Penelitian ini berjudul Wawacan Siti Permana Karya M.K. Mangoendikaria (Kajian Struktural dan Antropologi Sastra). Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: 1) struktur formal Wawacan Siti Permana, 2) struktur naratif Wawacan Siti Permana, 3) unsur-unsur antropologi sastra dalam Wawacan Siti Permana. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah Wawacan Siti Permana yang ditulis oleh M.K. Mangoendikaria. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik studi pustaka. Wawacan Siti Permana menceritakan sosok wanita yang cantik, bernama Nyi Siti Permana, selaku anak dari lurah désa Cigéréléng, banyak pria yang terpikat olehnya. Pupuh yang ditemukan terdapat 10 pupuh dengan 526 paragraf, yaitu pupuh dangdanggula, pupuh asmarandana, pupuh kinanti, pupuh pangkur, pupuh magatru, pupuh sinom, pupuh mijil, pupuh maskumambang, pupuh  lambang, dan pupuh pucung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) struktur formal Wawacan Siti Permana terdiri dari guru lagu dan guru wilangan pupuh, watak/karakter pupuh, serta sepuluh sasmita pupuh, 2) struktur naratif Wawacan Siti Permana meliputi: a) alur cerita campuran dan ada 18 episode, b) terdapat lima motif cerita, c) tokoh cerita terdiri dari 12 tokoh, d) latar cerita meliputi latar tempat, latar waktu, dan latar suasana, e) tema cerita dalam Wawacan Siti Permana yaitu kasih sayang, f) terdapat kolofon yaitu pada jaman perang Itali dan Absinia, dan g) tidak ditemukan adanya manggalasastra, 3) unsur antropologi sastra Wawacan Siti Permana meliputi: a) sistem kepercayaan (religi) meliputi tiga aspek, b) organisasi sosial/organisasi kemasyarakatan meliputi dua aspek, c) ilmu pengetahuan terdiri dari delapan aspek, d) bahasa meliputi tiga bahasa, gaya bahasa, dan babasan paribasa Sunda, e) terdapat empat kesenian, f) sistem mata pencaharian terdapat 16 mata pencaharian, g) sistem tekhnologi meliputi enam aspek. Wawacan Siti Permanamempunyai banyak nilai-nilai didalamnya dan sangat penting untuk kekayaan kebudayaan hususnya untuk masyarakat Sunda. AbstractThis research is entitled Wawacan Siti Permana of M.K. Mangoendikaria (A Structural and Anthropological Literature Study). This study aimed to describe (1) the formal structure; (2) the narrative structure; and (3) the elements of the anthropological literature in Wawacan Siti Permana. The data source of this research is the text of Wawacan Siti Permana of M.K. Mangoendikaria. The research employed descriptive method. This study used the technique of literature study. Wawacan Siti Permana tells a story of a beautiful woman, named Nyi Siti Permana. She is the daughter of the Head of Cigereleng Village. Many men are lured by Siti Permana. In the text, there are 10 pupuhs with 526 paragraphs. They are Pupuh dangdanggula, Pupuh Asmarandana, Pupuh kinanti, Pupuh Pangkur, Pupuh Magatru, Pupuh Sinom Pupuh Mijil, Pupuh Maskumambang, Pupuh Lambang, and Pupuh Pucung. There are some of the results of this research. (1) The formal structure of Wawacan Siti Permana consists of guru lagu and guru wilangan of the pupuhs, characters of the pupuhs, and ten sasmitas of the pupuhs. (2) the narrative structure of Wawacan Siti Permana includes (a) a mixture storyline with 18 episodes; (B) five motifs of story; (C) 12 characters of the stories; (D) the background of place, time setting, and background of ambience; (E) the theme of compassion; (F) The colophon of days of the war between Italy and Ethiopia; and (g) no manggalasastra. (3) The elements of anthropological literature are (a) the three aspects of the belief system (religion); (b) two aspects of social organization; (C) the eight aspects of science; (D) three languages, style, and Sundanese babasan-paribasa; (E) four arts; (F) 16 livelihood; (G) six aspects of technological systems. Wawacan Siti Permana contains many important values and cultural wealth of the Sundanese people.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur wawacan Mahabarata dan nilai etnopedagogik yang terdapat di dalamnya. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah buku Wawacan Mahabarata karya R. Memed Sastrahadiprawira dkk. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik studi pustaka. