Teluk Jakarta memiliki wilayah pesisir yang menjadi salah satu sumber mata pencaharian. Salah satu aktor pada wilayah pesisir adalah kaum perempuan. Perempuan pesisir memiliki peran penting dalam rumah tangga nelayan. Pada aktivitas ekonomi rumah tangga, perempuan pesisir ikut berkontribusi bahkan terkadang mendominasi. Tulisan ini menggambarkan peran perempuan nelayan dalam rumah tangga nelayan pesisir Teluk Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan di Teluk Jakarta di dua kecamatan yaitu Cilincing dan Penjaringan, tiga Kelurahan di Cilincing (Marunda, Cilincing dan Kalibaru) dan dua kelurahan di Penjaringan (Kamal Muara dan Muara Angke). Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara terstruktur, wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), observasi dan diskusi kelompok terbatas (Focus Group Discussion/FGD). Kajian studi literatur juga dilakukan untuk memperkaya tulisan. Perempuan pesisir Teluk Jakarta memiliki peran dalam aktivitas usaha perikanan. Pada usaha perikanan tangkap, perempuan berperan pada tahap persiapan yaitu mempersiapkan perbekalan melaut (ransum) dan membantu perbaikan jaring, pasca melaut yaitu memilah hasil tangkapan ikan dan memasarkannya. Pada kegiatan budidaya kerang hijau, perempuan pesisir di Teluk Jakarta berperan pada tahap pasca panen yaitu memilah kerang hijau, mengupas (memipil), merebus dan memasarkannya. Pada usaha pengolahan hasil perikanan, perempuan pesisir Teluk Jakarta berperan pada keseluruhan proses pengolahan ikan dan pemasarannya. Peran perempuan yang strategis dalam tiap tahapan kegiatan usaha perikanan menjadikan perempuan sebagai titik tumpu dalam program pembangunan. Melihat besarnya peran perempuan dalam kegiatan usaha perikanan, maka dalam setiap program pemberdayaan masyarakat di pesisir Teluk Jakarta harus melibatkan perempuan. Title:Role of Women Fisheries in Fishery and Establishment of Household Economics Jakarta BayJakarta Bay has a coastal area of which become one of the sources of livelihood. One of the actors in coastal areas is women. Coastal women play significant role in the fisher’s household. They contribute even dominate the fishers daily household activities. This paper describes the role of women fishers in the coastal of Jakarta Bay. The research was conducted in Jakarta Bay in two sub-districts (Cilincing and Penjaringan), three urban villages in Cilincing (Marunda, Cilincing and Kalibaru) and two urban villages in Penjaringan (Kamal Muara and Muara Angke). Data were collected through structured interview, in depth interview, observation and focus group discussion. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive method. Furthermore, this paper enriched with literature review. Coastal women of Jakarta Bay play significant roles in fishery business activity. In the capture fisheries, they prepare food and supplies before sailing and help repairing the net, thereafter, they sort the fish catch and sell them. Women also play their role in shellfish cultivation especially in the post-harvest stage such as sorting out the green shell, peeling, boiling and selling. While in the processing business of fishery products, the women of Jakarta Bay coast play their role in the whole process of fish processing and its marketing. Therefore, women in Jakarta Bay become a fulcrum of the development program, and it is necessary to involve women in every community empowerment program on the coast of Jakarta Bay.

