The article is devoted to understanding the features of the implementation of the cultural and educational function in the programs of the television channel «Russia-C». As a rule, coverage of culture and science topics on television channels occurs through programs that capture the difference between trained, «qualified» viewers and a wide audience, and either focus on the former, choosing formats and genres that are not interesting to the majority, or shift the focus to entertainment. In this regard, the resolution of this contradiction and the choice of a format for the TV channel about culture to meet the demand of broad layers of Russian television viewers for high-quality intellectual leisure seems to be significant. The authors of the article analyzed all the Russia-C TV channel programs that are regularly broadcast. The authors identified the features of the programs and concluded that the format of the TV channel is focused on the implementation, first of all, of the cultural and educational function, and also that the programs on TV channels are designed to overcome this contradiction. Competent interlocutors and presenters, who have a flexible strategy and tactics, take part in these programs. The variety of genres and the specifics of camera work are noted, patterns in the design of studios are revealed.

This book details the natural history and cultural symbolism of a most unusual woodpecker – a species that neither excavates nest holes in trees, nor bores into wood to find insect prey. The elusive Wryneck is best renowned for performing a twisting, writhing head and neck display when threatened, but this ground-breaking study reveals many more secrets of its behaviour and evolution. Detailed information is presented on the species' origins, taxonomy, anatomy, appearance, moult, calls, distribution, conservation status, habitats, movements, breeding, diet and relationships, along with a chapter on its closest relative, the Red-throated Wryneck. The text is richly illustrated throughout with high quality photographs as well as sound spectrograms. This all-encompassing and engaging account has been written for a wide audience, whether professional ornithologist, citizen scientist, amateur birder, woodpecker aficionado and simply someone who wishes to learn more about this curious and remarkable bird.

In many image processing applications, a wide range of image enhancement techniques are being proposed. Many of these techniques demanda lot of critical and advance steps, but the resultingimage perception is not satisfactory. This paper proposes a novel sharpening method which is being experimented with additional steps. In the first step, the color image is transformed into grayscale image, then edge detection process is applied using Laplacian technique. Then deduct this image from the original image. The resulting image is as expected; After performing the enhancement process, the high quality of the image can be indicated using the Tenengrad criterion. The resulting image manifested the difference in certain areas, the dimension and the depth as well. Histogram equalization technique can also be applied to change the images color.

PRP-Exos are nanoscale cup-shaped vesicles that carry a variety of proteins, mRNAs, microRNAs, and other bioactive substances. PRP-Exos can be formed through several induction pathways, which determine their molecular profiles and facilitate their tailormade participation in intercellular communication. Currently, little is known on how the PRP-Exos activation method influences the quality and quantity of PRP-Exos. The present study aims to observe and analyze the number, profile, and growth factors of PRP-Exos through TEM, Nanoflow, and WB after PRP activation and compare the difference in function of PRP-Exos on HUVECs, with different stimuli (calcium gluconate, thrombin, or both). We found that PRP activated with both thrombin and calcium gluconate harvested the highest concentration of exosomes [(7.16 ± 0.46) × 1010 particles/ml], compared to thrombin group [(4.87 ± 0.15) × 1010 particles/ml], calcium gluconate group [(5.85 ± 0.43) × 1010 particles/ml], or saline group [(7.52 ± 0.19) × 109 particles/ml], respectively ( P < 0.05) via Nanoflow analysis. The WB analysis showed that cytokines (VEGF, PDGFBB, bFGF, TGF-β) are differentially encapsulated in PRP-Exos, depending on the PRP stimulus, in which the mixture-PRP-Exos yielded the highest concentration of cytokines. In the function assay of PRP-Exos on HUVECs, the mixture-PRP-Exos promoted HUVECs proliferation, increased HUVECs migration, promoted the formation of vessel-like by HUVECs via the AKT ERK signal pathway more dramatically, compared with other groups. In summary, our studies showed that PRP activated by the mixture of calcium gluconate and thrombin harvested the best quality of exosomes which had the top biological functions. This study provides a protocol for selecting appropriate PRP activators to obtain high-quality exosomes for future applications.

The aim of this systematic review was to indicate and discuss the use of electromyogram in football. For the literature review, following electronic databases were used: Google School, PubMed, Medline and Mendeley for the period from 2005. to 2019. 20 papers were selected for this systematic review based on the established criteria. These studies focused the most on researching the following muscles: m.musculus quadriceps, m.biceps femoris, m.gastrocnemius, m.tibalis anterior and m. gluteus maximus. The review has determined quite a heterogenic choice of topics when it comes to the use of the electromyogram (herein after referred to as: EMG) in football, so the obtained results were grouped based on the similar characteristics. Therefore, the results were categorized according to the following topics: acute effects of the specific football activity, impact of the football strength training, training of kicking on the ball, results based on the difference in sexes, while the rest of the results were sorted in the joint group. Summarizing of the obtained results provides the insight in the multiple possibility for use of EMG in football in order to develop high quality analysis of the neuro-muscle activation of a certain muscle regions of the football players.