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan teknik analisis unsur langsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa struktur formal Wawacan Mahabarata meliputi guru gatra, guru wilangan, guru lagu, watak pupuh, dan sasmita pupuh. Struktur naratif Wawacan Mahabarata memiliki tema sosial, ada 162 tokoh, latar cerita (tempat, waktu, suasana), dan alur maju. Nilai etnopedagogik dalam cerita ini tergambar dari moral kemanusiaan, yakni moral manusia terhadap Tuhan, moral manusia kepada diri pribadi, moral manusia kepada manusia lain, moral manusia kepada alam, moral manusia kepada waktu, dan moral manusia dalam mencapai kepuasan lahir batin.ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the structure of Wawacan Mahabharata and its ethnopedagogic values. The data source of this study data is the book Wawacan Mahabharata of R. Memed Sastrahadiprawira et al. This study used descriptive method. Data collected through literature study techniques. The collected data is processed by direct element analysis technique. Based on the research results, it is found that the formal structure of Wawacan Mahabharata includes guru gatra, guru wilangan, guru lagu, watak pupuh, and sasmita pupuh. The narrative structure of Wawacan Mahabharata has a social theme. There are 162 characters, story background (place, time, atmosphere), and forward sequel. The ethnopedagogic value in this story is depicted from the moral of humanity, the moral of human to God, the moral of human to themself, the moral of human to other human beings, the moral of human to nature, the moral of human to time, and the moral of human in achieving physical and mental satisfaction.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) struktur Wawacan Simbar Kancana, 2) unsur-unsur budaya dalam Wawacan Simbar Kancana, dan 3) nilai etnopedagogik yang ada dalam Wawacan Simbar Kancana. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah Wawacan Simbar Kancana yang ditulis oleh K.Tisnasujana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik studi pustaka. Struktur Wawacan Simbar Kancana terdiri dari struktur formal dan struktur naratif. Struktur formal Wawacan Simbar Kancana terdiri dari guru lagu dan guru wilangan pupuh, watak/karakter pupuh, dan terdiri dari empat sasmita pupuh. Struktur naratif Wawacan Simbar Kancana meliputi: 1) alur cerita campuran dan ada sepuluh episode, 2) terdapat tujuh motif cerita, 3) tokoh cerita dalam Wawacan Simbar Kancana terdiri dari tujuh tokoh, 4) latar cerita meliputi latar tempat, waktu, dan suasana, dan 5) tema cerita dalam Wawacan Simbar Kancana yaitu perjuangan. Unsur budaya di Wawacan Simbar Kancana meliputi: 1) sistem kepercayaan (religi) meliputi tiga aspek, 2) organisasi sosial/organisasi kemasyarakatan terdiri dari tiga aspek, 3) ilmu pengetahuan terdiri dari delapan aspek, 4) bahasa meliputi dua bahasa, gaya bahasa, dan babasan paribasa Sunda, 5) kesenian meliputi seni suara dan seni musik, 6) sistem mata pencaharian terdapat petani, dan 7) sistem tekhnologi meliputi lima aspek. Nilai Etnopedagogik dalam Wawacan Simbar Kancana terdiri dari catur jatidiri insan yang meliputi pengkuh agamana, luhung élmuna, jembar budayana, dan rancagé gawéna yang dikaitkan dengan moral manusia.    AbstractThe aim of this study was to describe (1) the structure of Wawacan Simbar Kancana, (2) the elements of culture in the Wawacan Simbar Kancana, and (3) the ethnopedagogical value of the Wawacan Simbar Kancana. The data source of this research is Wawacan Simbar Kancana, written by K.Tisnasujana. This research used descriptive method, with literature review techniques. The structure of Wawacan Simbar Kancana consists of formal and narrative structure. The formal structure consists of guru lagu and guru wilangan pupuh, characters/characterizations of pupuh, and including four sasmitas of pupuh. The narrative structure includes (1) a mixture storyline of ten episodes; (2) seven storyline motifs; (3) seven characters; (4) the background of the story including location, time, and atmosphere; and (5) the struggle theme. The cultural elements include (1) the three aspects of the belief (religious) system, (2) three aspects of social/community organizations, (3) eight aspects of science, (4) two languages, the language style, and the Sundanese babasan-paribasa, (5) the arts of sound and music, (6) the system of livelihood (farmers), and (7) five aspects of technological system. The ethnopedagogical values in Wawacan Simbar Kancana consist of catur jatidiri insan (including pengkuh agamana, luhung élmuna, Jembar budayana, and Rancage gawéna) that is associated with human morality.