This study aims to systematically obtain information related to community empowerment through kalamansi citrus farmer groups. The method used is the focus group discussion by getting the results that community empowerment through the kalamansi citrus farmer group was established in 2008, has 27 members, the natural lemongrass farmer group gets certificate of appreciation from the Governor of Bengkulu as an Independent Kalamansi Citrus Farm Farmer / Success in the Context of the 50th Anniversary of Bengkulu Province, on 18 November 2018. As time goes by, Kalamansi oranges have produced many fruits, the empowerment of sustainable natural lemongrass farmer groups in Padang lemongrass village is one of a form of community empowerment. The community usually sells it in the form of fresh fruit to market traders in the city of Bengkulu. With the empowerment of this sustainable natural fresh farmer group, the community can use their land as a kalamansi orange plantation where the products they plant will be traded in the market or to Mr. Amti who needing the raw material for kalamansi syrup, the community can increase their family's economic income by planting kalamansi and oranges the community also conserves kalamsi citrus fruit in the city of Bengkulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk serta dampak dari program tersebut terhadap masyarakat lokal di Kabupaten Cilacap. Sebagai perusahaan yang kerap menjadi badan usaha terbesar di lingkungannya, Holcim sadar akan tanggung jawabnya terhadap masyarakat. CSR adalah bentuk regulasi diri sebuah perusahaan yang diintegrasikan dalam model bisnis. Salah satu kegiatan CSR Holcim adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat di wilayah salah satu plant Holcim yaitu Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam melakukan analisis adalah melalui studi literatur, wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan Focus Group Discussion dengan para pengurus, kader, dan anggota masyarakat. Sedangkan responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 25 posdaya yang berdiri sebelum program CSR PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk dengan jumlah responden 111 orang, dan 11 posdaya yang merupakan bentukan PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk dengan jumlah responden 37 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuadran. Berdasarkan analisis dari variabel yang telah diamati, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis program CSR yang dilakukan PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk terhadap masyarakat Kabupaten Cilacap adalah berupa gerakan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan desa dalam bentuk Posdaya. Program ini berdampak pada terjadinya perbaikan dalam hal kepengurusan Posdaya serta kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat. Selain itu PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk melakukan pendampingan secara berkelanjutan serta evaluasi terhadap kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan. Kata Kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Posdaya, Keberlanjutan The purpose of this research is to know the types of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program done by PT.Holcim Indonesia Tbk as well as the impact of the program on the local communities of Cilacap district. As one of the largest business entity in its environment, PT Holcim,Tbk aware of its responsibility towards the society. CSR is done by PT Holcim, tbk, as a form of self-regulation that is integrated in their business model. One of their CSR is done by empowering community in the region. This research is conducted in one of the Holcim plant in Cilacap district. The analytical methods used in this research are: studying the related literature, interviews, observations, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the Executive Board, cadres, and community members of Posdaya. The research sample are 25 Posdaya that are established before PT Holcim Indonesia CSR program Tbk directed to the society with the total number of respondents are 111 people, and 11 Posdaya which were formed by PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk, with the total number of respondents are37 people.The data gathered then analyzed using descriptive analysis and quadrant analysis.The result of this research shows that the type of CSR programs done by PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. on Kabupaten Cilacap society are: The type of CSR done in the form of community empowerment movement that called as Posdaya. The program done by PT Holcim Tbk has an impact on the improvement of the managerial skills of the Posdaya organizing comitee, and the empowerment program is also improving the economic independence of the member of Posdaya as well as the district community. In addition, PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk provides guidance on an ongoing basis to the Posdaya management and provides evaluations on the activities carried out by Posdaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan implementasi  penilaian pada Kurikulum 2013; (2) mengidentifikasi hambatan dan keberhasilan pelaksanaan penilaian pada Kurikulum 2013, (3) memberikan rekomendasi kepada Pemerintah dalam mengambil kebijakan pelaksanaan penilaian pada Kurikulum 2013. Populasi dalam evaluasi ini adalah sekolah di Indonesia jenjang sekolah dasar dan menengah. Penentuan sampel dengan purposive sampling, yaitu sekolah jenjang sekolah dasar dan menengah di 15 provinsi di Wilayah Indonesia Bagian Barat, Wilayah Indonesia Bagian Tengah, dan Wilayah Indonesia Bagian Timur. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan Focus Group Discussion(FGD). Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Model ini digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kesenjangan antara kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dengan pelaksanaan program di lapangan. Hasil penelitian dibagi tiga tahap, yaitu: (1) perencanaan, disarankan kepada pemerintah untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan membuat kisi-kisi dahulu baru membuat soal-soalnya, bukan yang dilakukan sebaliknya, juga pelatihan analisis instrumen penilaian dan membuat rubrik untuk soal uraian; (2) pelaksanaan, disarankan kepada pemerintah untuk menyederhanakan pedoman penilaian pada Kurikulum 2013, melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penilaian kompetensi sikap, untuk jenjang SD perlu diberikan pelatihan teknik penilaian pada pembelajaran tematik, dan membimbing guru melakukan kegiatan analisis instrumen dan revisi butir soal; (3) pelaporan, disarankan pengambil kebijakan mengkaji kembali  penggunaan rentang nilai 1-4 pada penilaian pengetahuan dan keterampilan.Kata kunci: penilaian pada Kurikulum 2013, rubrik untuk soal uraian, penilaian pada pembelajaran tematik, rentang skor 1-4 THE  IMPLEMENTATION  OF ASSESSMENT IN THE CURRICULUM  2013AbstractThe objectives  of  this study are (1) to describe the implementation of the assessment in the curriculum 2013, (2)to identify the obstacle and the success of the implementation  of assessment in the curriculum 2013, and (3)to make a recommendation for policy makers to improve the implementation of  assessment in the curriculum2013. The population of the study consist of the elementary schools, junior schools, and senior high schools in Indonesia. The sample was determined purposively, consisting of the elementary schools, junior schools, and senior high schools in 15 provinces in Indonesia. Data were collected through questionnaires and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The findings of this study are: (1) in the planning step, the recommendations were given to principals, teachers, and  head of educational districts to make socialization and workshop on developing assessment grid first, and then writing items not the other way around, and make a rubric first when writing the essay items; (2) in the implementation step, the recommendation were given to government to simplify the guidance of assessment in the curriculum 2013, to make socialization and workshop about the affective assessment, workshop thematic assessment for elementary teachers, and guiding teachers to revise and analyze the instrument; (3) in the report step, the recommendation were given to policy makers to look back at the policy of using the score range 1-4, for assessing knowledge and psychomotor domain.Keywords: assessment incurriculum 2013, rubric for essay items, assessment in thematic learning, score range 1-4

