The article presents theoretical analysis and practical experience of the production of premixes (P) by different technologies of preparation of the filler. Their advantages and disadvantages are stated. The classification of premix fillers is presented and the distribution of biologically active substances in the premix composition, which is made on different fillers, is schematically presented. The technology of production of a complex filler premixes (CFP) in the form is theoretically and practically substantiated. Various methods of forming depending on the composition of the complex filler are considered, as well as the technological scheme of their production is presented. The results of industrial approbation of technologies of forming (granulation, briquetting, rolling, extrusion) of fillers and ready premixes in the production conditions of TG "VBA" "Izvestnyaki" are presented. The physical indicators of the formed complex fillers / premixes were investigated, and on the basis of the analysis of the obtaineddata it was found that granulation and briquetting can be subjected to CFP consisting of 75… 50% wheat bran and 25… 50% limestone flour. The pellet is a CFP consisting of 85% wheat bran and 15% limestone flour. Optimal technological modes of forming KNP and P in different ways have been established, as a result of which it is possible to obtain particles of P, which, upon further mixing with the feed components, ensure a high homogeneity of the finished feed. The results of the study of microbiological parameters are presented, it is established that the formation of CFP or P reduces the bacterial flora and improves the conditions during their storage. The proposed technological methods of preparation of CFP can eliminate the stratification and stabilize its composition during transportation and storage.

The article is dedicated to development of dry breakfasts meals technology with a high nutritional value in order to prevent iodine deficit and its unfavorable affects in Ukrainian nation. The research purpose is a scientific justification and development a new recipe composition and technology of a new prophylactic dish – granola with increased iodine content. The implementation became possible due to successful combination, in terms of nutrient content optimization in the new dish recipe from natural raw material with high nutritional value, as candied feijoa, honey, oat flakes, sesame seeds, flax, pumpkin, sunflower and chia. The article substantiates the feasibility of producing and introducing innovative dry-breakfast production technologies, including granola, using iodine-containing plant components, namely candied feijoa, since this will solve an important problem of the iodine deficiency and other important essential nutrients in diets, as well as increase of efficiency their digestibility, which will improve the population health. Feijoa fruits contain almost a daily dose of iodine (70–100 μg/100 g) and a complex of biologically active substances. The potassium iodide is a very unstable compound, it destroys as a result of temperature rise, which leads to significant iodine los. Owing to this, in order to maximize the useful properties of Feijoa fruits in the production of candied fruits, we used a savvy technology of infrared drying at relatively low temperatures (T = 55–60 °C) in AVERNO drier. To form a clearer and more complete picture of the candied feijoa influence on the change of the new dish properties, there were developed recipient granola formulations, containing this fruit component in the amount of 22% to the mass of the finished dish, as well as without it. The study’s results have shown that the candied feijoa adding improves the organoleptic characteristics of the granola. It was established that,due to the addition of candiedfaijoa,the granola’s titrated acidity increases by more than 2.6 times. Thehumidity of granola samples with candied feijoa is increased by 6.8% and is within the recommended limits for a dry fruit breakfast. It has been proved that the candied feijoa granola addition in the formulation allows the product to be substantially enriched with iodine. Thus, iodine content in candied feijoagranola is 26 μg/100 g. Based on the comparative analysis of the organoleptic, physicochemical and microbiological parameters, the optimum ratio of the recipe components was substantiated and the technology of prophylactic granola with high iodine content was developed.

The article deals with the issues of modern snail breeding in Ukraine, problems and prospects for their cultivation. The main areas of use of snails are classified. With the proper cultivation of snails, the business is profitable, because meat and slime of snails are expensive, have a lot of useful qualities. The characteristic of the farms for the production of snails in Ukraine and the products of snails - snails, meat, caviar, mucus. The volumes and methods of growing snails in the world and Ukraine have been analyzed, the tendency of annual increase in livestock and consumption of snails, especially in Europe, is formed, which creates favorable market conditions that guarantee the constant demand for products of activity of snail farms in Ukraine. It was established that in 2018 volumes reached 750 thousand tons. The data of the main countries of producers, importers and consumers of snails in the world are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of the production of snails are determined in comparison with the cultivation of farm animals. The analysis and characterization of feed supplementation for Ahatinka snails and grain-calcium blend used in Ukraine is provided. Objects of research - Snails Akhaten and snails grape Helix pomatia, fodder for snails. Scientifically substantiated and calculated recipe of full-feed compound for snails using the software complex KormOptimaExpert, which includes grain, protein mineral components and biologically active substances. The step-by-step scheme of technology of production of mixed fodders for snails is indicated, indicating technological regimes of production, according to which experimental samples of mixed fodder are made. The physical, chemical and microbiological indices of full-fodder mixed fodders for the snails were studied. According to the organoleptic, physical properties and chemical composition, ready-mixed fodder for snails meets the requirements of the State Standard of Ukraine. The results of the zootechnical evaluation of the developed mixed fodder, according to which it was established that feed for snails during feeding gives a positive zootechnical effect, since the size of the shell at the end of the experiment relates to the commodity, the increase in the mass of snails increased by 13.6%, and the length by 30% at the coefficient the usefulness of a feed is equal to 1,2 ... 1,5.

