The Collaborative-Cooperative Learning Model (CCL) helps improve students’ characters. This study is aimed at finding out the effectiveness of the CCL instructional model in improving the characters of the theology students in the subject matter class Self Development. The study used the quasi-experimental research design. The research sample consisted of 58 students of the Surabaya Excelsius Institute of Theology. Data were collected by way of a test in a pre-test and posttest for the experiment and control groups and analyzed by way of an independent sample t-test on the SPSS software program of Amos 25. Results show that (1) the CCL model is found to be able to improve students’ characters. Experts’ reviews conclude that the CCL syntax can be categorized as having innovative aspects based on the rationality model on the score of 3.29; (2) The CCL model is found to be effective in improving students’ characters by the Mann-Whitney test (sig. = 0,012) and the paired sample t-tes (sig. = 0.000) showing a significant difference in the mean scores; (3) the CCL model can improve the characters of self-discipline, social discipline, and religious discipline  in the theology students in the subject matter class Self Development and can be used for subject matter classes with the same characteristics, be followed-up by research in wider subject-matter contexts, and be integrated  with research from other academic fields.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada materi pokok Listrik Dinamis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X yang terdiri dari 8 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara cluster random sampling dengan mengambil 2 kelas secara acak yaitu kelas X-5 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X-6 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar yang telah divalidasi dalam bentuk pilihan berganda sebanyak 20 soal. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretes kelas eksperimen 33,06 dan kelas kontrol 32,78. Kemudian diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda, kelas eksperimen dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning dan kelas kontrol dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Setelah pembelajaran selesai diberikan, diperoleh postes dengan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 75,69 dan kelas kontrol 69,86. Hasil uji t dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05 bahwa secara signifikan ada perbedaan akibat pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok Listrik Dinamis di kelas X. Kata kunci : model pembelajaran discovery learning dan hasil belajar siswa.   ABSTRACT This research aimed to know the effect of discovery learning model on students learning outcomes in the subject matter dynamical electricity in class X. The type of research was quasi-experimental. The population were the tenth grade students consisting of 8 classes. The samples collection done by means of cluster of random sampling by taking 2 class at random that is class X-5 as experiment class and class X-6 as control class. The instruments used were test of learning outcomes that have been validated in the form of option as much as 20 questions. The research result obtained average value of experiment pretest class 33,06 and the control class 32,78. Then given different treatment, experiment class with discovery learning and control class with conventional of models. After learning is completed, obtained postest the average value of experiment class 75,69 and control class 69,86. The results of t one party with the level significance in 0,05 obtained there is difference of students’ learning outcomes due to the effect of discovery learning in the subject matter listrik dinamis in class X. The research analyses the effect of cooperative learning model Jigsaw type and learning motivation on student’s understanding on citizenship subject. The research method uses quasi experimental design with post test only control design. The subject of research was 44 students which constitutes two classes, experiment and control classes. The data collection employs test and questionnaire. The data was analyzed using Two-way Anova test. The results show that cooperative learning model Jigsaw type hasa significant effect on student’s conceptual understanding. The ANOVA test produce significant level below 0.05, which indicates there is significant effect of the Jigsaw model and learning motivation on student achievement. It can be concluded that the cooperative learning model contributes better to learning achievement than conventional learning model, and a high learning motivation contributes better to students learning achievement in citizentship subject than a low learning motivation.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan motivasi terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep PPKn siswa sekolah dasar. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa berupa pemahaman konsep PPKn siswa. Siswa dengan tingkat motivasi yang tinggi lebih baik dalam hal penggunaan model Jigsaw dan hasil belajar, dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mempunyai motivasi rendah. Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep PPKn. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran ceramah untuk mencapai  hasil belajar yang lebih baik, dan bahwa siswa dengan motivasi belajar yang tinggi lebih baik daripada siswa dengan motivasi belajar yang rendah dalam penggunaan atau pemanfaatan model pembelajaran Jigsaw dan hasil belajarnya.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mind mapping dalam pembelajaran koperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sukamaju. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sukamaju yang berjumlah 9 kelas. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas X1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X2 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa masing-masing 24 orang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah mind mapping dalam model pembelajaran koperatif tipe STAD sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok reaksi redoks. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa mind mapping dalam model pembelajaran koperatif tipe STAD berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sukamaju Kabupaten Luwu Utara pada materi pokok Reaksi Redoks. Kata Kunci : mind mapping, koperatif tipe STAD, hasil belajar, reaksi redoks ABSTRACT This research is a quasi-experimental study which aims to determine the effect of mind mapping in cooperative learning type STAD on the learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Sukamaju. The population of this study were the X grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sukamaju which amounted to 9 classes. The research sample is class X1 as an experimental class and class X2 as a control class with a total of 24 students, respectively. The independent variable in this study is mind mapping in the STAD type cooperative learning model while the dependent variable is the student learning outcomes in the subject matter of the redox reaction. Data analysis uses descriptive and inferential statistics to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study concluded that mind mapping in the STAD cooperative learning model had a significant effect on the learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Sukamaju, North Luwu Regency in the subject matter of the Redox Reaction. This study aims to determine differences in student learning outcomes learned through cooperative learning model type of talking stick with students who are taught conventional learning model. This research uses quasi experimental method with nonequivalent control group design. This research was conducted at 62 students in third class elementary school. The result of the research is before implemntation cooperative type learning model talking stick type in the experimental class and conventional model learning in the control class is obtained tcount<ttabel that is -0.430 <2.000 which means there is no significant difference civic education learning outcome. In the experimental class and control class after treatment obtained tcount<ttabel is 0.676 <2.000 which also means there is no difference civic education learning outcome. Thus, it can be conclude that cooperative learning model with talking stick can enhance elementary students’ achivement in civic education.

