In recent years, with the rapid development of rural finance in Xinjiang, the problem of resource allocation and support has become increasingly prominent, which restricts the development of rural economy in Xinjiang. Based on this, this paper combs the policy financial asset model under the concept of Rural Revitalization in Xinjiang, and defines the concept of rural financial deepening. This paper analyzes the current situation of rural financial deepening in Xinjiang, and theoretically explains the reasons of rural financial repression in Xinjiang. This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of financial deepening and carries out empirical analysis. The results show that the total financial investment in Xinjiang has played an important role in promoting the deepening of rural finance, and the effect is very obvious. However, in the process of rural financial deepening in Xinjiang, the two dimensions of financial structure and financial efficiency did not play their due role, but became obstacles to its deepening.

With the rapid development of urbanization, the contradiction between traffic demand and traffic supply is becoming more and more prominent, leading to a series of traffic problems, which seriously hindered the urban development in the direction of green. This paper expounds the connotation of green transportation and set up an appropriate comprehensive evaluation index system. Then, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and generalized function method are applied to evaluate green development in Changsha city traffic system, obtaining the degree of development on green transport.Finally, we analyze the problems existing in the current traffic and put forward the relevant suggestions for these problems.

Based on the situation of Guiyang’s water resources, society, economy, ecology, etc., a comprehensive evaluation index system of Guiyang’s water resources carrying capacity is established by selecting appropriate indexes. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the entropy method, an evaluation model of Guiyang’s water resources carrying capacity is constructed. The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation value of water resources carrying capacity in Guiyang City increased by nearly 53% from 2009 to 2018, and the regulation and control force of water resources carrying capacity and water resources carrying pressure showed an upward trend. Within ten years, the total comprehensive evaluation value of Guiyang is 0.4503—close to H2 level—and the membership degree of evaluation results over the years to H2 is greater than that of H1 and H3.H1, H2, and H3 are the three standard grades of water resources carrying capacity index, and the degree of carrying capacity represented is decreasing in turn. This indicated that at this stage, water resources can maintain the rapid development of the social economy, and that there is still some development potential. The research results have certain reference value for Guiyang’s development and utilization of water resources.

In recent years, the rapid development of electric vehicle (EV) in China has played an important role in promoting the realization of carbon emission reduction and carbon neutrality in China. The EV charging standard directly affects the domestic and foreign sales of EVs, which is crucial to the sustainable development of the EV industry. This paper compares and analyzes the EV charging system standards in China and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for EV charging system standards, and builds a comprehensive evaluation model for EV charging system standards based on the fuzzy TOPSIS method. The comprehensive evaluation results of China and IEC EV charging system standards show that IEC standards as a whole are better than China 's, but some indicators in China are better than IEC standards. The future development of China's EV charging system standards should be aligned with IEC international standards to further promote the international standardization of China's charging scheme.

In recent years, my country’s E-commerce has developed very rapidly, which has promoted the development of rural E-commerce. The development of rural E-commerce has promoted the development of the rural economy, especially in the current country’s rural revitalization strategy. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated: “Insist on focusing on the construction of national infrastructure and social development in rural areas, deepen the construction of new rural areas and poverty alleviation development, comprehensively improve rural production and living conditions, strive to increase farmers’ income, and maintain a sustained and rapid income of farmers. increase”. Rural E-commerce is a key link in the realization of the strategic goals of rural revitalization. Although my country’s rural E-commerce development has made some outstanding achievements at this stage, in terms of the time period of rural E-commerce development, it is only in its infancy. There are bound to be many problems to be solved, and some problems in the treatment of the juvenile industry may make this industry disappear. This article is based on the rural revitalization strategy. This article explores the current problems in the development of rural E-commerce in my country, and proposes specific development paths to contribute to the further development of rural E-commerce.

There exists mutual improvement and restriction between regional tourism industry and the development of the tourism subject. With the rapid development of the tourism industry, it has set up the tourism program in the universities of Yunnan Province. However, the regional development of the construction of tourism subject is not balanced and its construction is still at the primary stage. Therefore, in spatial dimension, the method of principal components analysis is firstly adopted to construct comprehensive evaluation index system of the tourism development and subject construction. According to the results of the evaluation and analysis, the authors have ranked and classified 16 cities in Yunan province and summarized 5 synchronous development types of the tourism subject and industry. Finally, according to the different regions, the authors have proposed the different modes of subject construction and the strategies of optimal allocation.

Establishing the evaluation index system, from their own investment capacity, corporate external financing capacity of the two dimensions, using resultant weights and TOPSIS method for comprehensive evaluation of investment capacity of the power enterprises. Set a power company for example, results show that, the evaluation results are in line with the actual investment capacity situation of the power enterprises, the established evaluation index system and evaluation model has better applicability.

With the rapid development of urbanization and modernization, the population of traditional villages migrates into surrounding areas, causing the hollowing of traditional villages. The disintegration of China’s traditional village means the loss of historical memory and cultural characteristics of ethnic regions, seriously endangering the country’s cultural heritage. To better understand the hollowing phenomenon, this study analyzed 2645 villages from the Chinese traditional village catalogue (Batch 5) and evaluated different village attributes, including location, household registration, permanent population, number of traditional buildings, cultural relics, historical buildings, and non-heritage representative projects. We constructed an evaluation index system and used the entropy weight method, comprehensive evaluation method, and correlation analysis method to quantitatively assess the characteristics and influencing factors of hollowing among traditional Chinese villages. The main results are as follows: ① The hollowing index was above 0.5; most traditional villages have entered the stage of high hollowing. ② The traditional villages with hollowing index above 0.9 comprised 92%, and those between 0.8 and 0.9 made up 6%. Those with hollowing index at intervals 0.7–0.8, 0.6–0.7, and 0.5–0.6 accounted for 0.98%, 0.30%, and 0.11%, respectively. ③ Population hollowing is the fundamental cause of traditional village hollowing. In more than 99% of traditional villages, the population hollowing index was greater than 0.7. ④ More than 99% of traditional villages have a building hollowing index greater than 0.4, and more than 92% of the villages had a per capita number below 0.1. ⑤ The cultural hollowing rate for most traditional villages was very high. The cultural hollowing index for more than 99% of traditional villages was greater than 0.7. This study provides references for government administrators and scholars in rural revitalization and traditional village hollowing governance.

To develop new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantation fiber sources, it is very important to evaluate their pulping properties. A comprehensive multi-index pulping-suitability evaluation model is investigated in this paper by considering four fast-growing wood species. First, a new evaluation-index system for kraft pulp was developed based on traditional evaluation-index systems. Then, the membership degree of every index was analyzed to obtain a fuzzy matrix. The proportional contribution of each parameter to the main pulping properties could then be determined. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation model of kraft pulp properties was developed. The model is reliable compared with traditional assessment methods. The results confirmed the feasibility and rationality of developing new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantations using fuzzy comprehensive evaluations.

China has proposed medical couplet body to alleviate residents’ difficulties in seeking medical treatment, and the future development ability of medical couplet body has gradually become a research interest. On the basis of prospect theory, this study constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system with qualitative and quantitative indexes, clear hierarchy, and diverse attribute characteristics. The development ability of medical couplet body is also comprehensively and systematically evaluated. In addition, the evidential reasoning method is proposed on the basis of the equivalent transformation of prospect value. Furthermore, the validity and feasibility of the model are proven through experiments, and the influence of decision makers’ risk attitude on the evaluation results is discussed.
