The topicality of this research problem is based on the necessity to create a digital educational environment and expand prospects of online education that is realized in correspondence with the project “Modern digital educational environment”, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation within the framework of implementing the state-run program “Education development” in 2013-2020. In the context of education digitalization, the requirements for teachers’ ethnocultural competencies also change and acquire new content. Consequently, the aim of the research is to elaborate and analyze the content of ethnocultural competencies in the context of education digitalization as well as to reveal and experimentally verify the effectiveness of practical experience of an educational institution in forming future teachers’ ethnocultural competencies. This article discusses the experience of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy of Mari State University in this direction. Research methods: theoretical methods, аs far as empirical methods are concerned, a questionnaire and a pedagogical experiment were used. The 50 participants of this experiment are fourth- and fifth-year students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Pedagogy. Results and recommendations. These research results conclude that it is necessary to implement system-based and civilizational approaches when forming ethnocultural competencies of future teachers in the context of education digitalization. In this case, it will be possible to form a person adequate to the digital economy and able to use digital technologies in their ethnically oriented work. These research results can be applied to design curriculums and academic course syllabuses of higher education as well as to carry out comparative studies for improvement of education quality of future teachers.

In the work brought some experimental data of kinematic parameters of movement of cars forced idle, as the software product was used to diagnose 900 ATS, which recorded kinematic parameters of vehicle. On the basis of the conducted experimental research results are shown tabulated and analysed.

Currently, in the context of the widespread use of e-learning technologies and distance educational technologies, it is necessary to train future teachers, taking into account the peculiarities of solving professional problems in an electronic information and educational environment, to develop students' relevant competencies, including network communicative competence. Despite the large number of studies devoted to the communicative aspect of the teacher's activities, the problem of the formation of network communicative competence in the electronic information and educational environment has not been sufficiently studied. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the results of the questionnaire survey of students, some methods of forming network communicative competence in future teachers in the study of various disciplines, in the course of teaching practice, and scientific research are proposed. The analysis of the conditions and factors that determine the choice of methods for the formation of the specified competence has been carried out. These factors are associated with the teachers' perception of the peculiarities of communication in the electronic information and educational environment, the didactic and communicative potential of resources and tools of the electronic information and educational environment, the choice of methods and technologies for organizing interaction, the selection of educational material that allows the development of components of network communicative competence, the design of tasks and exercises for the development of network communicative competence, the choice of modes, schemes and forms of organization of interaction, the organization of feedback, control of the level of formation of the network communicative competence, the implementation of reflection. The formed network communicative competence will contribute to a more effective solution by the teacher of communicative tasks in the electronic information and educational environment, which will improve the quality of training of future teachers in the electronic information and educational environment.

The article provides the typology of online educational materials, concretizes and clarifies digital competencies that are in demand in the modern information educational environment. In accordance with the principles of the system-activity approach, a methodology for the formation of digital competencies in future teachers in the context of the organization of project activities of students of pedagogical specialties is proposed. It is shown that this activity can be associated with the step-by-step methodological development of electronic educational materials in the environment of online services.

The article reveals the peculiarities of the implementation of pedagogical conditions of vocal and choral training of future teachers of music. Pedagogical conditions are defined as ways to ensure the effective implementation of artistic activity. The main pedagogical conditions for the formation of vocal and choral training of students of the faculties of arts of pedagogical universities we have identified: ensuring the interaction of cognitive, evaluative and creative activities of students of the faculties of arts; integrative combination of classroom and extracurricular types of educational, independent, concert-practical activity of students of faculties of arts in the process of their vocal-choral preparation for practical work with students; creation of a professional and creative educational environment for future music teachers in the process of vocal and choral preparation for productive activities. The above pedagogical conditions of vocal and choral training of future teachers of music contribute to the successful solution of urgent tasks, the positive course of educational activities in the process of pedagogical practice with students.Key words: students of faculties of arts of pedagogical universities, pedagogical conditions, vocal and choral training, efficiency of training.