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning result and activities by using the cooperative learning model of Talking Chips type on the subject matter of Biodiversity in class X MIA1 MAN 1 Medan T.P. 2018/2019. The research method is classroom action research and the subject of this research are students of class X MIA1 as many as 35 people. The instrument that used in the study are test of student learning result namely pretest and postest as many as 30 questions and observation sheets of student activities. The results showed that based on the learning result of the first cycle, the average score of pretest was 40.6 increased to 68.6 in the postest. At the second cycle, there was an increase from 62.8 in the pretest to 74.5 in the postest. In this study, the data of individual and classical learning completeness criteria are obtained as follows: as many as 30 out of 35 students or 85.72% who scored above 70 or equal to 70, and 5 other students or 14.28% got a score below 70. Based on observations of student activities, the percentage of students who were active in the first cycle was 48.2% with total of students 17 out of 35 students, and students who were active in the second cycle was 80% with total of students 28 from 35 students

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative learning model of group investigation type against scince generic skills of students. This research was a quasi-experimental. The population in the study was a grade VIII MTS Nurul Falah NW Lajut with 36 students. Sampling was derived by random sampling where the 16 students of VIII A as on experimental class and VIII B as a control class with 20 students.Based on pretest data analysis, obtained an average value of 31,25 experimental class and control class was 42,2.Posttest analysis showed an average grade of 65,75 experimental and control class was 61,6.  The data analysis technique was t-test. It show t- test= 5,80 and t-table = 1,67. Because of  t-count is greater than the  t- table, it can be concluded that there were the effect of cooperative learning model of group investigation generic against science skills of student.

This quasi – experimental research aims to determinethe effect of cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) and Numbered Heads Together (NHT) on students' mathematics achievement, and the effect ofcooperative learning model TPSand NHT on student motivation.Three classes were randomly selected for experiment and control groups, each class consists of 32 students. A questionnaire of 26 items is used to measure motivation test, and a test consisting of nine questions is used for measuring mathematics achievement. T-test was used for data analysis. The findings show that there is significant effect of both cooperative learningTPS model and NHT model onstudent mathematics achievement. However, the effect of  TPS and NHT models on student motivation to learn mathematics is not significant.   Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis  pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dan tipe NHT terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar matematika. Penelitian ini melibatkan 3 kelas experimen dan kelas control, masing-masing terdiri dari 32 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes motivasi yang terdiri dari 26 indikator, dan tes matematika yang terdiri dari 9 pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa, demikian pula penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT juga berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa.  Namun tidak ada perbedaan signifikan hasil belajar matematika menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT. Di samping itu ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPSdan Tipe NHT terhadap motivasi belajar matematika siswa.

This study aims to determine the differences in physics learningoutcomes using cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together Sheet-assisted Student Activity with direct instruction model in the subjectmatter Geometric Optics in Class X Semester 2 SMAN 7 T.P. 2012/2013. The population in this study were all students of class X consists of 9 parallelclasses. The study sample comprised 2 classes taken by cluster randomsampling is a class X-3 as a class experiment given cooperative learningmodel Numbered Heads Together Student Activity Sheet assisted and X-9 asa control class with direct instructional model, each of which consists of 40students. Pretest data obtained average value is the experimental class andcontrol class 34.90 is 37.10. After being given a different treatment to thesecond class, the average values obtained posttest for the experimental classwas 73.20 and 66.80 control class. The results of testing hypotheses obtainedt-test = 2.78 and t-table = 1.99 at  significance level α = 0.05 and df = 78, ttest>t-table. It showed no significant difference in the learning outcomes of students using cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together Sheet assisted Student Activity with learning model directly in the subject matterOptical Geometry in class X Semester 2 SMAN 7 T.P. 2012/2013.

Introduction: Neuroanatomy is considered as difficult subject as it consists mostly of complicated microscopic structures. However, understanding of the subject structure is very important for nursing students to know its functions and dysfunctions for enhancing nursing practices. To date, teaching neuroanatomy relies heavily on illustrations and the most common way is by using PowerPoint slides, but teachers are often faced with dilemma on how to use illustrations effectively. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of different ways of presenting neuroanatomy illustrations in PowerPoint slides on nursing students’ short[1]term learning memory. Methods: The quasi-experimental study was conducted at Faculty of Nursing and Public Health, Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan between June 2020 and November 2020 by comparing an Experimental (n= 70) and a Control group (n= 69) of first year nursing students for their ability to answer questions based on those seven-way slides. Independent sample t-test was used for statistical analysis. Results: Significant difference was found at 95% CI between the performance of the Experimental and Control groups regarding Way 1 (Sequencing of labels) and Way 6 (Magnifying from the original structure) of presentation (tWay 1(135.99) = 2.695, p= .008, d = .458, 95% CI = [0.059, .385]; tWay 6(135.61) = 2.351, p= .020, d = .399, 95% CI = .031, .355], respectively). Conclusions: The use of different ways like sequencing the labels and magnifying from the original structure of presenting illustration in PowerPoint slides are found to be helpful in increasing short[1]term memory in students.