The relevance of the study is determined by the identified shortage of the urban environment in Russia, namely those types of buildings that meet modern requirements. In large cities, the only way to change this situation is redevelopment. This article considers options for stimulating the development of urban areas and optimization of their use through redevelopment. The definitions of the concepts of redevelopment, renovation, gentrification, revitalization are delimited. The classification of types of programs according to the level of management is performed. The advantages and disadvantages of the redevelopment process are presented. Based on the analysis of the regulatory and legal framework, the authors revealed that the concept of “redevelopment” is not defined in any way in it. The practical experience of implementing redevelopment projects and programs in Russia, including development projects of the main industrial zones of the city of Moscow, which are inextricably linked with the strategic development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the implementation of national projects, is analysed. Special attention is paid to the redevelopment project management issues, proposals are presented to increase the efficiency of program management based on the Japanese P2M project management standard. At the end of the study, the authors revealed the results achieved in the implementation of redevelopment projects and evaluated their effectiveness in terms of various indicators.

On the basis of the conducted research, a complex of scientific and technological methods has been developed for various technological processes (thermomechanical processing with accelerated cooling, quenching from rolling and separate furnace heating with high-temperature tempering). The developed method provides the formation of the structure of acceptable heterogeneity and anisotropy according to different morphological and crystallographic parameters throughout the thickness of rolled products up to 100 mm from low alloy steels with a yield strength of at least 315–460 MPa and up to 60 mm from economically alloyed steels with a yield strength of at least 500–750 MPa. The paper presents results of the industrial implementation of hot plastic deformation and heat treatment schemes for the production of cold rolled steel sheet with yield strength of at least 315–750 MPa for the Arctic. The structure of sheet metal thickness is given, providing guaranteed characteristics of strength, ductility, cold resistance, weldability and crack resistance.

AbstractThe selection and manipulation of objects in Virtual Reality face application developers with a substantial challenge as they need to ensure a seamless interaction in three-dimensional space. Assessing the advantages and disadvantages of selection and manipulation techniques in specific scenarios and regarding usability and user experience is a mandatory task to find suitable forms of interaction. In this article, we take a look at the most common issues arising in the interaction with objects in VR. We present a taxonomy allowing the classification of techniques regarding multiple dimensions. The issues are then associated with these dimensions. Furthermore, we analyze the results of a study comparing multiple selection techniques and present a tool allowing developers of VR applications to search for appropriate selection and manipulation techniques and to get scenario dependent suggestions based on the data of the executed study.

The benefits of early detection and classification of epileptic seizures in analysis, monitoring and diagnosis for the realization and actualization of computer-aided devices and recent internet of medical things (IoMT) devices can never be overemphasized. The success of these applications largely depends on the accuracy of the detection and classification techniques employed. Several methods have been investigated, proposed and developed over the years. This paper investigates various seizure detection algorithms and classifications in the last decade, including conventional techniques and recent deep learning algorithms. It also discusses epileptiform detection as one of the steps towards advanced diagnoses of disorders of consciousness (DOCs) and their understanding. A performance comparison was carried out on the different algorithms investigated, and their advantages and disadvantages were explored. From our survey, much attention has recently been paid to exploring the efficacy of deep learning algorithms in seizure detection and classification, which are employed in other areas such as image processing and classification. Hybrid deep learning has also been explored, with CNN-RNN being the most popular.

The issues of using data analysis methods to find and correct errors in the reports issued by meteorologists are considered. The features of processing various types of meteorological messages are studied. The advantages and disadvantages of existing methods of classification of text information are considered. The classification methods are compared in order to identify the optimal method that will be used in the developed algorithm for analyzing meteorological messages. The prospects of using each of the methods in the developed algorithm are described. An algorithm for processing the source data is proposed, which consists in using syntactic and logical analysis to preclean the data from various kinds of noise and determine format errors for each type of message. After preliminary preparation the classification method correlates the received set of message characteristics with the previously trained model to determine the error of the current weather report and output the corresponding message to the operator in real time. The software tools used in the algorithm development and implementation processes are described. A complete description of the process of processing a meteorological message is presented from the moment when the message is entered in a text editor until the message is sent to the international weather message exchange service. The developed software is demonstrated, in which the proposed algorithm is implemented, which allows to improve the quality of messages and, as a result, the quality of meteorological forecasts. The results of the implementation of the new algorithm are described by comparing the number of messages containing various types of errors before the implementation of the algorithm and after the implementation.

В статье рассматривается методика применения технологий предметно-языкового интегративного обучения в русских школах за рубежом. Рассматривается и анализируется опыт интеграции предметных областей «Русский язык» и «Окружающий мир». Описываются практический опыт занятий по русскому языку с использованием образовательной платформы в русской школе «Николай Гоголь» в Италии и примеры практической методики обучения фонетике, грамматике, лексике, видам речевой дея-тельности. Выявлены преимущества и недостатки применения цифровых технологий для обучения русскому языку и на русском языке. The article discusses the methodology of applying technologies of subject-language integrative teaching in Russian schools abroad. The experience of integration of the subject areas «Russian language» and «The world around us» is considered and analyzed. The practical experience of classes in the Russian language using the educational platform at the Russian school «Nikolai Gogol» in Italy is described, examples of practical methods of teaching phonetics, grammar, vocabulary, communicative skills activity are described. The advantages and disadvantages of using digital technologies for teaching the Russian language and in Russian are revealed.
