Purpose - This research is conducted to know the description of motivation, work environment and employee performance of PT. Barrix Sinindo Jakarta.Design / methodology / approach - Unit of analysis in this study ie employees of PT. Barrix Sinindo Jakarta, totaling 30 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, While the data analysis techniques performed is descriptive and verifikatif analysis. The research method used is explanatory survey method.Findings - Based on the results of the study, it was found that job motivation in the high category to the score of 48,2%, work environment in the conducive category with the score of 39,8% and performance of employee was in the high category with the score of 49,4%Originality/value-  This study provides a basis for understanding the issues of motivation and work environment on performance of empliyee. The difference of this research with previous research is located on the object which is the company in expedition that is in PT. Barriq Sinindo Jakarta, with the variables studied motivation, work environment and performance of employee, and using theory or reference different from researcher previous.

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

Performance as the results of work functions or activities of a person or group in an organization within a certain period of time at KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This study aims to partially determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita, with a total of 70 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS for windows 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the relationship perceived high workload, job motivation and job satisfaction on performance. Research conducted at the Office of Cileungsi First’th Tax Service by taking 89 employees as the research sample. Quantitative research was conducted by describing and verification data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the statistic approach to data analysis. The study produced three major findings consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that is: (1) the workload of employees are in the high category, (2) work motivation is in the high category, 3) job satisfaction is in the high category and the performance is in the medium category. Base on research finding, in order to increase employee performance, can be done by managing the workload of employees, increase work motivation and increase job satisfaction. This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, competence and performance of employees in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. To analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance. To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. To analyze the influence of competence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the Land Office of Ponorogo Regency as many as 93 people. A sample of 93 people with a sampling technique using a type of non-probability sampling, namely total sampling (census). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study are the work environment is in a fairly good category, work motivation, competence and employee performance are in good categories. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Competence has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Caturkarda Depo Serpong Tangerang Building. The method used in this study uses associative quantitative approach while the sample used in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, data analysis techniques with validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Ftest, Ftest, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.091X1 . Tcount value of 3.086> ttable 1.989 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination of 28.5%. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.173X2 . Tvalue 4.612> ttable 1.989 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination 36.6%. Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the value of Fcount 31.222> Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the Rvalue of the coefficient of determination of 43.2% Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Serpong Tangerang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, tehnik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis uji thitung uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,091X1. Nilai thitung 3,086 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,5%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,173X2. Nilai thitung 4,612 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi 36,6%. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung 31,222 > Ftabel 3,11 dengan siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,2%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kedisiplinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja APIP, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh kompetensi dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja APIP melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, interview dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur, pengujian hipotesis dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memberikan pengaruh secara nyata terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja, kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja APIP. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh secara parsial kompetensi dan kedisiplinan  terhadap kinerja APIP. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of competence, discipline on job satisfaction and performance of APIP, the effect of job satisfaction on performance, the influence of competence and discipline on APIP performance through job satisfaction. The data were collected through questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques using path analysis, hypothesis testing and sobel test analysis.  The results of the study show that competence and discipline had a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction, competence and discipline had an impact on improving employee performance. Job satisfaction has a real influence on Apip's performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the influence of competence and discipline on APIP's performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan apakah lingkungan kerja memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja. Metode penentuan sampel dengan cara sampel jenuh, maka semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana, uji hipotesis, koefisien determinasi, dan moderated regression analysis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja mampu memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan disiplin kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai.This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and whether the work environment moderates the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The variables studied were work discipline, employee performance, and work environment. The method of determining the sample by means of saturated samples, then all populations are used as research samples. Data analysis techniques using simple regression, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination, and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment is able to moderate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. This research shows that by increasing work discipline will improve employee performance, and a good work environment will improve employee work discipline.

The purpose of this research is to: (1) identify business model with the application of lean canvas; (2) obstacles in the application of lean canvas at the business project of students at entrepreneurial project startup business S2 Ciputra University Surabaya; (3) benefits contained in the application of lean canvas on the business project of students at entrepreneurial project startup business S2 Ciputra University Surabaya. Data collected from January 2018 to March 2018. The method used is descriptive research method with qualitative approach. The author conducted interviews with 5 informants ie business project owner. The analysis tools used are lean start up and lean canvas. Data analysis techniques used are Creswell (2014) data analysis techniques. The results in this study are (1) Student business project can be implemented in nine lean canvas blocks and can see the concept of business model easily and linkage between nine blocks in lean canvas. (2) The most difficult constraint experienced by students is when filling the unfair blocks in the lean canvas. (3) Students can easily analyze their business model in determining future strategy to know the project or business that is run effectively or not to be continued or developed based on the achievement measured in the key metric block in one of the lean canvas blocks and the profit earned in the business project which can be seen easily within the difference between the revenue stream block and the cost structure within the lean canvas.

This study aims to test and determine whether competence and work motivation have an influence on employee performance. The research method used is the verification method with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research is nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling. So in this study using all populations of 76 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques and to measure the research variables, researchers use a Likert scale. The results of data analysis show that employee competence consisting of intellectual competence, emotional competence and social competence has no influence on the employee performance of PT. EGI. Meanwhile, the results of the data indicate that work motivation which consists of motivator factors and hygiene factors has a strong influence on the performance of the employees of PT. EGI. However, if further tested together the competency and work motivation variables above have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. EGI.
