The article analyses the issues of television format and its dramatic foundation. Unlike film, a television spectacle is, above all, reproducible: in its core lays a replicated plot structure, which is filled with new content in each new episode of the series. The need for establishing of a steady communication with TV audience demands special rules, instruments and plot devices, enclosed in a professional term television format. Consistent modelling of predetermined reactions of the audience is in the core of the formats dramatic structure. The format is seen outside the specific subject-matter; as a dynamic system: as a number of multi-level codes.

This chapter examines the interaction between trade mark law and the principles of free movement of goods in the EU. It discusses the concepts of essential function and specific subject matter which the CJEU uses to distinguish between what amounts to pro-competitive use of the trade mark, which the Treaty encourages, and anti-competitive abuse of the trade mark rights, which the Treaty prohibits. The essential function looks at this from a theoretical perspective, whilst the specific subject matter translates this in more practical guidelines. The chapter then turns cases and heated debates arising from parallel importation, which essentially focus on the relabelling and repackaging of parallel-traded goods.

Georg Heinrich von Berenhorst and Dietrich von Bülow were perhaps the most inspirational war theorists of the late eighteenth century. Following Berenhorst, Bülow developed a theory that interpreted war as a dynamic system without physical contact, prompting Carl von Clausewitz to write a crushing critique that up to the present day obfuscates Bülow’s ideas. However, Clausewitz’s critique is based on a fundamental misconception, which illustrates how this decisive swerve in war theory continues to be neglected. This article demonstrates how Berenhorst and Bülow strived for introducing Newtonian standards to human behaviour for a pacifist theory of war.

A large group of educators is calling for a complete socialization of the high school program by the use of a core curriculum. This curriculum would take the common experiences of all fields of subject matter and combine them into an “integrated program” in which the pupil would learn by using all knowledge indiscriminately. Most forward looking mathematics teachers agree that we must stop compartmentalizing our mathematics by subjects and years, and proceed to fuse algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and analytics, into a single complete development of the science of number and space. But the core curriculum goes one better and includes not only this, but a fusing of all subjects into one single complete development of knowledge that will function in the life of every individual. Professor Fehr1 feels that mathematics teachers are afraid of this because they are afraid the good ship mathematics may be lost in the process. The educators who are proposing the core curriculum are intelligent people. Let us then be perfectly frank and seek to learn if socialization by the use of the core curriculum is a desirable program in the high school, and if it is, how it can be achieved.

The core competitive index system is proposed from construction enterprises characteristics. Due to fuzzy characteristics of core competitive index, a multi-level gray evaluation model is established for construction enterprises. And the effectiveness of this model is illustrated by an example.

In this context, firstly, the safety evaluation index system of subway operation is established on the basis of the recognition and analysis of risk factors. Then, the paper constructs the multi-level extensible evaluation model for subway operation safety with the extension method as the core. Finally, Beijing Changping subway is studied as an example. The risk degrees of the line and its subsystems are determined. A new method for comprehensive evaluation of subway operation safety in china is put forward.

Happiness is an intuition that lies at the core of a person’s life. It is positively accented, and the person strives to happiness, wants to experience it. Thus it is important to understand what experience is, what its psychological essence is, in order to approach the experience of happiness with all due competence. One of fundamental experiences that makes the person happy is experience of freedom. We understand experience as an “analysis unit” of personality, as a complex interfunctional dynamic system that expresses in a significated form the general personality’s state that occurs under the influence of impression. The happiness’ experience is a complex aspiration of personality to focus on positive aspects of his/her life. While experiencing happiness we become innerly, essentially free, and this feeling of freedom is the basis for the further experiencing of happiness. Alpha and Omega of happiness’experiencing by personality is the person’s inner feeling of freedom. Keywords: happiness, freedom, experience, personality, psychology, impression.

On October 21, 2020, the invention “A multi-level and multi-dimensional dynamic system motion model construction and simulation method” was accepted by the State Intellectual Property Office of China. Through the construction and simulation of the motion model of a multi-level and multi-dimensional dynamic system, the motion trajectory of the motion factors in each dynamic system is nested and substituted into the next dynamic subsystem to establish the motion trajectory of the motion factors in its dynamic subsystem. Until the dynamic trajectory model of the motion factors in the minimum dynamic subsystem is obtained, the motion model of a multi-level and multi-dimensional dynamic system is constructed, which reveals the motion law that can unify the microscopic particles and all the motion factors in the macroscopic universe.

A series of articles is devoted to clarifying the essence of the phenomenon of religious philosophy. The first raises the question of the essence, origin and evolution of religion as a specific world-attitude modality. The basic concepts of religion are analyzed and their positive and negative aspects are clarified. It was found that those phenomena that are traditionally defined in religious studies as early forms of religion are not. It was also established that religion did not arise from the moment of the formation of society and culture, but only at a very late stage in the evolution of primitive culture. Religion is viewed as a complex, multi-level phenomenon. The main levels are characterized. It is shown that the core of any religion is the value-volitional intention and striving for the imaginative image-representation of the sacred Beginning, which is otherwise defined as a specifically religious faith. Other levels of religion as integrity are analyzed – the level of praxis (cult) and the organizational level.
