What you want to say and what they are interested in? The answer creates a seamless partnership between Knowledge Worker and the Organisation to achieve sustained growth in a disruptive changing business landscape. To drive the answer to the above question i.e.  ‘RELEVANCY’ both for the organisation as well as Knowledge Worker in the industry ecosystem the power of behavioural insights and neuroscience’s Happy-Hormone is leverage in this research article. We act as a choice-architect and worked on automated system-intuitive thinking. The tone of this article is prescriptive and the ‘Nudges’are provided as a treatment for the diagnosed issues of the Organisation, the subject-matter of the present study.  The effectiveness of prescribed Nudgestested on treatment and control groupby deploying experiment method and results evidenceda significant effect on the treatment group. In this study, ourlearning reflections:‘Pre-commitment is an impactful tool’; ‘Peer support matters’; ‘Craving need to be instigated, to get reminder work’.

Background: Amidst the recent outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, there seems to be an avalanche of conspiracy theories that abound on social media platforms, and this subject attracted a lot of research interest. This study aimed to examine the "social media and the spread Covid-19 conspiracy theories in Nigeria" in light of the above.  Methods: The study adopted a qualitative design in order to explore the subject matter thoroughly. Thirty-five participants were conveniently sampled, and interviews were conducted to retrieved data from the participants. Results: Findings of this study revealed that there is a prevalence of conspiracy theories that have saturated social media ever since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. It was also found that ignorance, religious fanaticism, lack of censorship, and insufficient counter information on social media platforms are some of the possible factors that aided the spread of Covid-19 conspiracy theories among Nigerian social media users. Conclusion: This study recommends, among other things, that there is a swift need to curtail the spread of conspiracy theories through consistent dissemination of counter-information by both individuals and agencies like the National Orientation Agency (NOA) and the Nigerian Centre for Disease and Control (NCDC).

ABSTRACT This research aimed to know the effect of discovery learning model on students learning outcomes in the subject matter dynamical electricity in class X. The type of research was quasi-experimental. The population were the tenth grade students consisting of 8 classes. The samples collection done by means of cluster of random sampling by taking 2 class at random that is class X-5 as experiment class and class X-6 as control class. The instruments used were test of learning outcomes that have been validated in the form of option as much as 20 questions. The research result obtained average value of experiment pretest class 33,06 and the control class 32,78. Then given different treatment, experiment class with discovery learning and control class with conventional of models. After learning is completed, obtained postest the average value of experiment class 75,69 and control class 69,86. The results of t one party with the level significance in 0,05 obtained there is difference of students’ learning outcomes due to the effect of discovery learning in the subject matter listrik dinamis in class X. The Collaborative-Cooperative Learning Model (CCL) helps improve students’ characters. This study is aimed at finding out the effectiveness of the CCL instructional model in improving the characters of the theology students in the subject matter class Self Development. The study used the quasi-experimental research design. The research sample consisted of 58 students of the Surabaya Excelsius Institute of Theology. Data were collected by way of a test in a pre-test and posttest for the experiment and control groups and analyzed by way of an independent sample t-test on the SPSS software program of Amos 25. Results show that (1) the CCL model is found to be able to improve students’ characters. Experts’ reviews conclude that the CCL syntax can be categorized as having innovative aspects based on the rationality model on the score of 3.29; (2) The CCL model is found to be effective in improving students’ characters by the Mann-Whitney test (sig. = 0,012) and the paired sample t-tes (sig. = 0.000) showing a significant difference in the mean scores; (3) the CCL model can improve the characters of self-discipline, social discipline, and religious discipline  in the theology students in the subject matter class Self Development and can be used for subject matter classes with the same characteristics, be followed-up by research in wider subject-matter contexts, and be integrated  with research from other academic fields.

The article deals with the theoretical issues of administrative and legal regulation of internal control in the National Police. It is noted that the administrative and legal regulation of internal control in the National Police s an administrative and legal institution that has an independent subject matter and method of legal regulation. Internal control is defined as purposeful activity of normative and law enforcement nature of authorized officials and control and supervisory units of the National Police on the regulation and implementation of public relations in the field of internal control by legal means. Only that part of them that provides organizational, procedural and human rights bases of stability, guarantee and reliability of target information on the state of functioning of the National Police and each territorial body and subdivision becomes the subject matter of legal regulation of internal control. The structure of the subject matter of legal regulation in the field of internal control in the police consists of three parts. The first part of the subject matter of administrative and legal regulation of internal control are the principles, objectives of the organization and implementation of control activities that define and specify its place in the administrative system, as well as the task of identifying faults and positive experiences that significantly affect the legality and efficiency. Since the order of organization of internal control is entrusted to the relevant head, the powers are formed by two blocks: rule-making, components of regulatory and organizational activities to establish the order, goals and directions of internal control of subordinate units and officials. The third group of relations includes social relations, which consist of methods and forms of control actions that ensure the reliability and objectivity of the collection of targeted information, the timely adoption of administrative response measures.

THE germ of that which follows came into being many years ago in the days of my youth as a university instructor and assistant professor. It was generated by the then quite outspoken attitude of colleagues in the “exact sciences”; the sciences of which the subject-matter can be exactly weighed and measured and the force of its movements mathematically demonstrated. They assured us that the study of languages and literature had little or nothing scientific about it because: “It had no domain of concrete fact in which to work.” Ergo, the scientific spirit was theirs by a stroke of “efficacious grace” as it were. Ours was at best only a kind of “sufficient grace,” pleasant and even necessary to have, but which could, by no means ensure a reception among the elected.
