The authors examine the problem of counteracting corruption in the social sphere, specifically in the work of state and municipal institutions involved in education, research, healthcare, culture, sports. They study different approaches to fighting corruption and conclude that at present we have practically reached the limits of influencing the dynamics of corruption crimes through changes in the criminal law norms. Improvements in the effectiveness of counteracting crimes of corruption and corrupt actions are almost totally connected with regulatory measures manifested in the identification and elimination of the causes of corruption, as well as the prevention of corruption actions. The paper presents a classification of the spheres of anti-corruption work in state and municipal institutions, analyzes the concept of «corruption risk» in view of the approaches described in research publications, singles out key groups of corruption risks in state and municipal institutions, determines typical (general) and specific corruption risks. The authors present a model of anti-corruption actions in state and municipal institutions that includes the implementation of a complex of anti-corruption measures that should compose a logically built system where elements determine each other. The functioning of the model in educational institutions is demonstrated on the example of anti-corruption measures carried out by Saint Petersburg State University; their integral part is the implementation of the transparency policy and the online publication of materials regarding educational and research work, tenders for products, work and services on the University website.

The present article is dedicated to the problems of the organization and planning of scientific and research work of students of the University in English classes, gives grounds for the purposes and tasks of such competence-forming activity as part of the “Oriental studies” speciality program, the Russian State University for the Humanities. The article analyzes these competences, as well as forms and methods of their formation and development. The author presents demarcation of scientific knowledge and gives its characteristics: using most general qualities of a subject, objective reasoning, argumentativeness, results verifiability and reproducibility, consistency, practicality, capability to change, anticipating the future, making forecasts, methodological reflection. The author tried to analyze the reflexive component of scientific and research work of students in more detail. The article presents possible reflexive positions in the interaction between the teacher and the student and shows the dynamics of this interaction, i.e. gives a hierarchy of positions which the student can occupy in the educational process depending on how independent they are in their activity. The article also highlights the content of scientific and research work of students of the University in English classes on the basis of work with foreign texts in the macro-discourse for the “Oriental studies” speciality. The given foundations of the organization and content of scientific and research work of students have been regularly used in English language classes, as well as in optional forms of scientific activity. The students have shown good results and passion for this kind of work, which confirms the correctness of this approach.

The actual problems of municipal law in Russia are considered taking into account the peculiarities of master's degree training at the university, which provides for both the presence of a system of students with certain knowledge in the field of jurisprudence, including the main institutions of municipal law, and their significant focus on research work. Special attention is paid to the consideration of the main amendments and additions to the current legislation on local self-government, discussions that accompany the improvement of legislation and law enforcement practice. The electronic educational and methodological appendix to the textbook includes an approximate work program and educational and methodological materials for independent work on the study of the discipline, as well as lectures and presentations. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. For students of educational institutions of higher education studying in the field of training 40.04.01 "Jurisprudence", as well as for graduate students, students of the system of additional professional education and teachers, all those who are interested in the problems of the development of municipal law, the theory of local self-government and the practice of state and municipal management.

The article describes the experience of the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education in the development and implementation of training programs for masters competent in the field of psychological rehabilitation. A model of the activity of a psychologist-rehabilitologs is proposed, the main task of which is the involvement of a rehabilitant in solving the problems of his life, as a result of which he becomes an actor of his own activity. The original master's program “Psychological rehabilitation in the social sphere” is presented, aimed at training qualified personnel to work in the field of restoring mental health and effective social behavior of children and adults of vulnerable categories, including people with disabilities, developed in accordance with the updated regulatory framework and the requirements of the professional standard of a specialist in social rehabilitation.

During the university course the future legal psychologists have to master a wide range of professional competencies, among them are those that can be classified as management, with an emphasis on project making competencies and their relationship with the project making professional culture. The article presents the results of students' self-evaluation competencies. This research was a part of the monitoring of learning outcomes in a number of disciplines in the Faculty of Legal Psychology, Moscow State University of Psychology and Education. The author raises the problem of defining the concepts of "project culture" and "psychological culture of project making", which still do not have a clear definition inspite of the intensive development of the socio-cultural, innovative and other forms of project making. For legal psychologists project making culture involves the acquisition of psychologically correct approaches to the development, evaluation, promotion and institutionalization of the ideas, so they can provide the solution of professional problems.

Este artigo trata de descrever os processos de formação profissional de educa-dores sociais no âmbito da educação universitária na Comunidade Autônomada Catalunha, na Espanha. Nos últimos anos, devido ao surgimento de novasformas de exclusão social, ao aumento das desigualdades e à crescente globali-zação, verifica-se um aprofundamento do debate sobre a profissão do educadorsocial, suas competências e funções e, ao mesmo tempo, sobre a necessidade derepensar sua formação. Este trabalho faz parte de um projeto mais amplo sobreo assunto e apresenta uma revisão bibliográfica baseada no contexto acadêmicoespanhol, com uma descrição das propostas formativas dos cursos de graduaçãode Educação Social de duas universidades catalãs de importante reconhecimentointernacional: Universidade de Barcelona e Universidade Autônoma de Barce-lona. This work is part of a larger project on the subject and pre-sents a bibliographical review based on the Spanish academic context, along witha description of the training proposals of the Social Education careers withintwo Catalan universities: University of Barcelona and Autonomous University ofBarcelona. The paper deals with the principles of organization of the Olympiad student movement in the Russian Federation, the author describes the purpose of the student contests in higher educational institutions of the country. The considered problem is solved in the process of identifying gifted students and pedagogical work with talented youth. The author describes benefits of student participation in the Olympiad movement, both for students and for institutions of higher education. The paper contains advantages and disadvantages of conducting these activities. The emphasis is on the features of Russian student Olympiads in mathematics, namely in such a subject area as probability theory and mathematical statistics. The paper also contains experience accumulated by the Department of Mathematical Statistics and Econometrics for conducting the Russian student Olympiad on the basis of Samara State University of Economics. To train the Olympic team of the University a computer simulator developed by the teachers of the Department is used. This software which is a graphical multi-window interface allows teachers to interact with students. The computer program contains tasks of previous Russian student Olympiads of various levels.

The article substantiates the need for integration interaction between educational institutions and enterprises of the real sector of the economy, defines its modern directions. The article analyzes one of the practices of interaction between universities and industrial enterprises of the Altai territory. The article describes the activities of the Altai state University in cooperation with industrial enterprises of the region. A study of the interaction of the University and industrial organizations of the Altai territory in the field of personnel training, as well as in the field of research and development works is being conducted. The article describes the main results of the work of the Altai state University, carried out in the interests of the development of industrial production in the Altai territory. Analyzing publicly available content on various social media sites such as YouTube and Twitter, as well as social network sites such as Facebook, has become an increasingly popular method for studying socio-political issues. Such public-contributed content, primarily available as comments, let people express their opinions and sentiments on a given topic, news story, or post, while allowing social and political scientists to extend their analysis of a political discourse to the social sphere. This new age political process, which involves political agents reaching out to their audiences through social media and common folks using social media to express their opinions and sentiments, are here referred to as “Politics 2.0.” Recognizing the importance of Facebook in studying Politics 2.0, the chapter provides a comprehensive overview of the research work in social and political science domains that use Facebook as a tool for analyzing various socio-political issues. Several popular approaches for collecting and analyzing data from Facebook are provided, and their applications to understanding public opinion and sentiment around various issues of interest are discussed. The chapter also introduces a couple of handy tools that could help the researchers and practitioners gather and analyze a large amount of Facebook data easily and effectively. The chapter concludes with a discussion on opportunities and challenges for understanding Politics 2.0 with Facebook.
