This research is a literature study regarding changes in the social phenomena of rural farmer communities in Indonesia, behavior patterns and social interaction systems, including changes in cultural norms, values ??and phenomena. The limited number of farmers is one of the reasons that underlie poverty.

<p><em>The social phenomenon that became the focus of sociology has diversity in the aspects of social life of society both as a real and practical reality as well as abstract and utopian reality. The reality is static and moves dynamically inherent in social processes in the daily life of social setting. The social process shapes reality as part of the past takes place today and becomes a hope for the future. Among the social phenomena that become part of the fundamental study of sociology are structure and social system. Social structure is a process of social interaction that lasts a long time, regularly and form a pattern. The social system is a functional social interaction of a set of elements in a group or society to defend the boundaries or unity of its parts. Both in this context are interesting to explain the process of its formation, relationships, functions, traits and changes in discourse and praxis. Applying literature study this article will explore the processes of formation, relationships, functions, traits, and changes of social structure and social system in discourse and praxis. The effort is important to strengthen the sociology repertoire on the macro and abstract level.</em></p>

Conflict is one of the social phenomena that continues to exist in human life. Conflict usually comes from several aspects such as social change, differences in authority (authority), differences in interests and cultural differences. Because Indonesia is a very diverse country of pluralism it is a variety of ethnic and ethnic diversity. Such diversity and diversity can lead to ethnic conflict. Simply put, this article will analyze the causes of conflict between ethnic Dayak and Madura in West Kalimantan, especially in Samalantan sub-district, how the impact will be caused by the conflict between Dayak ethnic with Madura in Samalantan, and also the attitude or action of the government to the conflict. In writing this scientific paper the author uses the method of literature study that comes from books or various articles that according to the author can support this writing. And based on the author’s analysis of the conflict between Dayak ethnic with Madura in Samalantan. Apparently the conflict in Samalantan has happened more than ten times, can not be added with certainty. The background of the conflict occurred because of the lack of government role in providing information to the Madura who will migrate to the island of Borneo about the customs, culture, and things that are not liked by the Dayaks when incoming by ethnic immigrants. The government's action to resolve the conflict is to facilitate the meeting between the two Dayak ethnic groups with Madura. But the impact of the conflict is certainly there are positive and negative, the positive Madurese become independent, and the Dayak negatively arise casualties. Konflik merupakan salah satu fenomena sosial yang terus ada dalam kehidupan manusia. Konflik biasanya bersumber dari beberapa aspek seperti adanya perubahan sosial, perbedaan kewenangan (otoritas),perbedaan kepentingan dan perbedaan kultural. Karena indonesia merupakan sebuah negara yang sangat majemuk dari kemajemukan itu adalah adanya berbagai keragaman etnis dan suku bangsa. Dari keberagaman dan perbedaan tersebut dapat menimbulkan terjadinya konflik etnis. Secara sederhana, tulisan ini akan menganalisa penyebab terjadinya konflik antara etnis dayak dan madura di kalimantan barat khususnya di kecamatan samalantan, bagaimana dampak yang akan ditimbulkan dari konflik antar etnis Dayak dengan Madura di Samalantan, serta bagaimana sikap ataupun tindakan pemerintah terhadap konflik tersebut. Dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini penulis menggunakan metode studi pustaka yang bersumber dari buku-buku atau berbagai artikel yang menurut penulis dapat mendukung penulisan ini. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisa penulis terhadap konflik antar etnis Dayak dengan Madura di Samalantan. Ternyata konflik di Samalantan sudah terjadi lebih dari sepuluh kali, tidak bisa dijumlahkan dengan pasti. Adapun latar belakang dari konflik tersebut terjadi karena kurang adanya peran pemerintah dalam memberi informasi terhadap orang Madura yang akan bertransmigrasi ke pulau Kalimantan mengenai adat istiadat, budaya, serta hal-hal yang tidak disukai oleh orang-orang Dayak ketika di datangi oleh etnis pendatang. Tindakan pemerintah dalam mengatasi konflik adalah dengan memfasilitasi pertemuan antara kedua etnis Dayak dengan Madura. Tetapi dampak yang di timbulkan dari konflik itu tentu ada yang positif dan negatif, positifnya orang Madura menjadi mandiri, serta orang Dayak negatifnya timbul korban jiwa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi sosial anak yatim, layanan bimbingan dengan metode diskusi dan peran bimbingan dengan metode diskusi dalam meningkatkan interaksi sosial anak yatim di Pondok Pesantren Yatim dan Dhuafa Al-Kasyaf. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Dalam penelitian ini data yang dikumpulkan berupa fakta, angka-angka yang kemudian dideskriptifkan dengan memberikan predikat pada hasil prosentase. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan di pondok pesantren yatim dan dhuafa Al-Kasyaf dilaksanakan menggunakan metode diskusi dengan teknik public speaking, dan durasi waktunya mingguan. Proses interaksi sosial yang terjadi adalah bentuk assosiatif dan dissosiatif. Peran bimbingan dengan metode diskusi dalam meningkatkan interaksi sosial dengan kategori tinggi pada setiap aspek yaitu (1) kemampuan relationship (2) kemampuan identifikasi masalah (3) kemampuan memfasilitasi perubahan dan (4) evaluasi interaksi sosial dengan rentang persentasi peningkatan 82%-94%.   This study aims to determine the social interaction of orphans, guidance services with discussion methods, and the role of guidance with the method of discussion in improving social interaction of orphans in Pondok Pesantren Yatim and Dhuafa Al-Kasyaf. The method used in this research is qualitative with phenomenological approach. In this study data collected in the form of facts, the numbers are then descriptive by giving predicate on the results of percentage. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, literature study and questionnaire. The results showed that the guidance services in the Pesantren Al-Kasyaf using the method of discussion with public speaking techniques with the duration of time weekly. The process of social interaction that occurs is the form of associative and dissociative. The role of counseling with the method of discussion in improving social interaction with high category (1) the ability of relationship (2) problem identification ability (3) ability to facilitate change and (4) evaluation of social interaction with 82% -94% improvement percentage range.

