bandung. This research is included in explanatory research. The population of this research is all permanent employees of the company PT. Sinergi Mitra Utama in Bandung, 35 employees. Based on predetermined criteria, the total sample of this study is 35 employees. Data analysis was done using path analysis. After analyzing data, several conclusions can be taken, that is : a). Work compensation has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction, b). Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity, c). Work compensation has a significant positive direct effect on job satisfaction, d). Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, e). Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on work productivity, f). Compensation affects work productivity through job satisfaction, g). work motivation has a significant positive effect on work productivity through job satisfaction.

<p>This investigation goals to anatomize the influence of work motivation on employee performance intercede by employee job satisfaction. The data is obtained directly through distributing questionnaires via google docs and whatsapp to employees who work at Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The number of respondents in this determination was 160 people. The results of hypothesis testing show : Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction and employee performance through job satisfaction, then Job satisfaction has a positive effect and significant on employee performance.</p>

An employee who has a high performance and better able to support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. Employees can work well if you have a high performance that can produce good work anyway. With the high- performance that employees, is expected to achieve organizational goals. This study examines the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction to be intervening variable. Data on compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance obtained through observation, record keeping and questioner with respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Statistical tests results showed  (1) the compensation proved significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.880, (2) work environment proved to be a significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.074, (3) job satisfaction proved to be a significant positive effect on employee performance the path coefficient of 0.264 and T-Stats for 2.458, (4) compensation proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.242 and T-Stats for 2.912, (5) work environment proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.378 and T-Stats for 3.343. Based on test results obtained statistical results of all variables positive and signicant impact.

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance at the BANK BPD DIY Senopati branch office. The method in this research is accidental sampling. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test, t-test and Sobel test. Based on the research results, it is known that commitment has a significant positive effect on OCB, compensation has a significant effect on OCB, and satisfaction does not affect OCB, while commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on performance, job satisfaction has no effect on performance. OCB has a positive effect on employee performance. commitment has a significant positive effect on performance with the OCB variable as an intervening variable, compensation has a significant effect on performance with OCB as an internal variable has no significant effect on performance through OCB As an intervening variable and job satisfaction It is expected that this research can be used to measure commitment, compensation, and employee satisfaction as well as OCB on employee performance behavior

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.
