The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the training on work performance, work discipline on work performance and training and work discipline on employee work performance The type of research used was descriptive, verification, with a total sample of 80 employees. The data analysis technique used is path analysis The findings from the research on hypothesis testing can be seen that training and work discipline have a positive influence / large category on employee work performance. The originality of this research is the difference found in the object of research, the period of research, the measurement tools and the results of the study.

Purpose - This study aimed to gain a sense o1qf leadership style, gain a working motivation overview, and  overview of employee performanceDesign / methodology / approach - The method used is an Explanatory Survey with a sample size of 44 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with spss 20.0 for windows programming tool.Findings- Research results show that leadership style is in the category of effective, work motivation is in the strong category and employee performance is in good category. Leadership style and work motivation have a positive influence on employee performanceOriginality / value - This study provides a basis for understanding the style of leadership and work motivation that affects employee performance. The difference of this research with previous research is located on the object of research that is Hotel Cipanas Indah company and use theory or reference different from previous researcher

High and low of productive behavior of an employee really determines their work productivity, therefore it is necessary to foster the productive behavior. One way to foster productive behavior can be done with a conducive organizational climate. This study aims to determine how much influence the organizational climate on the productive behavior of employees in the Human Resources Section in the Regional Cleaning Company Bandung. The research method used is descriptive explanatory survey method. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test and a significance test with the coefficient F. The results of the data analysis showed that the organizational climate on the Productive Behavior of employees was 32.442%. alternative hypothesis which states that there is a positive influence between organizational climate and employee productive behavior. The organizational climate and the productive behavior of employees  as a whole are optimal, because the total scores obtained are both in the high category, but there are still things that must be considered, including management must be able to increase the empowerment of its employees so that the behavior and work performance of employees becomes more optimal.

To maintain market share, companies must be able to guarantee customer satisfaction so that customers become loyal. Companies need a brand image strategy or brand image so that it becomes the top of mind in the minds of consumers or customers. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The study was conducted at Warung Griya Bebek and Ayam Goreng Nelongso Malang. Accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 104 respondents, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The analysis shows that brand image has a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction. Other results show that brand image also has a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction

For attainment of vision, mission and mandate of the school organization, teachers’ productivity is important as well as the style of school leadership and how commitment related to the strategic issues within the organization are made. This study aims to examine the influence of (1) transformasional leadership (2)  commitment, (3) teachers’ productivity in MTs An-Nuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep. This quantitative research used path analysis technique in data analysis. Questionnaires were sampled to a total of 67 teachers in MTs An-Nuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep using Slovin formula. The results showed that: first, there are positive influence between the transformational leadership and productivity of teachers in schools. Secondly, there is a positive effect between commitment and productivity of teachers in schools. Third , there is a positive effect between the transformational leadership and commitment in MTs An-Nuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep .

The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the effect of personality and team effectiveness toward Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) of the civil servant in Education and Training Agency of The Ministry of Home Affairs. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. It was conducted to 128 civil servants as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way. The data analysis and interpretation reveals that (1) personality has direct positive influence toward OCB, (2) team effectiveness has direct positive influence toward OCB, (3) personality has direct positive influence toward team effectiveness.

This study aims to examine the effect of independence, professionalism, and experience of internal auditors on fraud prevention with organizational culture as a moderating variable. The research data were collected through questionnaires, the research respondents were the internal auditors of Rural Banks in Bali. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling with the criteria of internal auditors who have more then a year work experience, with 140 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis (SEM-PLS). The results showed that the independence, professionalism, and experience of internal auditors had a positive effect on fraud prevention; and organizational culture strengthen the positive influence of independence, professionalism, and experience of internal auditors on fraud prevention.

This research uses survey method to see the influence between variables. Technique of data analysis using path analysis (path analysis). Path analysis technique is used to test the direct and indirect influence on speed, agility, coordination, balance and motivation to the playing skill of soccer student of Faculty of Sport Science Makassar public university. Technique of path analysis with SPSS program version 20.00 at significance level α = 0.05. The results of this study are as follows: (1) There is a positive influence of 0.612 between the speed of soccer playing skills and contributing 37.4% (2) There is a positive influence of 0.687 between agility to the skills of playing football and contribute 47.1% (3) There is a positive influence of 0.862 between eye-foot coordination of soccer playing skills and contributes 74.3% (4) There is a positive influence of 0.636 between the balance of soccer playing skills and contributes 40.4% (5) positive is 0.816 between motivation to soccer playing skill and contribute 66,6% (6) There is positive influence equal to 0,531 between speed to motivation and contribute equal to 28,2% (7) There is positive influence equal to 0,621 between agility to motivation and contribute equal to 38.6% (8) There is a positive influence of 0.743 anta (9) There is a positive influence of 0,564 between the balance of motivation and contribution of 31.8% (10) There is a positive influence of 0.824 between the speed of the skills of playing football through motivation and contributing 66.8% (11) There is a positive influence of 0.879 between agility of soccer playing skills through motivation and contributing 67.3% (12) There is a positive influence of 1.344 between foot-toe coordination of soccer playing skills through motivation and contributing 67 , 2% (13) There is a positive influence of 0.878 between the balance of soccer playing skills through motivation and contribute 67.0%.   Keywords: Speed, agility, coordination, balance, motivation and the skills of playing football.

The purpose of this study is how much influence is perceived desirability and feasibility on the interest of entrepreneurship in vocational students. The type of research used is descriptive, verification, with a total sample of 100 students. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of the research on hypothesis testing can be seen that perceived desirability and feasibility have a positive / large category effect, both on the interest of entrepreneurship in vocational students. The originality of this research was found in the object of research, research period, measuring instruments and research results. The author also adds theories from foreign journals and foreign books.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees per division, amounting to 182 employees. From the total population can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 22. From the calculation results using SPSS shows that there is an influence of career development on employee work performance, there is the influence of work placement on employee performance and there is the influence of career development and work placement on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to explain and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of trust on perceived usefulness, the effect of trust and perceived usefulness on buying interest. The population in this study is consumers in the city of Denpasar who have an interest in buying fashion products at the online store Zalora. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, and perceived usefulness positively and significantly mediates the effect of trust in consumer buying interest. This has the meaning that consumers who already have confidence in Zalora's online store fashion products, then supported by the perception of good benefits for consumers, can increase consumer buying interest in the online site Zalora.