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah karena di dalam wawacan terdapat nilai pendidikan yang perlu untuk digali agar bisa dijadikan contoh untuk pembaca. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) struktur formal dari Wawacan Jayalalana, 2) struktur naratif dari Wawacan Jayalalana, dan 3) nilai etnopédagogik yang ada di dalam Wawacan Jayalalana. Métode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  deskriptif, sedangkan téhnikna menggunakan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, struktur formal Wawacan Jayalalana melingkupi dua aspék, yaitu struktur penyajian dan aturan pupuh. Struktur penyajian terdiri dari judul, manggalasastra, kisahan dan kolofon atau epilog. Berdasarkan aturan pupuh, struktur Wawacan Jayalalana  terdiri dari guru wilangan dan guru lagu, watak, dan sasmita pupuh. Berdasarkan struktur naratifnya, alur Wawacan Jayalalana  termasuk dalam alur maju atau progresif, yang terdiri dari10 épisode. Tokoh di dalam wawacan dibagi ke dalam empat golongan, yang dibagi lagi berdasarkan peran dan wataknya. Latar yang dianalisis melingkupi latar tempat, waktu dan suasana. Motif yang ada dalam wawacan ini ada lima, yaitu kelahiran yang tidak biasa, mencari burung, melaksanakan wasiat, mengembara, mengobati, dan menikah. Téma umum dari wawacan ini adalah tentang kemanusiaan, terutama mengenai cara agar menjadi orang yang unggul. Nilai etnopedagogik yang dianalisis adalah mengenai moral kemanusiaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, moral manusia terhadap Tuhan ada 11,54%, moral manusia terhadap pribadi ada 30,78%, moral manusia terhadap manusia ada 11,54%, moral manusia terhadap alam ada 11,54%, moral manusia terhadap waktu ada 15,38%, dan moral manusia dalam mencapai kebahagiaan lahir dan batin ada 19,23%.ABSTRACTThe background of the research is because in wawacan, there are the value of education that needs be extractived so can be used sample for the reader. The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) formal structure of Wawacan Jayalalana, 2) narrative structure of Wawacan Jayalalana, and 3) etnopedagogic value in Wawacan Jayalalana. This research use an analytical descriptive method and literary survey as the technique. According to the result of this research, formal structure of Wawacan Jayalalana consists of two aspect, there are structure of presentation and rules of pupuh. Structure of presentation was consisting of title, manggalasastra, kisahan and kolofon or epilog. By the rules of pupuh, formal structure Wawacan Jayalalana was consisting of guru wilangan and guru lagu, characters, and sasmita pupuh. Based narrative structure, plot of Wawacan Jayalalana  including to progresif plot, which consists of 10 episodes. Characters in this wawacan divided into four group, were subdivided based on position and charakter. Setting in this wawacan includes place, time and atmosphere. The Motifs of this wawacan are unusual birth, looking for bird, executing wills, wander, treat, and marry. The global theme of this wawacan is about humanity, especially on how to become a qualified person. Etnopedagogik value in Wawacan Jayalalana is about moral humanity. Based on research moral to god is 11,54%, moral to self is 30,78%, moral to the others is 11,54%,, moral to time is 15,38%, moral to nature is 11,54%, and moral to achieving the outer and inner pleasure is 19,23%.

