On the basis of the environmental approach, important factors of violation of psycho-emotional safety of ZSSO teacher at his workplace are revealed, the reasons for its destruction in the educational environment are considered and ways to adjust these conditions are outlined to protect educators from professional destruction of psycho-emotional sphere. The authors believe that one of the factors of psycho-emotional deformations of the teacher, his early burnout is incorrectly chosen or interpreted professional role, which becomes an unbearable burden for him. Therefore, in institutions of higher pedagogical education it is necessary to pay attention to this problem in advance, forming a set of ideas about the content and typical manifestations of a professional role, its compliance with individual biopsychological type of teacher and outlining ways of constructive adaptation of future teachers his source of psychological violence. It is envisaged that further consideration of the problem should be related to the study of opportunities to prevent professional psycho-emotional destruction of future teachers through innovative forms of higher education, which have become widespread in the pandemic.

The article outlines the relevance of the introduction of inclusive education in the system of education of Ukraine whose success depends on the organizational and pedagogical and corrective and developmental school conditions, flexibly oriented on the individual characteristics of each child and qualitative training of future teachers to professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education. Separate aspects of professional training of future teachers in institutions of higher pedagogical education in conditions of inclusive education are presented. In particular, attention is focused on the peculiarities of organizing the process of training future educators in professional activities in the inclusive environment of institutions of general secondary education, which are that the professionalization of students takes place in the form of penetration of external (the influence of the educational environment and the participants of the educational process) into the internal (assignment of values Inclusive education and acquisition of relevant competence), from the remote space (social meaning of inclusion) in the approximate (personal meaning and Inclusion experience). In accordance with the principle of continuity, the stages of organizing the process of preparation of future teachers to professional activity in conditions of inclusive education (motivational-value, theoretical and practical and simulation-reflexive) are determined and substantiated. Evaluating the efforts of scientists in the highlighted issues, we note that the organization of the process of professional pedagogical training of teachers to work in an inclusive educational environment requires the substantiation of the relevant pedagogical conditions, which is a prospect of further scientific search.

The article analyzes the actual ideas on the problem of practical training of future teachers. Such training consists in mastering students' knowledge, skills and skills in the prevention of pedagogical conflicts in higher education, which have always been constant companions of social life. It was through such contradictions that new progressive ideas were born that ensured the further evolution of institutions of higher education. For the professional activity of the future teacher, the developed communication skills that are interconnected with his emotional intelligence, which determines the success of teaching, are extremely important. Emotional intelligence in the unity of its structural components (cognitive, affective and behavioral) is based on the management of the emotional sphere, its reflection and understanding. A high level of emotional intelligence ensures the success of an individual's activity: the ability to adequately express his or her emotions, to understand the emotions and motives of other people's behavior, the ability to act effectively in the system of interpersonal relationships, the ability to navigate social situations, to correctly identify the personality traits and emotional states of other people, to choose the appropriate ways communicate with them and realize all this in the process of interaction. The notion of the progress of a modern student as a competitive subject of future professional activity is connected with the ability to interact with a professional society, to manage their emotional sphere and, accordingly, relations with the subjects of joint activity. A high level of emotional intelligence is extremely important in stressful situations, which becomes a necessary component of making responsible decisions. The contents, historical aspect, different models, the description of the emotional intelligence of future teachers are considered in detail. The recommendations for prevention of pedagogical conflicts in the context of emotional intelligence are generalized.

The article is based on a review of scientific and methodological literature, it analyzes the existing models of future teachers’ professional training for tutoring. The aim of the article is to design a model of future teachers’ professional training for tutoring in the information and educational environment of the institution of higher education. As a result of scientific analysis, carried out on the basis of a systematic approach, theory and practice of tutoring, training for tutoring in Ukraine and abroad, the components of training for tutoring have been identified (target, philosophical, theoretical-methodological, informative-processual, criteria-evaluative, resultative). Each component of the designed model has its implementation in the information and educational environment. This model is a set of information and communication technologies (distance learning technologies, general purpose ICT and ICT for tutoring support), which are integrated into the educational process.

The article reveals significant aspects of the development of the professional potential of future educators. The main features of the professional readiness of future educators of preschool education institutions to pedagogical activity are highlighted. The essence of such concepts as “professionalism”, “potential”, “creative potential”, and “professional potential” are described. The author pays attention to adverse factors, which block the professional potential of future teachers: low social status in the team; inner anxiety and lack of confidence; authoritarian style of pedagogical leadership; strict control, that prevent youth from taking the initiative; the indifference of a teacher towards professional success and achievements of students. This article draws attention to creating favourable pedagogical conditions in a higher educational institution for developing professional skills, stimulating initiative, searching and independence of future teachers. The significance of the acmeological approach to the formation of the professional potential of future teachers is introduced. It is claimed by the author that modernization of the process of professional training of future preschool teachers provides the search for new effective ways of organization educational activities addressed to actualize the professional potential of specialists. The essential condition of self-fulfilment of future teachers is a creative educational environment needed for the successful professional activity of students. It allows for creating a creative atmosphere for improving creative thinking, stimulating creative activities, initiative and formative research of students. Improving the quality and efficiency of higher education is closely linked to the need for comprehensive security in an educational environment within which the vital processes of forming, developing and becoming a future professional are going on. Psychological violence, as a threat to the psychological security of the educational environment, is a pressing scientific problem that makes the research relevant. The purpose of the article is to analyse the problem of psychological violence as a destructive socio-psychological threat to the security of the educational environment and a complex obstacle in the process of modernisation and improvement of higher education. The objectives of the study were to analyse the basic principles of psychological security of the educational environment; to define the notion “psychological violence” and its signs manifested in the educational environment as well as the forms of its manifestations; to describe possible ways of preventing manifestations of psychological violence in the educational environment. The analysis of the scientific psychological and pedagogical literature made it possible to identify the main system components of the educational environment. It is established that the relationship between pedagogical and psychological conditions alongside influences are the concept of the system of the educational environment, whereas psychological violence is the main socio-psychological destruction of this system. The study emphasises that the consequences of psychological abuse extend to all levels of human functioning and contribute to the process of the deformation of personality; they reduce motivation to act and impede the realisation of person’s abilities, educational and professional skills. The authors have analysed the main types of psychological violence, including those ones which have emerged relatively recently and need further scientific study. The necessity to create a set of measures aimed at preventing psychological violence in the educational environment has been substantiated, the ways of solving this problem at the scientific and legislative levels have been outlined. The main methods of scientific development are as follows: analysis, synthesis, generalisation, as well as the systematic and descriptive methodological approaches.

