The purpose of this study is how much influence is perceived desirability and feasibility on the interest of entrepreneurship in vocational students. The type of research used is descriptive, verification, with a total sample of 100 students. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of the research on hypothesis testing can be seen that perceived desirability and feasibility have a positive / large category effect, both on the interest of entrepreneurship in vocational students. The originality of this research was found in the object of research, research period, measuring instruments and research results. The author also adds theories from foreign journals and foreign books.

This study aims to determine the motivation of women in entrepreneurship, especially in the culinary field in Pekanbaru, by using the variables of capital, independence, and education to analyze their influence on entrepreneurial motivation. The population in this study are all women who carry out home-based businesses engaged in home-based culinary businesses in Pekanbaru City whose numbers are not known with certainty, for an unknown population the number of samples in this study using the Wibisono formula and obtained a total sample of 97 people. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of statements directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS 20 for Windows program. The results of the study indicate that either simultaneously or partially, the variables of capital, independence, and education have a significant effect on the motivation of women who are culinary entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru.

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether there is an influence between Non Performing Loans and Capital Adequacy Ratio both partially and simultaneously on the Profitability (ROA) of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. The approach taken in this research is associative and quantitative. The population of this study was all subjects at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA), Tbk for 44 years, namely 1974-2018 with a total sample of 9 years, namely 2010-2018. The sampling method is a purposive sampling method. While the data analysis technique uses classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t-test and F test) and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study prove that Non-performing Loans do not affect the Return On Assets. However, Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Asset. While simultaneously this study proves that Non-Performing Loans and Capital Adequacy Ratio affect the Return On Assets at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk.

The data analysis technique used is path analysis The findings from the research on hypothesis testing can be seen that training and work discipline have a positive influence / large category on employee work performance. This study aimed to analyze the influence of social media utilization, motivation and knowledge of student interest in entrepreneurship at the Economic University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo either partially or simultaneously. Research conducted a quantitative study. The population in this study Economy class students in 2009-2010 to 650 with a total sample of 247 students. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the partial use of social media and motivation significant effect on student interest in entrepreneurship at the Economic University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, while knowledge has no influence on the interest in entrepreneurship in students of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Simultaneous use of social media, motivation and knowledge significantly influence student interest in entrepreneurship at the Economic University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo

This study aimed to analyze the effect of indicators of student perceptions and participation in academic service assistance on student academic achievement at UPBJJ-UT Bengkulu. The research used descriptive method with a quantitative approach. sampling used the Slovin method with a total sample of 362 respondents. The research instrument used was questionnaire. The data analysis technique useed multiple linear regression which was further discussed descriptively. The results of the study showed the independent variables such as X1, X2, X3, X6, X9, X13, X20, X24, partially had a significant effect on the dependent variable (GPA). Other independent variables (X4, X5, X7, X8, X10, X11, X12, X14, X15, X16, X17, X18, X21, X22, X23) partially had no significant effect on the dependent variable (Student Achievement Index).

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees per division, amounting to 182 employees. From the total population can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 22. From the calculation results using SPSS shows that there is an influence of career development on employee work performance, there is the influence of work placement on employee performance and there is the influence of career development and work placement on employee performance.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. Tax evasion is a tax deductible scheme that is owed by violating the provisions of taxation (illegal). Tax evasion is usually done by the company by making false invoices, not recording some sales, or preparing fake financial statements, but the practice of tax evasion like this is often caught, thus the mode of tax evasion is now changing. Perception is the response of something or is the process of knowing some things through the senses. This research is interested to prove the perception of the students of economics faculty regarding the tax evasion, where these students have received taxation class and practice. This study uses questionnaires to obtain students perception data, and use purposive sampling in obtaining sample research. Data analysis technique used is multiple-linear regression. The result of research shows that only discrimination variables affect the tax evasion based on the perception of the students of economics faculty, while the variables of justice, taxation system and understanding of taxation do not affect tax evasion based on the perception of the students of Economics Faculty, Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya University.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.