Structure shift is one of the problems in translations. This problem is important to be dealt with because it is the most frequent category occurring at all rank in translation. Besides, in grammar structure shift can occur at all ranks. The discussion about structure shift only covers structure shift in phrase, clause, and sentence level. This research used the translation theory proposed by J.C. Catford (1965). He states that shift is departure from formal correspondence in the process of going form the SL to the TL. He also states that there are two kinds of shift in translating, namely level-shift and category-shift. Category shift means the change of formal structure of the SL, in process of translating into the TL. The data source is taken from four bilingual folklores. Data collecting used observation method and descriptive method was employed in analyzing the data. The findings show that in phrase level structure shift found only in noun and adjective phrase. The shifts in noun phrase are: H PostM PostM into PreM PreM H, H PostM into PreM H, and PreM H PostM Post M, into PreM PreM PreM H. In adjective phrase structure shift is found only one i.e. PreM H into H PostM. The structure shift in clause level is: SC into SVC, SV into SVA, and SV into SVO. In sentence level structure shift occur from simple sentence in SL into simple sentence in TL, simple sentence in SL into complex sentence in TL, complex sentence in SL into simple sentence in TL, and complec sentence in SL into complex sentence in TL.

The research aims to analyze and describe exocentric phrase that include the form, stucture, and semantics (the relation between grammatical elements) that contained in the novel Kembang Kembang Petingan by Holisoh M.E. In this study used descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Technique used in collecting data is a literature study. The data analysis technique used in this study is direct elemental analysis techniques. The data source used in this study is Novel Kembang Kembang Petingan by Holisoh M.E. The results of this research have 1133 phrase with 1658 frekuesi and describe three things, (1) exocentric phrase divided into two types of phrase, direktif phrase and relative phrase, (2) stucture of exocentric phrase have four general stucture and eleven substucture, and (3) semantics (the  relation between grammatical elements) have twelve relation gramatical of direktif phrase and two relation gramatical of relative phrase in the Kembang novel Kembang Petingan by Holisoh ME. Based on research can be concluded phrase exocentric in Kembang Kembang Petingan novel by Holisoh M.E can be examined in aspects form, stucture, and relation grammatical elements. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan frasa eksosentrik yang meliputi bentuk, struktur, dan semantik (hubungan antarunsur gramatikal) yang terdapat dalam novel Kembang Kembang Petingan karya Holisoh M.E. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah tehnik studi pustaka, dan teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis unsur langsung. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah novel Kembang Kembang Petingan karya Holisoh M.E. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat 1133 frasa eksosentrik dengan frekuensi 1658 kali, lalu mendeskripsikan tiga hal yaitu (1) bentuk frasa eksosentik yang terdiri atas data 2 jenis frasa yaitu frasa direktif dan relatif, (2) struktur frasa eksosentrik yang memiliki 4 pola utama dan 11 subpola, dan (3) semantik (hubungan makna antarunsur gramatikal) yang terdiri atas 12 hubungan makna antarunsur gramatikal frasa direktif dan 2 hubungan makna antarunsur gramatikal frasa relatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa frasa eksosentrik mempunyai bentuk, struktur, dan hubungan gramatikal antarunsurnya yang berkaitan dengan kajian struktur dan semantik.

This study aims to determine production tools from technological systems of Ainu community in Satoru Noda’s Golden Kamuy manga. The theory used in this research are the theory of anthropological literature by Endraswara (2013), theory of universal cultural elements by Koentjaraningrat (2015) and the semiotics theory by Peirce (1955). The literature study method used as data collection method. The founded data analysed by adjusting the existing of the concepts and theoretical framework. The results of the analysed data presented using descriptive analysis method. The results of analysed data summarized in conclusion with informal method. The obtained result of this research are 4 production tools from technological systems of Ainu community that are represented in the Golden Kamuy manga, such as itata-ni, attush-karabe, isete-ni, and rauomap which is have a role in facilitating the life of Ainu community in obtaining and processing natural product for daily needs.

The Indonesian political elites tend to use Muslims for their personal interests, instead of making Islam as their moral guide in the political arena, despite Nurcholish Madjid’s (Cak Nur) secularization is needed. For this reason, this research discusses the political ideals of Cak Nur, especially the idea of ​​secularization in the midst of the current political Islam in Indonesia. Using a descriptive method, literature study, and a qualitative approach, the results of the study showed that Islam essentially is not merely a formal structure or composition and collection of laws of the state and government. Islam is the embodiment of tawḥīd. It is a spiritual force that can give birth to a soul that is ḥanīf, inclusive, democratic, and respects society’s pluralism. Therefore, an understanding of more advanced Islamic teachings, such as Cak Nur’s secularization concept which according to Cak Nur's does not lead to secularism; as well as the need for freedom of thought, an idea of ​​progress, and openness to ideas are a necessity in Indonesia. As such Moslem should use a secular lens to view worldly matters that need rational and objective thinking, rather than using faith, Islamic law, ʻaqīda (creed), and ʻibāda (worship) which are spiritual matters.

The purpose of this study was to describe the psychological conflicts contained in the novel Arini Masih Ada Kereta yang Lewat by Mira W. The research method used is descriptive method. The data source in the study was the novel Arini Masih Ada Kereta yang Lewat by Mira W. consisting of 232 pages, a book thickness of 20 cm, published in 2018 by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama. The collection technique uses literature study techniques, reading techniques, and note taking techniques. While the data analysis technique used content analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it shows that the psychological conflicts built in the novel Arini Masih Ada Kereta yang Lewat by Mira W are in the form of internal conflict and external conflict. Internal conflict, namely the main character Arini felt a raging feeling shortly after the feeling of happiness when she saw the baby she had given birth to. Then, the external conflict, namely the character Arini knows a reality that Helmi said, such as a slap for Arini, a child who he thought had died was still alive and Helmi who took care of him.

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).
