ABSTRAK Pesatnya perkembangan internet mengubah cara PR terhubung dengan publiknya. Itu juga diikuti oleh kata "tanpa batas" yang berarti tidak terbatas pada pengguna untuk berdebat tentang produk atau layanan yang dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan kepercayaan yang telah didirikan selama bertahun-tahun oleh perusahaan dan publik mereka. Petisi tentang IndiHome di Change.org berarti jika pelanggan merasa kecewa dan tidak bisa lagi mempercayai Telkom. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian dan didistribusikan kepada konsumen dan pendukung petisi tentang Indiome di Change.org. Data dianalisis menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi dan kemudian data dikode ulang menjadi tiga kategori. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah dimensi integritas adalah level sedang. Petition about IndiHome on Change.org means if customers feel disappointed and can’t longer believe Telkom. This study used quantitative descriptive research with questionnaire as a research instrument and distributed to consumers and supporter of petition about Indiome on Change.org. The data were analyzed using table of distribution of frequency and then the data recoded into three categories. The findings in this study were the dimension of integrity is moderate level. Abstrak. Perkembangan internet yang cepat telah mengubah cara kehumasan berhub-ungan dengan masyarakat. Hal ini diikuti oleh fenomena dunia yang tanpa batas dimana tidak ada batasan bagi pengguna untuk memberikan respon terhadap suatu produk atau layanan yang berdampak pada kepercayaan yang telah dibangun selama bertahun-tahun oleh perusahaan dan publiknya. Petisi tentang IndiHome pada situs change.org mengindikasikan bahwa pelanggan me-rasa kecewa dan tidak lagi percaya pada Telkom. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen yang diberikan pada pelanggan dan pendukung petisi IndiHome pada situs change.org. Berdasarkan temuan dan analisis data, tingkat kepercayaan pelanggan pada Telkom jika dikaitkan dengan integritas dapat diketahui berada pada tingkat se-dang. Sekalipun demikian salah satu indikator integritas, yakni kejujuran memiliki penilaian negatif paling tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan indikator pemenuhan informasi maupun kehanda-lan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi dan kemudian dibagi ke dalam tiga kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi integritas berada pada level moderat. Abtract. The rapid development of the internet changes the way of public relations get con-nected with their public. Based on the findings and data analysis, the level of customers' trust on Telkom in relation to integrity is at a moderate level. Yet, one of the indicators of integrity, that is honesty, has the highest negative rating compared to information fulfillment and reliability indicators. The data was analyzed using table of distribution of frequen-cy and then recoded into three categories. The findings suggest that the dimension of integrity is at moderate level.

<p><em>When children are in a process of growth and rapid development, parents and young people should pay atantion to the health and health of children so that the children can grow and develop according to their age.The purpose of this research is to identify: (1). The children nutrition 5-6 years old, (2). The children health development 5-6 years old, (3). The alternative to protect children health. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The participants of this research which are include the principal, teacher, and the student parents at class B who is 5-6 years old. In process of collecting the data the researcher used interview method, observation, and documentation. From the research we can conclude 1).Nutrition or food that often given to the children is just four healthy five perfect foods, 2).The children in TK Ummi are the children who have healtiness, 3). The alternative that can be commited to protect the children health is do the practice, make the children common to throw the rubbish in the right place,  check the children nail, stock the pure water, set many dustbins and make a common to wash their hand before eating.</em></p>

The way to obtain information becomes more convenient and efficient, so the effective utilization of mobile digital terminals can spread information more widely and quickly. Using animation as a medium to express cultural information through the Internet has become an important means of regional cultural communication. As creators and producers of animation determine the quality of animation, how to cultivate such talents has become an issue worth thinking deeply in the process of animation education. Therefore, this paper attempts to explore how to create animation based on the northeast regional culture and in line with the current social aesthetic awareness and development trend in the process of animation education and teaching.

The rapid development of public relations in view of the spread of the new disease and acute crisis has an impact on all social institutions without exception. Mediation is no exception, so the current subject of the research is the analysis of new areas of the development of the social and legal institution of mediation in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to identify new areas of mediation development in Ukraine, taking into account the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the most important areas of public life. In accordance with the purpose, the following tasks are formulated: to research the features of mediation in the field of health care; to study the development of online mediation; to study the features of school mediation as a mean of combating bullying. The research was based on a forecasting method to determine the perspectives for the use of mediation to resolve acute social conflicts. New directions of mediation development in Ukraine have been studied in view of the COVID-19 pandemic and the caused social, political and economic crisis. New challenges of today are considered, where mediation should become an effective tool: a growing number of medical and family disputes, combating domestic violence, combating bullying (school mediation). The slow process of institutionalization of mediation hinders its accessibility, so online mediation may be a new direction of its development in Ukraine. The need to create legislation on mediation remains relevant, which should provide regulations on mediation on the Internet. Modern mediators must adapt new requirements of their activities: to acquire new knowledge (in particular, in the field of medicine as the most perspective area) and use the Internet space for mediation. School mediation should be further promoted and understanding services should be encouraged to prevent violence among children.

This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.

In the information society the status of information is changing: this main value of global civilization becomes an important resource of socio- economic, technological and cultural development. The rapid development of virtual technologies and the growing number of Internet users in Ukraine and in the world causes the new challenges to communication of each organization. The book publishers are also obliged to respond to these processes. However, the works devoted directly to publishers’ communication in the modern media space are still lacking in Ukraine. The objective of the article is to clarify peculiarities and conditions of the activities of Ukrainian book publishers in today’s media space which is an important issue today. It is analyzed the literature and sources on this issue and it is ascertained the theoretical and practical possibilities to take into account the trends in the world of modern media in the PR-activity of book publishers. Also the prospects for further scientific study and practical use of PR-communications in the activity of publishers are determined. The analysis of current changes in the modern information space allows us to trace the general tendencies: the new subject and object areas are formed; the number of subjects is expanded; the new formats of interaction within the system of communications of the organization and in society as a whole are created. That means that publishing house’s PR-communications are complicated by the emergence of new elements, such as active audience, social networks as communication channels, promotions on the Internet and others. PR communication in the Internet space is the most effective and inexpensive tool for interaction of publishers with active audiences. Thus, the activation of PR communication in the modern media space is associated with the emergence of the latest information technologies, online media as well as development of Internet. The use of online channels of Internet for communication with the target audience of publishing organizations has certain advantages over traditional media. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the information saturation of media space, which complicates the way of PR-messages of book publishers to the reader.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. Keywords: capital structure, company size, profitability and firm value.

<p>This research aims to find out how Bank Aceh's financial performance after conversion in terms of earnings and capital. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The data collection method used is the documentation method based on the data in the form of quarterly financial statements for the 2016-2018 period published. The method of data analysis in this study is by using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital). The results of the study show that Bank Aceh's financial performance in terms of profitability ranks 2, with the definition that profitability is adequate, profit exceeds the target and supports the growth of bank capital. Bank Aceh's decision to convert to sharia as a whole was a very appropriate decision because it was able to show good performance, besides that it also supported the Aceh Government in carrying out its programs to enforce Islamic law. Bank Aceh's financial performance in terms of capital also ranks 2, with the definition that banks have adequate capital quality and adequacy relative to their risk profile, which is accompanied by strong capital management in accordance with the characteristics, scale of business and the complexity of the bank's business.</p>