Abstract Background: Balanced complex chromosome rearrangements (BCCR) are balanced chromosomal structural aberrations that involve two or more chromosomes and at least three breakpoints. It is very rare in the population. The objective is to explore the difference of influence of three types of BCCR on early embryonic development and molecular karyotype. Results: Twelve couples were recruited including four couples of three-way rearrangements carriers (group A), three couples of double two-way translocations carriers (group B) and five couples of exceptional CCR carriers (group C). A total of 243 oocytes were retrieved in the seventeen preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) cycles, and 207 of these were available for fertilization. After intracytoplasmic sperm injection, 181 oocytes normally fertilized. The rates of embryos forming on day3 in three groups were 87.88%, 97.78% and 77.14%, which was significantly different (P=0.01). Compared with group B, the rate of embryo formation was statistically significantly lower in group C (P=0.01). Furthermore, the rates of high-quality blastocysts in three group were 14.71%, 48.15% and 62.96%, respectively, which was significantly different (P=0.00). Compared with group B and C, the rate of high-quality blastocysts in group A was statistically significantly lower (P=0.00; P=0.00). Comprehensive chromosome analysis was performed on 83 embryos, including 75 trophectoderm cells and 8 blastomeres. Except 7 embryos failed to amplify, 9.01% embryos were diagnosed as euploidy, and 90.91% were diagnosed as abnormal. As for group A, the euploid embryo rate was 10.71% and the abnormal embryo rate was 89.29%. In group B, the euploid embryo rate was 3.85%, the abnormal embryo rate was 96.15%. The euploid embryo rate was 13.04%, the abnormal embryo rate was 86.96% in group C. There were no significant differences among the three groups (P = 0.55). Conclusions: The double two-way translocations couples have more chance to get balanced or normal embryos probably, and there may be more high-quality blastocysts in exceptional CCRs, but the blastocyst formation rate was similar among the three type of BCCR. Different types of BCCR maybe have little effect on the embryonic molecular karyotype. The difference of influence of BCCR on early embryonic development and molecular karyotype should be further studied.

The nutritional value and organoleptic evaluation of rabbit showed that the meat of rabbits raised on the eco-farm and in the modular rabbit house did not differ from each other and had the best nutritional and biochemical qualities, indicating the prospects of using modular farms to produce high quality products. A high percentage of fresh meat yield was found – 53.6 and 53.9% in rabbits raised in the module and on the eco-farm. Rabbit carcasses from the module had more fat by 1.1% and slightly enlarged kidneys due to the peculiarity of the equipment. Changes in the chemical composition – a slight increase in moisture and fat content (by 0.2%) in the meat, which was obtained by raising in the modular rabbit house compared to the meat of rabbits raised on the eco-farm – were founded. At the same time there was 0.3% less protein and 0.1% less sol. In general, the difference in chemical composition was insignificant, which indicated the identity of the analyzed samples. The organoleptic characteristics of rabbit meat in the carcass at slaughter and after heat treatment were studied. Muscle consistency was dense, elastic, when pressed the formed hole was quickly leveled; fat was dense. The aroma was specific for fresh meat. All samples taken from sampling of “Hy-plus” hybrid rabbits raised in the modular rabbit house and those raised on the eco-farm had the highest scores. The studied samples by organoleptic evaluation did not differ from each other and corresponded to high quality rabbit. Carcasses of hybrids in the experimental groups had a high content of saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids and the lowest content of cholesterol (0.04 g/100 g). The difference between the amino acid composition of meat and the lipid composition of fat in the study groups was insignificant

Based on multiple linear regression (MLR) models, we estimated the PM2.5 at Seoul using a number of aerosol optical depth (AOD) values obtained from ground-based and satellite remote sensing observations. To construct the MLR model, we consider various parameters related to the ambient meteorology and air quality. In general, all AOD values resulted in the high quality of PM2.5 estimation through the MLR method: mostly correlation coefficients >~0.8. Among various polar-orbit satellite AODs, AOD values from the MODIS measurement contribute to better PM2.5 estimation. We also found that the quality of estimated PM2.5 shows some seasonal variation; the estimated PM2.5 values consistently have the highest correlation with in situ PM2.5 in autumn, but are not well established in winter, probably due to the difficulty of AOD retrieval in the winter condition. MLR modeling using spectral AOD values from the ground-based measurements revealed that the accuracy of PM2.5 estimation does not depend on the selected wavelength. Although all AOD values used in this study resulted in a reasonable accuracy range of PM2.5 estimation, our analyses of the difference in estimated PM2.5 reveal the importance of utilizing the proper AOD for the best quality of PM2.5 estimation.

Background of the study: The phenomenon of sharing information by all members of the public, especially digital natives. The phenomenon of sharing information is most visible done on social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram and line. Information sharing activities seem easy to do, especially on social media with a variety of features that have been provided and a variety of information that is spread. Even sharing information can have an impact, both positive like increasing knowledge or negative impacts such as creating information hoaxes.Purpose: Not yet known explicitly actually what lies behind someone, especially the digital generation natives share information on social media. To find out what is the background of someone sharing information on social media, therefore this study wants to find out from the aspect of perception and motivation regarding information sharing activities carried out by digital natives on social media.Method: This research uses quantitative methods, while the test carried out is path analysis. The population and sample of this study were S2 students in Information Management and Library and S1 Faculty of Social and Politics UGM. The population was chosen because they want to know the differences in perceptions and motivations of digital generations from the perspective of the level of education and age, apart from the social aspects of each student in sharing information on social media.Findings: The results of this study found that the perception of MIP students' information sharing was higher than that of FISIPOL students, but on the contrary, the motivation to share information on FISIPOL students was higher than MIP students. The difference is based on the age difference of MIP students who are more mature than FISIPOL students so that their perceptions about sharing information are wiser, but the motivation of FISIPOL students is higher because sharing information is not only for formal matters but also for informal matters such as finding one's reputation and pursuing prizes. Conclusion: Digital natives' perception in sharing information on social media is sharing information because it is seen to be beneficial to other individuals, sharing information is fun and can invite others to jointly understand and discuss together the latest information. For digital natives motivation in sharing information on social media, intrinsically to meet self-satisfaction. Examples such as being able to add insight and can discuss with other individuals. Whereas extrinsically is the motivation to share information because it can help others, especially when the information they have is useful and worth sharing. In terms of information sharing activities themselves, the digital natives really understand and pay attention to the type of information and the quality of information that will be shared before they share it with a wide audience.