The plurality of Indonesian, beside of becoming a property, also becoming a boomerang for the unity of a nation. The conflict that arises will not resolve if they are left casually. The disputes can be overcome and avoided if the society can build positive social interaction among fellow. Therefore, in facing conflicts, it is necessary to realize that an ethnic group is not a social group that must be considered by, however, a local knowledge that is store in a culture of ethnic groups. This research aims to determine the social interaction of South Sulawesi’s communities, namely the ethnic of Bugis, Makassar, Mandar, and Toraja. Those four ethnics have had cultural characteristics that have been being a customs and philosophies of their lives because they have normative elements values that can bind their members. This research is compiled through a literature study in which the data obtained from various books and journals. The result reveals that the ethnics of South Sulawesi have been building social interaction based on the culture of Siri’ Na Pacce and Sipakatau, which are the main foundation in building positive communication among fellow. Those cultures must be well implemented and maintained in building social interaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan konstrak skala pengukuran keterampilan sosial siswa sekolah dasar inklusif berbasis diversity awareness. Langkah penelitian adalah eksplorasi konstrak keterampilan sosial melalui kajian pustaka dan FGD dan mengonstruksi aspek dan indikator untuk menjadi rancangan skala perilaku Likert. Subjek penelitian adalah 15 guru kelas dari SD inkusif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aspek keterampilan sosial berdasarkan diversity awareness yang berhasil dirumuskan tujuh (7) aspek, meliputi kemampuan empati (32,4%), komunikasi dan interaksi sosial (28,9%), mengendalikan agresi (10,8%), sikap terbuka (8,8%), perilaku membantu (8,3%), kemampuan memahami diri (6,9%), dan perilaku mau belajar (3,9%). Rancangan instrumen pengukuran skala keterampilan sosial siswa SD inklusif berbasis diversity awareness terdiri dari indikator-indikator yang ditetapkan berdasarkan proporsi persentase kemunculan masing-masing aspek. Aspek kemampuan empati memiliki 15 indikator, komunikasi dan interaksi sosial 13 indikator, mengendalikan agresi 5 indikator, sikap terbuka 4 indikator, perilaku membantu 4 indikator, memahami diri 3 indikator, dan perilaku mau belajar 2 indikator. Total indikator berjumlah 46 yang menjadi item pada alat ukur yang dihasilkan.This research aimed to develop the constuction of social skills measurement scale for inclusive primary school students based on diversity awareness. The phases of this research were the exploration of the social skills construction through the literature study and FGD, and constructed the aspects and indicators to be designed as Likert scale behavior. The subjects were 15 teachers from elementary inclusive schools. The results formulated seven (7) aspects of social skills based on diversity awareness, including the ability of empathy (32.4%), communication and social interaction (28.9%), controlling aggression (10.8%), openness (8.8%), helping behavior (8.3%), the ability to understand themselves (6.9%), and willing to learn (3.9%). The draft of instrument consists of indicators defined by the proportion of the percentage of each of these aspects. Aspects capacity for empathy has 15 indicators, communication and social interaction has 13 indicators, controlling aggression has five indicators, four indicators for openness, behavior helped for four indicators, three indicators for understanding themselves, and willingness to learn has two indicators. Total indicators are 46 which become the items on the resulting measurement tool.