Abstract: Polytechnic has characteristic which prioritizes the application of practical aspects supported by appropriate theory. Blended learning can be applied in Polytechnic, but a scheme is needed to formulate the correct instructional model. The study objectives were to examine the type of instructional model on blended learning that suits with Polytechnic. The research was conducted by qualitative descriptive approach by Miles and Huberman through observation, in-depth interview, Focus Group Discussion and literature review. The research validity was done by transferability, confirmability, credibility and dependability test. It can be concluded that the instructional model is appropriately determined by the suitability of educational model, technique and method of learning, and also facilities and infrastructure readiness. The instructional model on Blended Learning in Polytechnic is the Rotation Instructional Model. The study had implications on the learning process in Polytechnic. Blended learning dapat diterapkan di Politeknik, namun diperlukan sebuah skema untuk merumuskan instructional model yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengkaji jenis instructional model pada Blended Learning yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pendidikan Politeknik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman, teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion dan kajian pustaka. Keabsahan data dengan uji transferability, confirmability, credibility dan dependability. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa instructional model yang tepat ditentukan dengan mempertimbangkan kesesuaian antara model pendidikan yang diselenggarakan, teknik dan metode pembelajaran mata kuliah, serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran. Sesuai dengan pertimbangan tersebut maka instructional model pada Blended Learning di Politeknik adalah Rotation Instructional Model. Implikasi penelitian terjadi pada proses pembelajaran di Politeknik. Para dosen dapat memanfaatkan instructional model skema untuk menentukan instructional model yang tepat untuk mata kuliah yang diampu.Kata Kunci: Instructional Model, Blended Learning, Politeknik, Vokasi

Nowadays, development of agroforestry has been focused on the people living near forest. Positive views from community may have a good impact on agroforestry development program. This research aims to study the views of the forest outskrit community on the agroforestry development program in Dulamayo Barat village, Telaga Sub District, Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province. The study used survey approach and focus group discussion (FGD) method. Respondents were all the members of agroforestry farmer group. The entire population were taken for interview (10 respondents) while FGD was attended by 26 participants. Data were analyzed descriptively. The result showed that 100% of the respondents want the program to be sustainable, although from the socio economic point of view the impact has not contributed significantly. From the respondents views of its benefit, 50% believethat the program is for critical land rehabilitation, 30% have a view for the improvement of environmental service, 10% view to increase community economy, and 10% view that the program is to eliminate erosion. These indicate that the community is concerned with agroforestry development, therefore, continuous facilitation is needed. Furthermore, the community expects to be actively involved in the agroforestry development program.

This study is aimed to investigate the mechanism of abroad apprenticeship labour program, including income rate, to understand the process of transferring knowledge, and to portray its implementation to regional development. There are at least three aspects will be discussed, firstly, to understand the process of apprenticeship overseas; secondly, to evaluate their income and economic activities after returning home; and thirdly, to evaluate how the local government involves in empowering ex-apprentice labour overseas. The research employed several methods for getting data such as structured interview by using questionnaire, focus group discussion, in-depth interview, tracking, and observation. This study indicated that (I) Apprenticeship process mechanism is not fully transparent yet; (2) Their income are relatively high, however, looking at their job they are still absorbed in 3D jobs (dirty, dangerous, difficult); (3) Several arising problems set the volunteer in low bidding position, and (4) process of transferring knowledge they got from overseas is vague.