The article reveals the theoretical aspects of the problem of forming the research competence of future teachers of higher education, which is associated with the transition to a unified European education system and the renewal of the educational process of higher education with an orientation towards the formation and development of the personality of a competent teacher-researcher who owns the technology of scientific and pedagogical activity. The necessity of the development of the intellectual consciousness of the future teacher of higher education, which determines the style of scientific thinking, is substantiated by the main indicators of consistency, dynamism, problematicity, categoricality, reflexivity, evidence, predictability, projectivity, search ability, creativity. The authors have revealed the structure and the content of the research competence of the future teachers of higher education. The structural components of the research competence of future teachers of higher education are highlighted: cognitive, diagnostic, project constructive, technological, reflective, communicative. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of research competence of the future teacher of higher education are scientifically substantiated: motivational and value, creating needs and determining the persistent positive motivation of the future teacher of higher education in mastering research qualities; meaningful and constructive, which combine the individual and technological capabilities of scientific and pedagogical activity and the requirements of the forthcoming professional activity of a teacher of higher education; organizational and pedagogical, determining the establishment and retention of pedagogically expedient relationships between teachers and students, based on cooperation and mutual interest in research; reflexive-corrective, contributing to the analysis, accounting and correction of the process and the result of the formation of research competence in future teachers of higher education.

<p><em>The purpose </em>of the work is to to identify the state of formation of future teachers of the health of the application of the method of functional asymmetry of the cerebral hemispheres in the professional activities, as well as check the formation of positive motivation for them in this activity. <em>Material and methods. </em>The definition and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the method of functional asymmetry of the cerebral hemispheres in professional activity was carried out on the basis of the humanitarian faculties (philosophical, economic) of the Kharkiv National University named after VN Karazin. 52 experimental students, 45 experimental groups, were involved in the experimental work. <em>Results.</em> The indexes of level of formation of students' knowledge of skills and abilities regarding the methods of application of functional asymmetry of the brain are determined. Positive dynamics of the formation of the attitude of the students of the experimental group towards holistic thinking and the possibility of its reproduction was established, where the high level increased by an average of 21.7%, (in the control group - by 5.2%); the number of students in whom the formation of a responsible attitude to health corresponds to a low level in the experimental group decreased by an average of 29.3%, and in the control group - by 9.1%. <em>Conclusions</em>. It was established that the methodological readiness of the future teacher of the basis of health to the application of functional asymmetry of the human brain in professional activity is considered as an integrative personality formation, which constitutes the unity of the value relation to the application of functional asymmetry of the human brain in professional activity in the educational environment of a comprehensive educational institution and professional knowledge, skills and skills to create an educational environment that is most conducive to the health of students.</p>

Educational space of a higher education institution constantly and continuously influences student’s personality as well as his / her developing as a competent specialist. The research was aimed at substantiating pedagogical technologies that optimize the process of forming students’ foreign-language professional competence within the educational space of a higher education institution. Theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, pedagogical modelling), empirical (observation, pedagogical experiment, peer review method, reflexive evaluation method) and statistical methods were applied to achieve the set goal. Educational space of a higher education institution is defined as a purposefully created, methodically provided continuum of students’ foreign-language professional communication under conditions of which the development of their personality and effective formation of their foreign-language professional competence take place. Foreign-language professional competence as an integrative personality trait, determined by the synthesis of knowledge and skills, professional and life experience, values that ensure long-term readiness and ability to pursue professional activity in a foreign language, is developed effectively if the educational space of a higher education institution is multilingual and multicultural in its nature, broad, rich in foreign-language professional content, open, directed outwards. When designing educational space, it is necessary to rationally combine educational and non-educational components, provide in-class and out-of-class / extracurricular foreign-language educational and cognitive activities of students, use facilities of virtual educational environment, apply technics of contextual teaching, implement imitative and playing activities, interactive forms of training (games, project activity, case-study). In-class educational activity influences such components of foreign-language competence as “knowledge” and “skills”, whereas an extracurricular one aims at forming “values” and “experience”. Internationalization of higher education as a national strategy has resulted in intensive growth of the number of international students in the regional universities. A current multiethnic educational environment requires defining the trends of the regional higher education evolution aimed at training both students and educators for productive and efficient cross-cultural interaction hence enhancing the quality of higher education. The analysis of the researches devoted to sustainable development of Kuzbass (West Siberia, Russia), national and international normative legal documents regulating the implementation of multicultural education, and the experience in training international students at the flagship university of Kuzbass – Kemerovo State University – has been conducted. As a result, the following trends of the multiethnic higher education evolution have been defined: the purposeful organization of multiethnic educational environment; the shaping of tolerance to multiethnic environment in both students and teaching staff; the training of university teaching staff for professional activity in multiethnic environment, particularly, for designing the content of multicultural education along with applying modern interactive educational technologies. The defined trends promote higher quality of education and regional human capital as indispensable provision for sustainable development of the coal mining region Kuzbass.
