On the territory of the Municipality of Andrijevica, natural and anthropogenic values are distinguished group deployment and characteristics of complexity and complementarily. Natural values are particularly come to the fore, if we know that modern tourism trends emphasize the value of untouched nature. In the Fifth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the recent past, it was pointed out that in order to achieve comprehensive prosperity and eliminate poverty completely, my country must focus on the “three rural issues” and implement the rural revitalization strategy. As a large agricultural country, our country has a large rural population, and the rural land is relatively vast. Therefore, if our country wants to achieve full prosperity, it must promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, so as to enable the rapid development of rural areas. Looking at this problem from a micro perspective, there are still certain restrictions and constraints, such as the serious loss of rural labor, resulting in an empty nest phenomenon, or the serious aging of the rural population. These reasons all restrict rural development and rural modernization. The advancement of urbanization. This article mainly focuses on the problem of rural labor loss under the current rural revitalization strategy, and further proposes countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem in response to this phenomenon, in order to provide a certain reference and reference for rural development.

Residents of rural areas live and depend on the land; hence, rural land plays a central role in the human–land relationship. The environment has the greatest direct impact on farmers’ lives and productivity. In recent years, the Chinese government carried out vigorous rural construction under a socialist framework and implemented a rural revitalization strategy. This study was performed in a rural area of Huanjiang County, Guangxi Province, China. We designed a survey to measure rural households’ perceptions of three types of rural spaces: ecological, living, and production spaces. The survey was administered to 379 farmers, and their perceptions and satisfaction with Ecological–Living–Productive spaces were evaluated with the use of structural equation modeling. Analysis of latent and observed variables indicates that: (1) Farmers’ overall satisfaction with Ecological–Living–Productive spaces was moderate. The average satisfaction score for production spaces was lowest (2.881) while that for living spaces was highest (3.468) and that for ecological spaces was in between (3.351). (2) The three most important exogenous observed variables associated with living space satisfaction were house comfort > domestic water supply > domestic sewage treatment. The three most important exogenous observed variables associated with production space satisfaction were irrigation water > cultivated land quantity > cultivated land fertility. The three most important exogenous observed variables associated with ecological space satisfaction were garbage disposal > vegetation cover > flood and waterlogging. Based on the requirements of the rural revitalization strategy and the results of our analyses of rural households’ spatial perceptions, we propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.

Government of Nepal has been trying to revitalize rural areas after 1950s as a strategy of nation-building. The demands of ethnic groups are basically inclined with quest for ethnic identity, equality, and greater representation in the political structure. Among the ethnic groups, the largest groups are Janajati, Madhesi and Dalits. In this stance, this library based study tried to look at problems and prospects of balance development as an outcomes of revitalization process of nation-building. At the same time the study also tried to identify essential driver of rural revitalization in Nepali context. The study found that equal distribution of development is difficult in terms of its social, regional and cultural diversity. Poverty, unemployment, landlessness, rapid population is major push factor in Nepal to overcome from this problem. Besides these problems there are some prospects through which rural setting can be revitalized economically, socially, politically such as agriculture. One essential driver of rural revitalization is rurbanomics, an approach that emphasizes the linkages between rural and urban economies. Growing urbanization in most countries enhances the importance of rural areas—by boosting demand for food, diverse diets, and goods and services that the rural economy can meet. Rurbanomics, therefore, frames rural and urban economies as equal partners.Ending hunger and malnutrition to achieve both the Sustainable Development Goals and climate goals requires us to initiate a range of evidence-based actions to advance rural revitalization in all regions of the world. Rural revitalization represents the most realistic way to achieve such a dramatic transformation to ensure that rural people and rural areas can thrive for generations to come.

This paper explores the relationship between monetary policy, prices, and rural household savings and investment behavior in China. We first develop a two-period life-cycle model with bequests for China's rural economy to analyze the impacts of interest rates, agricultural product prices, and housing prices on rural households’ capital allocation choices (households’ savings deposits, investment in private housing, and investment in agricultural productive fixed assets). We then empirically estimate the theoretical model equations with a newly compiled panel dataset covering the rural areas of 26 provinces from 2001 to 2016. Our empirical results suggest that high housing prices are harmful to the rural economy as they reduce productive investment and consumption. An efficient interest rate market and land tenure system reform are recommended.

With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous increase in economic volume, pollution hasn’t been limited to cities. The rural “scattered and polluted” enterprises, as the main source of pollution in the rural environment, affect the rural ecological environment and restrict the green and healthy development of the rural economy. Since April 2017, the Tianjin Municipal Government has issued a series of documents on the governance of “scattered and polluted” enterprises in rural areas, which has adopted targeted countermeasures and achieved obvious results, but there are also some problems. How to scientifically and effectively govern the rural “scattered and polluted” enterprises needs continuous exploration, summary and improvement.

In recent years, with the rapid development of rural finance in Xinjiang, the problem of resource allocation and support has become increasingly prominent, which restricts the development of rural economy in Xinjiang. Based on this, this paper combs the policy financial asset model under the concept of Rural Revitalization in Xinjiang, and defines the concept of rural financial deepening. This paper analyzes the current situation of rural financial deepening in Xinjiang, and theoretically explains the reasons of rural financial repression in Xinjiang. This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of financial deepening and carries out empirical analysis. The results show that the total financial investment in Xinjiang has played an important role in promoting the deepening of rural finance, and the effect is very obvious. However, in the process of rural financial deepening in Xinjiang, the two dimensions of financial structure and financial efficiency did not play their due role, but became obstacles to its deepening.
