This research was inspired by the rapid development of information and communication technology. It obligates teachers to apply technology and information in learning for enriching their professionalism. This research aims to determine the significance of the effect on teacher experience, training, and self-efficacy on TPACK, as well as determining the significance of teacher experience and training on self-efficacy. The used method in this research was descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to economics teachers. Path analysis technique is used to analyze the data. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that teacher experience, training, and self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on TPACK. Teacher experience and training have a significant positive effect on self-efficacy. Yet, self-efficacy is not able to mediate the effect of teacher experience on TPACK, and the effect of training on TPACK.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Penelitian ini didesain dalam bentuk pendekatan Mixed Methods yang mengkombinasikan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif (Sequantial Explanatory). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS Versi 23,0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar yang signifikan positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika.   This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy and learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes. This research is designed in the form of a Mixed Methods approach that combines quantitative and qualitative analysis (Sequantial Explanatory). The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS Version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of self-efficacy and learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes.

Recently, coffee is no longer a drink for parents. Many millennials are starting to enjoy drinking coffee. This can be seen from the growth of coffee shops in the Madiun City which continues to grow from time to time. This study aims to find empirical evidence of the reasons coffee shop owners are interested in entering the coffee business. This research is focused on aspects of self-efficacy, innovation, and passion. This research is a quantitative using a saturated sample technique, namely observing all populations. This research was conducted in Madiun City with sample size of 50 coffee shop entrepreneurs. The research instrument test used validity and reliability tests, while the data analysis technique used was MRA. The results are: self-efficacy has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, innovation has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, and passion does not mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and innovation on entrepreneurial interest.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on individual performance with self-efficacy as an intervening variable for employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Yogyakarta. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used is all employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Yogyakarta as many as 55 employees. The sample in this study were all employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Yogyakarta, as many as 55 employees. The sampling technique used was total sampling with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, job satisfaction has no significant positive effect on individual performance. Job satisfaction has significant positive effect on self efficacy and self efficacy has significant positive on individual performance. In this study, self efficacy as an intervening variable has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction on individual performance.  Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Individual Performance, and Self Efficacy

The leadership in the TNI environment is very typical according to the stylish nature of the command organization and is supported by the participation of its members; therefore, this study aims to find out how the influence of charismatic leadership and training on the performance of the Indonesian Navy Hydrographic and Oceanographic Center (Pushidrosal) with Self Efficacy as intervening. This study was conducted on Pushidrosal personnel rank of officers, where the sample used was 217 respondents taken using the census method. Data obtained by questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure 45 indicators processed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Amos 22.0 application. The results showed that: Charismatic leadership and training had no direct effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy had no direct effect on performance. Charismatic leadership and training have a significant positive effect on performance both directly and indirectly. The results of the study also show that Self Efficacy has a positive mediating role for charismatic leadership and training on performance.

The development effort involving young entrepreneurs by age relative in Palopo City is now starting to grow and develop. One of the factors that affect the increasingly rapid development of information and communication technology. The development of information and communication technology enables anyone to conduct business without having to incur substantial costs for investment only places and other infrastructure. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of information and communication technology in this case is a smart phone to support the business activities of young entrepreneurs in Palopo. Total sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) with 4.0 WarpPLS program. The results of the study results showed that of the five hypotheses which are built in this research there are four hypotheses that can be accepted: (1) Perceived Ease of Use significant effect on Perceived Usefulness; (2) Perceived Ease of Use significant positive effect on User Satisfaction; (3) Perceived Usefulness significant positive effect on Behavioral intention; (4) User Satisfaction significant positive effect on Behavioral Intention. While the hypothesis is not accepted, namely (1) Perceived Ease of Use positive effect was not significant to the User Satisfaction, which in this hypothetical direct influence that has no significant effect. This study also provides empirical support for the theory of TAM in the context of the Smartphone use by young entrepreneurs in the city of Palopo in support of business activities. The benefits and user satisfaction is an important determinant that explains the interest behaves using Smartphone. In addition Smartphone has a user friendly design that allows users to operate the various service features / applications provided on each brand Smartphone. The results of this research study also found information that would have a positive impact on young entrepreneurs perkembagan with age categories were taken from 20 years has begun to grow. This indicates that the motivation, innovation and creativity among young entrepreneurs to continue to try to create jobs independently.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of solvency on stock returns by using EPS as a moderating variable in the Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The research observation data were 36 companies. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study prove that solvency has a not significant positive effect on stock returns and EPS reinforces the effect of solvency on stock returns. The smaller the level of solvability, the smaller the risk obtained. Keywords—: Solvability; Returns; EPS.

On the other side, the qualitative research also directs into the finding of basic theory which is emphasized the process over the result. It also limits the research with the focus which has criteria on finding the trustwothiness dta. Based on the result on the research about applying ethic of journalist code in the Islamic rubrik OASE at Depok POS.com, online media in Depok POS always apply the ethic of journalist code with colaborate on that ethic such as the way which always used in the field by journalist and the ethic of journalist understanding are the specific detail and detail things which manage about how should the media worker such as journalist, editor, chief of reporter, news achor and every profession which can called a journalist can behave on ethic of journalist code. Further, ethic of journalist code is the basic of journalist thought.
