In this article is presented the usage of a dynamical software product, with which can be created applets concerning the world of spices. The dynamical product allows experimenting with the parameters of the objects, their positions, colors etc. Today’s information technology can be used in different areas of knowledge and motivate the students. The application of GeoGebra in the educational process can help the development of digital competences.

The scientific article analyzes the importance and relevance of media education. The author provides teachers with the pedagogical foundations of teaching media education in the field of information literacy in the field of vocational education. The scientific article takes into account the fact that the development of information technology in the world contributes to the latest trends in the development of pedagogical personnel and pedagogical technologies in the development of media education in the educational process, assuming that the younger generation will be crucial for information. In the article, the author draws on scientific conclusions, citing examples of the importance and necessity of media education. Considering that information technologies are developing in society, the ways of teacher education are analyzed in a scientific article. The development of science and technology is associated with the need for widespread use and application of the latest technological methods and equipment in the direction of vocational guidance and the role of media education in this direction.

Today the world is in the process of rapid informatization and digitalization of society in all its spheres. The way and pace of life of a modern man is not similar to the life of previous generations. The spread of the coronavirus disease, known as COVID-19, has necessitated acceptance and adaptation to new working and learning conditions for educators from different countries. Educational institutions around the world are responding to numerous prohibitions and quarantine rules with the transition to distance learning. The crisis has already caused an online boom for education and forced teachers to be preparedto deal with this atypical situation. The most powerful source today is digital technology, or as they call it - digital learning tools, which implies competent use of the latest gadgets. Of course, global changes in public life cannot take place without changes in the educational space, so our education system now follows the experience of advanced European countries and implements many programs for the formation and development of digital literacy, including at the educational level. Definitely, Ukrainian education system follows the experience of advanced New Ukrainian School provides for the widespread use of information and communication technologies by each teacher in their own professional and pedagogical activities, which is an essential way to update and informatize the education content in different education institutions of our country. This process is impossible without the systematic use of electronic educational resources (EER) during the educational process, because they definitely create a modernized content of educational space and provide equal access to educational online materials to each participant in the educational process regardless of location, age or other aspects.

At present, along with the dynamic development of computer technology in the world, the most effective ways of solving problems of practical importance are being considered. High performance computing takes the lead in this. Therefore, the development of modern society is closely related to the training of experienced, modern specialists in the field of information technology. This, in turn, depends on the inclusion of new courses in the curriculum and full coverage of these issues in the content of the taught courses. This article analyzes the courses on high performance computing, taught at experimental bases and abroad, on the basis of this, the topics of the special course and the content recommended for implementation in the educational process are determined. During the training, the competencies of students in high performance computing were identified.

The annual International Scientific and Practical Conference “Development of Personality Creativity in a Modern Multicultural Space” was held at Bunin Yelets State University on April 15, 2021. The situation in the country and the world determined the online format of the event, more than two hundred researchers, teachers, cultural workers, young researchers from Russia, Bulgaria, Italy, Saudi Arabia discussed issues of international scientific cooperation in a constantly changing world; prospects for the development of science in accordance with the requirement of personalization of education; systematization of the fundamental problems of the development of creativity as a segment of the digital competence profile and the basis of efficiency in a situation of uncertainty. Technological progress, which sets scenarios for the development of humanity, affects the pattern of human behaviour in the most direct way and becomes an integral part of life, serving as progressives and at the same time also as regressive means in the educational process. The school should follow the modern digital age so it is necessary to offer students to learn the content of learning in an interactive, understandable, achievable and educational way. In order to facilitate the interaction of the digital competence of student’s with knowledge-building in the learning process of History and Culturology, two years of development resulted in the creation of a website enabling students to learn more successfully history and culturology. It should also be noted that the European Commission highlights the digital competence as one of the key competences for lifelong learning: it is recommended that the European Union should raise and improve the level of digital competences at all stages of education and training (European Commission, 2018). The aim of this article is, highlighting the importance of digital competence and information technology in the education process, identify students' growth rates in History and Culturology studies using the learning platform developed and tested www.pavelsjurs.lv. The article reflects the introduction of innovation in the History and Culturology subjects through an open interactive learning platform that can be used in daily education at school and for online learning.

The article discusses the development trends of the modern preschool education system in the aspect of the activity of the teacherpsychologist of the preschool educational organization. The experience of using 1C software products in the practical work of the psychological service of kindergarten 318 of the city of Perm in the aspects of psychological monitoring of children’s readiness to study at school and correctional and developmental work with preschool children is presented. The components of the child’s psychological readiness for school are described. On practical examples, diagnostic methods for determining the level of readiness of children for schooling are analyzed. The data of testing kindergarten pupils at the beginning of the 2019/2020 school year on the parameters allowing to identify urgent problems and determine the direction of the necessary correctional development work are presented. Features of the practical application of the software product 1C:Preschool Psychodiagnostics in the process of psychological support of preparing children for school are considered. Methods are described, the scope of which is aimed not only at the study of personality traits, but also at its development. The possibilities of using games of the 1C:Educational Collection in the correctional and developmental work are disclosed. The description of game collections is given, options for their use are presented.

The World

The technology of blended learning is one of the modern trends in education both in the world and in Russia. The article explores the various possibilities of blended learning technology. As a means of implementing online learning, it is proposed to use LMS Moodle, which is widely used among educational organizations. The categorization of the main elements of Moodle from the perspective of the organization of pedagogical control, forms of presentation of teaching materials is presented. Examples of the use of basic resources and elements of Moodle in the educational process are given. The interactive properties of individual elements those allow you to more effectively implement online learning in blended learning technology are revealed. An approach is proposed to understand the essence of blended learning technology as a technology that allows to activate a student’s activities in the framework of full-time education by using online training and transferring (from full-time education) those activities that students are able to implement in the absence of a teacher.

Advances in information technology and communications which we achieve now actually been recognized and felt in the world of education in general. Currently College Prog implement a Tridharma terms Tridharma iDuHelp!. Tridharma is one of the basic responsibilities that students must be developed simultaneously and together. In this Tridharma still there are problems in the system iDuHelp! service. So IRAN (iLearning Prog Ask and News) in collaboration with iDuHelp! in providing answers and information needed by the student. In its application in Tridharma iDuHelp! IRAN There is a related method in it, such as iLearning methods that are currently being developed. With iLearning method can facilitate conduct research in detail, accurately, and clearly by using mindmapping. Besides the method of analysis is also done with three stages  namely the identification of the problem, identifying needs, and identifying system requirements. In this study using 4 literature reviews that can be used as references in preparing this paper. In this article explained about the problems that arise and solving problems in accurately using the flow Flowchart. In the implementation of the prototype shown iDuHelp! As well as the performance of Iran. So the end result of the study is a system performance to information and communication media of Iran can maximize iDuHelp! care system  It is widely integrated in a university.

The implementation of student counseling with a Knowledge Management System is one of the contributions of information technology in the world of education.