This research aims to find out model of communication marketing as means to increasing the power of women’s UKM in informal sector of Yogyakarta. Research methodology in qualitative descriptive is used with collect data, focus group discussion (FGD). These research methodogy are service, food, and farm. Result of this research found model of communication marketing which is used media social methodology in informal sector to increasing the power of women’s UKM of Yogyakarta. This research extend give recommendation for women’s UKM of Yogyakarta to optimize their effort through social media such as facebook, twitter, instagram, and website.

Kehidupan anak era milenial kini menjadi lebih ironi, dukungan dari sajian media yang menawarkan sisi dunia kekinian menyebabkan generasi penerus bangsa luntur nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang telah ada pada masa lampau. Tujuan dari kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat pada target sasaran kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Manukaya adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada keluarga khususnya ibu yang memiliki peran penting di keluarga dalam mengantisipasi sikap negative dari dampak modernisasi. Focus Group Discussion di pilih dalam memecahkan masalah yang terjadi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tim pelaksana memberikan 2 kegiatan diantaranya adalah pertama memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya kearifan lokal dan strategi mempertahankan kearifan lokal melalui mendongeng. Kedua memberikan pendampingan pelatihan sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki oleh kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Manukaya yaitu merajut. Dari potensi tersebut, diberikan kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan media boneka jari dengan cara merajut dan berbahan dasar flannel. Dari media boneka jari yang telah dibuat, diharapkan dapat diaplikasikan kepada anak-anak dalam mengajarkan kearifan lokal Bali melalui dongeng. Bali Mendongeng: Revitalization of fading local wisdom AbstractThe lives of the millennial era is now becoming more irony, the support of the media which offers dishes of the world side of the present generation successor Nations smudging local wisdom values that already exist in the past. The purpose of the community empowerment activities on the target objectives of the mother-homemaker village of Manukaya is to provide education to their families especially mothers who have an important role in the family in anticipation of a negative attitude from the impact the modernization. Focus Group Discussion on select in solving the case. The result of this activity is the implementing team provide activities such as the first two provide education about the importance of local wisdom and strategy of maintaining local wisdom through storytelling. Both provide a mentoring training in accordance with the potential that is owned by a group of mothers of households of the village of Manukaya that is knitting. From the potential, given the activities of accompaniment the creation of finger puppets knit and way made from flannel. From finger puppets that have been made, is expected to be applied to children of Bali's local wisdom in teaching through storytelling.

Madrasah supervisors who have the task of developing managerial education are expected to be able to play an active role in improving the managerial competence of the madrasa head. Madrasah supervisors are required to be active, creative, and innovative in applying and developing managerial supervision of education methods, namely monitoring and evaluation methods, reflection and Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Delphi, and workshops. Through this guidance, the headmaster will share, add insight, and consult with the madrasa supervisor so that in the end there will be an increase in managerial competence in education. The results of coaching by supervisors will be followed up by the madrasa head in managing the madrasa, and followed up by the madrasah supervisor in planning the next coaching, and followed up by the government in preparing the Shopping Professional Development program (PKB) for madrasah supervisors.

The trend of enrolment in private schools is growing rapidly. The criteria of quality for teacher candidates is complex one, great value is placed for oral interviews along with other formal techniques of selection process. The present study focused to investigate the desired and observed levels of qualities for teacher candidates perceived by their employers at private educational institutions in Pakistan. Interviews of personnel involved in selection process, a focus group discussion and a survey were used as the research method. After semi-structured interview with 20 employers the initial three levels of dimensions of qualities for teacher candidates i.e. dimensions of educational and professional knowledge; dimensions of teaching and professional skills; and dimensions of values and attitudes were developed and kept for  focus group discussion. In this way six qualities for each dimension were finalized and the survey was conducted to rate the desired and observed levels of 18 items. A total number of 139 responses were available through this survey. The mean of desired and observed responses for each item was calculated. The difference between means, standard deviations and t-values were also calculated. The differences in mean values for desired and observed levels for all three categories indicate that employers of private schools are not satisfied with the output of teachers training programs.
