The relevance of the research is justified by the tendency to implement the axiological approach in education in the context of the need to construct a single space for the training of pedagogical personnel, therefore the question of the value-semantic expectations from the teaching profession is important. The purpose of the work is to determine the teachers and pupil’s value-semantic foundations of pedagogical activity. Sample of the study: 61 pupils of teacher classes, 425 teachers. Methods: operationalization of existing standards (educational and professional) and conceptual content analysis, which made it possible to develop an author’s methodology of values, laid down by educational and professional standards and adapt the MUST-test (for diagnosing values for purposes). Results: pupils are focused mainly on themselves, and teachers are focused on creating conditions for their activities. The system-forming values of the first — the ability to implement an individual approach to the child and knowledge of developing technologies, and the second-knowledge of the characteristics and technologies for creating a safe and comfortable educational environment. Diagnosed the tendency for teachers to replace the actual values with the declared. Teachers and pupils have approximately equal values-relationships aimed at the educational environment and professional activity, but values whose goal is the child occupy lower places in the rating. In both groups all values are expressed approximately equally, but they put different personal meaning into them.

The article presents a constructive model of training bachelors in cybersecurity in an educational-digital environment. The concepts of "model" and "modeling" are analyzed. The meaning of the definition of "construct" as a whole, distinguished from other entities of a certain area, which is inaccessible to direct observation, but hypothetically deduced and / or constructed logically on the basis of observed features, with a sufficient degree of experimentally and logically validated, is verified. the concept used to represent it. The scientific position in relation to the conceptual field of the model of preparation of bachelors in cybersecurity in the conditions of educa-?ional-digital environment is determined. Based on theoretical analysis, the constructive model is able to reflect the spatial pedagogical relationships between the elements of the object under study. It is determined that the conceptual model of training bachelors in cybersecurity in an educational-digital environment consists of five constructs. SUMMARY Materiality remains a challenging concept for auditors to implement in practice. The challenges underlying auditor materiality assessments are compounded by the fact that courts, regulation, and professional standards emphasize that materiality should be based on a “reasonable investor” perspective. Despite the investor orientation and ambiguous nature of the “reasonable investor” criterion, the extant literature lacks empirical evidence about investor materiality judgments and decision-making. To address this problem, we model sophisticated and unsophisticated investors' materiality judgments in a policy-capturing study and compare them to experienced auditors charged with assessing materiality from an investor perspective. The results indicate significant differences in materiality judgments, judgment consensus, and cue utilization among the three participant groups. We conclude the paper with discussion of the study's implications, highlighting that the overall results suggest the need for further consideration of ways to help auditors meet standards and expectations in this critical domain.

Debate over the present-day meaning of the traditional political terms ‘left’ and ‘right’ has been ongoing for at least three decades. Many claim that these labels have lost their former relevance. This article offers a comparative analysis of the Israeli, Polish, and Hungarian party systems. Using qualitative content analysis, it examines party platforms and politicians’ speeches in order to assess the significance of political labels both in political narratives and academic debate. Two main research topics concerning political systems of the three countries are explored in the article: the blurring of the traditional left-right divisions and the partial adoption of an anti-establishment agenda by mainstream parties.

The article is devoted to the psychological peculiarities of the manifestation of coping-resources of educators. The teaching profession belongs to the category of professions especially vulnerable to stress, since the teacher has to solve various professional tasks in the absence of time and information, constant open contact with people, which entails considerable emotional energy. The professional activity of a modern teacher requires constant and maximum mobilization of their personal resources. The degree of diversity of 9Mobile news SMS contents is also poor. Nevertheless, there was significant use of prominent news stories – as derived from the hardcopies of the sourcing national newspapers. The research notes the need for news SMS copyright and plagiarism checks alongside other professional standards. The paper considers the concept of professional formation and its projection on the professional training and professional activity of the prospective teacher through the concepts of formation and development. As a result of the analysis of existing views on the phases, stages and periods of professional formation, the main ones were identified, which are due to the time frame - the period before choosing the institution where professional training will be carried out, the actual professional education and the period of it. Having analyzed the set of competencies (subject, general pedagogical, professional-communicative, managerial, innovative, reflective) provided by the Federal State Educational Standard in relation to the teachers profession, as well as referring to the models of Hard-skills and Soft-skills, we identified indicators (skills) of the professional development of the prospective teacher and invited the 3rd-year students of the Institute of Russian Language and Literature of the Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University to evaluate these skills in the order of their significance. The assessment was carried out on a 5-point scale, where 1 point is an absolutely insignificant indicator, 2 - rather insignificant, 3 - rather significant, 4 - significant, 5 - very significant. As a result, we were able to build their gradation and divide them by areas, as well as allocate 3 levels in the process of professional development. Taking into account these levels, we considered how the educational environment can influence the professional development of future teachers through educational, extracurricular activities and through the environment.