Bali is known for its valuable traditions and customs from pre-Hindu times to the present. Social facts, that the more widespread social problems occur that are not directly proportional to the social and legal rules in the lontar text and customs in Bali. The purpose of this paper is to examine the social norms and legal norms contained in the Manawa swarga text and its context in Balinese society in Klungkung Regency. This paper uses primary data and secondary data, with methods of observation, text search, interviews and literature study. Data analysis techniques, the process of collecting data, classification, display data, interpretation and conclusions. The finding is that there is a relationship between the contents of the Vedic scriptures, Manawadhamasastra, Manawa Swarga, and customary law (awig-awig) in Bali. Each of them describes the Chess of Varna or four classes of professions, which is contained in Ṛgveda: 10.90.12, Manawadharmasastra / Manu Smrtih. Pratamo'dhyayah I.31 Manawa Swarga text article 189. The contents of the Manawa Swarga text are still relevant to current social phenomena, specifically regarding the homosexual legal norms, hate speech "Adur Welyani" which can strengthen national legal norms.

The guiding idea of this analysis concerns the development of social innovation theory on the paradigmatic basis of the social interaction concept. The aims of the discussion are three-fold. First, the central task is to elaborate on a multidimensional concept of social innovation, defined as organized social change. Second, the development of the social innovation concept is used to evaluate the heuristic potentials of the sociological paradigm of social interaction. Third, the paradigm of social interaction and its capacities to guide the structuration, functioning and development of knowledge about social innovations are put under close scrutiny. The conclusion is that the suggested disciplinary paradigm of sociology and the new concept of social innovation facilitate the explanatory approach to relevant social phenomena, the overcoming of theoretical and methodological dilemmas in sociology and the systematic building up of cumulative sociological knowledge.

This study investigates the preachers and their Friday sermons in Lebanon, raising the following questions: What are the profiles of preachers in Lebanon and their academic qualifications? What are the topics evoked in their sermons? In instances where they diagnosis and analyze the political and the social, what kind of arguments are used to persuade their audiences? What kind of contact do they have with the social sciences? It draws on forty-two semi-structured interviews with preachers and content analysis of 210 preachers’ Friday sermons, all conducted between 2012 and 2015 among Sunni and Shia mosques. Drawing from Max Weber’s typology, the analysis of Friday sermons shows that most of the preachers represent both the saint and the traditional, but rarely the scholar. While they are dealing extensively with political and social phenomena, rarely do they have knowledge of social science
