Research aims: The purpose of this study is to reveal/investigate how the organizational culture changes the readiness of human resources through entrepreneurial competence to run an organization. At present, the organization's existence is very competitive with other organizations, making human resources a strategic resource owned by the organization. Therefore, organizations must be able to respond to many events that cause changes in the environmental forces that influence them.Design/Methodology/Approach: The type of research is quantitative research. This study used a questionnaire as the survey technique. The analysis of this research was carried out by conducting a classic assumption test, including the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. Furthermore, the data were analyzed employing multiple linear regression analysis, namely the coefficient of determination test (R2), simultaneous significance test (F), and the test of the significance of individual parameters (T). Intervening variables were tested with path analysis and multiple tests.Research findings: This study’s results revealed that organizational culture, readiness for change, and competence positively and significantly influenced organizational entrepreneurship. Organizational culture and/or readiness for change with competence as an intervening variable also positively and significantly influenced organizational entrepreneurship. Organizational entrepreneurship was influenced by 64% by organizational culture and readiness for change in human resources. Meanwhile, the remaining 36% was explained by other variables outside this study’s model.Theoretical contribution/Originality: The novelty of this research is that organizational entrepreneurship is a reference for business independence in an organization.Practitioner/Policy implication: Organizational entrepreneurship exists in organizations that have business entities for organizational independence.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, incentives and organizational culture on employee performance at PT IKP-Bogor. Type of this research uses associative quantitative research, the research analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed simultaneously that the variables of motivation, incentives and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance, while partially the variables that had an effect on employee performance were motivation and organizational culture. The results of the coefficient of determination show the variables of motivation, incentives and organizational culture can explain the employee performance variable by 67%, while the remaining 33% is explained by other variables outside of this research. The implication of this research is that the company is expected to motivate and create an employee-oriented organizational culture.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation on entrepreneurial commitment to SIDOARJO INTAKO COOPRATION. This research is a quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 60 employees at SIDOARJO INTAKO COOPRATION. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test and classical assumption test using SPSS version 24.0 for windows. This primary data was obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability and the data was declared valid and reliable. The results of this study prove that the work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation simultaneously influence commitment entrepreneurs. work environment partially influences entrepreneur commitment, organizational culture partially influences entrepreneur commitment and work motivation partially influences entrepreneur commitment. In addition, organizational culture variables have the most significant influence on entrepreneurial commitment in SIDOARJO INTAKO COOPRATION.

This research aims to test the influence of accounting information system and work stress on performance of employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The source of the data in the research is primary data. The population in this study are all employees of PT Efrata Retailindo totalling 47 people. Sampling techniques in the study using a purposive sample. While the data collection method used is to use the questionnaire to all employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that work stress had no effect on performance of employees of PT Efrata Retailindo, while information systems accounting effect on the performance of the employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounting to 0.106. This indicates that variansi on a variable performance practice undertaken by the company PT Efrata Retailindo of 10.6% can be explained by work stress variables and accounting information systems, while the remaining 89.4% explained by other factors outside the researched.

Quality human resources are needed in obtaining the success of the company. This study aims to determine the analysis of social, personal, cultural and psychological influences on purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones in Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample of 50 people who bought at Samsung Experience Store in Surabaya who filled out questionnaires which were already recorded customers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that social, personal, cultural and psychological influences simultaneously on purchasing decisions in Surabaya. As well as social, personal, cultural and psychological influences partially on the purchasing decisions of Samsung experiene store smartphones in Surabaya. The higher the social, personal, cultural and psychological well the higher the level of purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. This study aims to determine the effect of the amount of credit, LAR, and LDR on Non-Performing Loans at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Wonogiri. This study used quantitative research methods. The data sources used in this study are secondary data, namely the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the Wonogiri Branch Office in 2018. Data collection methods in this research were documentation and literature studies. This study used classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test, f test, coefficient of determination). The results of data analysis are: The amount of credit has a positive and significant affect on the NPL, Loan To Asset Ratio (LAR) has negative and significant affect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) has positive and significant affect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL). The main attraction for owners of company shareholders lies in the profitability ratio that shows the results of the management of the company's management of the funds invested. This study aims to determine: The Effect of Working Capital, Liquidity and Solvency on the Profitability of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. Descriptive quantitative research methods, the data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, for a period of 9 years from 20010 - 2018 obtained through the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.928 or equal to 92.8%, which means that the contribution made by working capital, liquidity and solvency to profitability reaches 92.8.3% the remaining 7.2% is influenced by other variables which is not researched. Based on the t test partially working capital on profitability there is an effect where tcount -5.847> t table 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 and partially liquidity on profitability has no effect where tcount 1.846 <t table 2.575 and significance value 0.124> 0.05 and partially solvency to profitability there is the influence of tcount -3.386> ttable 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 based on the f test simultaneously working capital, liquidity and solvency affect the profitability where Fcount 21.477> Ftable 5.41 with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit. The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on the research objectives. The sample in this study is 95 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on employee performance while organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This makes the leadership style the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit.

The research aims to identify and explain the effect either simultaneously or partially quality of service, complaint handling and image of the hospital against BPJS card user satisfaction in the hospital Dr. Oen Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative research design. The population is the entire card users BPJS in the hospital Dr. Oen Surakarta whose number is infinite. Samples of 100 respondents by sampling using purposive sampling method. A questionnaire was used for data retrieval. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the F test the quality of service, handling complaints and hospital image simultaneously and significantly affect user satisfaction BPJS card at the hospital Dr. Oen Surakarta. T-test results showed that the quality of services and significant impact on user satisfaction BPJS card. Handling complaints had no effect, and to the satisfaction of BPJS card users. the image of the hospital had no effect, and to the satisfaction of BPJS card users. The coefficient of determination indicates the quality of service, complaint handling and image of the hospital has the effect of 59% of the card user satisfaction BPJS in the hospital Dr. Oen Surakarta.
