The article presents the experience of designing the educational module "Special and Developmental Teaching" of School Psychology Master’s program. The modular-sized program includes practical training and research activity in each module in a networking, it complies with Federal State Educational Standard and professional teaching and educational psychology standarts. Practice-oriented education Master’s training model based on the activity and competence approaches is productive. We have shown the advantages of networking and the need to divert more resources towards practical training and to include research activity in particular module. It is necessary to teach educational psychologists not only to "know", but also to "knows how", to have professional thinking and metasubject competencies, to have the capacity for reflection, i. e. to operate in an uncertain environment for new schemes on the basis of the scientific method. It is important that the modular principle design allows adding training subjects from one of educational program to other and so developing new programs.

The principle has been determined, which, if not observed, will result in the unbalancing of specialist program. Methods. Theoretical level methods were used within the framework of the research, in particular, analysis, as well as methods of the empirical level – description, comparison and testing. Findings. The research resulted in the development of a scheme for a two-stage education system in the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3 ++, and the direction of specialization for a specialist program has been determined as well. Research application field. The results obtained will help to further develop the main professional educational curricula of a specialist program in two areas, in which graduates will be equally in demand. Conclusions. Taking into account the above said, the study will progress in developing a separate specialist program, aimed at the needs of the labor market in the field of fire safety (engineering, preventive and managerial personnel of the services providing fire safety in an organization).

According to the content of the provisions of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education (3 ++), a future Bachelor must possess many types of universal competencies. At the same time, the readiness for project activities stands out quite strongly among others in the scale of the necessary abilities. Since the project is inherently a holistic and complete product, it is assumed that all other types of competencies should be thoroughly developed. In this light, works devoted to the development of fundamental rules for the formation of project thinking become relevant. At the same time, it turns out that such a development of the principles of the formation of the desired skill, which would take into account the strengths of the Russian conjuncture of thinking, is in demand. The authors seek to emphasize the connection between the principles of design thinking with such an organic pedagogical condition as collective activity. Since we are talking about the category of higher education, it is quite appropriate to add that it is precisely collective research activity that is meant. In this light, the purpose of the study is to develop pedagogical principles for the eff ective formation of project thinking in future bachelors. The research methodology is determined by the works of Yu. S. Manuilov. In particular, we are talking about the environmental approach, in which the social environment should play an active role, with which the future bachelor should enter into active creative relations with a research bias. The leading research method is the questioning of students. The tool for the formation of the studied quality will be a complex of active teaching methods, among which it is proposed to take into account the game methods of teaching adults (business games). The authors also believe that an underestimated method in the higher education environment is the game of chess, which was also included in the toolkit for the formation of project thinking. The following pedagogical principles were developed: 1) synergy - the unity of personal and collective creative activity, 2) conformity to nature - the organic nature of the forming conditions, 3) economy - the desire of the system for the formation of project thinking to save didactic and methodological resources, 4) fascination ‒ the orientation of the active forms used learning to remove psychological barriers to mastering theory, often presented in overly cloying academic language.

The analysis of federal state educational standards of higher education (FSES) allowed to identify the research activity and different kinds of project activities (design and project ones) as one of the basic standards for academic bachelor programmes of various courses. A graduate that has mastered this programme should be ready to meet the professional challenges demanding from him specific knowledge and skills in different fields, including Mathematics and he should obtain them while studying at university. Specific aspects of academic bachelors mathematical training should be taken into consideration in terms of academic activities. In this article we interpret the aspects of academic bachelors mathematical training as the academic activities based on personalizing the academic studies and implying an efficient combination of teaching ready to learn knowledge and the ways of its obtaining while solving the goals corresponding in their structures to the types of professional activities. At the same time we consider the personalizing of the academic studies as the process of projecting their own studies by the students themselves. The carried out analysis of scientific literature, of kinds of professional activity and of Mathematics activities allowed to specify the following features of bachelors mathematical training: Mathematics is a research tool for most sciences and for facing professional challenges; an academic potential is expressed in mindset formation; there is a high level of fundamentalization of mathematic operations while facing future professional goals.
