Also, the article describes the enlarged list of ways to manage the sustainable development of the region's economy with PVC, presents a map of approaches to managing sustainable development of the economy of the Lipetsk region, with the predominance of the type of economic activity "Processing industries", and an author's algorithm for selecting the priority direction for the development of the region's economy with PVC. The analysis of the stability of products according to the types of economic activity of the Lipetsk region was carried out, on the basis of which a conclusion was made about the prospects of economic activities for balancing PVC. The most widespread restrictions of development of economy of region with prevailing type of economic activity are presented.Purpose; to formulate recommendations on the analysis of economic activities and the choice of products that will reduce the dependence of the region's economy on PVC.Methods: the scientific results are based on the main provisions of the neoclassical institutional theory, the principles of sustainable development and the basic postulates of the regional economy. The article uses comparative, analytical and economic-statistical methods. Results: formed a consolidated list of ways to manage the sustainable development of the region's economy with PVC, described the opportunities for choosing approaches to managing sustainable development of the economy of the Lipetsk region, with the predominance of the type of economic activity "Processing industries'", an algorithm for selecting the priority direction for the development of the region's economy with PVC, transformer rolling, anonymous expert questioning of the sustainability of economic activities of the Lipetsk region, the most common restrictions on the development of the region's economy with the predominant type of economic activity are revealed. Conclusions and Relevance: the practical importance of the developed methodological provisions lies in the possibility of their application to analyze possible directions for improving the sustainability of economic development in specific regions. In particular, for the Lipetsk region, the most potential for sustainability are the types of economic activities "Transport and Communication", "Agriculture, Hunting and Forestry".

The article presents the results of a research aimed at studying the spatial polarized development of regionally oriented production systems. An overview description of the prevailing preferential regimes aimed at the formation of poles of growth and sustainable development of the regional economy is given. The main elements of the organizational and economic mechanism for the formation of innovative scientific and technological centers (ISTC), which represent a new form of such preferential regimes, are revealed. The following issues are studied: procedural aspects of ISTC creation; conditions of tax and customs preferences for ISTC members; topical issues of choosing areas of scientific and technological activities of ISTC in relation to the conditions of an industrially developed region and taking into account the conditions of the state scientific and technical policy of the Russian Federation. Also, a brief overview of the established practice of creating ISTC in the Russian Federation is presented. The results of the study make it possible to systematize the composition of management tasks associated with the development of regional initiatives on the creation of this preferential regime. So that the introduction of ISTC and the corresponding state allocations lead to effective socio-economic effects and serve the goals of sustainable development of the region's economy. The materials of the article can be useful in solving practical issues of innovation policy in regional management, as well as in scientific and practical research on the problems of effective organization and sustainable development of regionally oriented production systems.

Ecological and economic indicators are a kind of indicator of the economic state of the regions, the ongoing processes, trends in the regional economy, the quality of life of population and characterize the sustainable development of the regions. These indicators should take into account the regional power structures that make management decisions for regional development. Often, these indicators are formed in isolation from each other, and the analysis of statistical reports does not allow the data to be formed up-to-date. The study identifies the reasons associated with the problems of sustainable development of the region’s economy, and notes the connection of these problems with the quality of life of the population. It is noted that ensuring a high level of economic development in the regions is often at the expense of the state and quality of the environment. It is noted that Russia is following the path of international trends in the development of the regional economy – compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This is due to the support of the global strategy of economic development within the framework of the “green economy”. The article examines the components of the environmental quality indicators of the Russian regions, and also establishes a correlation between them and the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the work of the heads of regions and regional executive authorities, which ultimately reflects the level of development of the region as a whole. In the work, using the National Environmental Rating for 2020 of the subjects of the Russian Federation, leaders and outsiders among the regions of the Russian Federation are identified by the level of their environmental condition. According to the results of the ecological and economic assessment, the authors ranked the complex indicator of the state of environmental indicators in the regions, which include a list of six indicators: the level of emissions of harmful substances, the discharge of polluted wastewater, production and consumption waste, water consumption, energy consumption, and environmental protection costs. The researchers analyzed the positions of the Voronezh Region in terms of the quality of life in the region and finding a position in the environmental rating of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The authors propose a grouping of regions by the value of a complex indicator, study the indicators of the ecological state of the regions, and correlate between sustainable development and the quality of life of the population of the regions

The article is devoted to the results of the analytical review of the studies conducted in the Gobi Gurvansaikhan (Mongolia) national park from the time of its foundation till the present time. The main goal of the analysis was to take into account and evaluate previous experience in planning and organizing tourism activities at a specially protected natural area under study. At the same time, a bibliometric analysis of the data was conducted, which made it possible to clarify and systematize the thematic analysis of the previously performed work. The results are of interest to researchers involved in the sustainable development of Protected Areas, including their recreational development, long-term planning, and investment. Positive practices are considered to make it possible to ensure the preservation of the area under study taking into account the principles of sustainable development (including in the sphere of tourism and recreation). Special attention should be focused on the results of large-scale case studies carried out in the Gobi Gurvansaikhan National Park in 2000-2007. Based on the results of the bibliometric analysis, more than 131 publications were selected and analyzed, as well as presentations, scientific and information articles of both Mongolian and foreign scientists. As a result, it was possible to identify a vector of research in recent years that is associated with an increase in the number of publications on recreational and tourist issues. It is due to the increase in tourist flows and the need to create a scientific basis for managing these flows in order to provide the sustainability of the protected area development. Conclusions and generalizations that characterize the results of the analysis will be useful both for researchers dealing with the sustainable development of the territories and for administrative and planning bodies, economic entities.

Chinese traditional houses as an important carrier of culture and art forms, and it has a unique historical and cultural value in the history of world architecture. In eastern Hubei Chenjiashan mud brick houses used as an example, clay brick production process, material properties and eco-friendly ideas were eleven studies. The results showed that the soil is not only convenient drawn tiles, ease of processing, with thermal insulation capacity, and deal with local waste material is simple, not a burden and a threat to the environment and can be recycled. The study aims to provide a reference for the sustainable development of building materials and scientific basis.

Sustainable economic development is an important force to enhance the comprehensive national strength. It mainly depends on the breakthrough and innovation of science and technology. The new generation of information technology (NGIT) is the most active field in scientific and technological innovation. It is of great significance to deeply consider the relationship between the new generation of information technology and the sustainable development of a regional economy. In this study, 29 provinces and cities in China from 2009 to 2018 were selected and use the feasible generalized least squares (FGLS) method to empirically analyze the impact of the new generation of information technology on the sustainable development of regional economy. Simultaneously, it analyzes the differences between NGIT and economy sustainable development of the regional economy under different institutional environments. According to the research results, there is a positive correlation between new-generation information technology and the sustainable development of a regional economy. There is a positive U-shaped relationship between the penetration depth of NGIT and the sustainable development of a regional economy. Simultaneously, the higher the institutional environment’s level, the stronger the positive relationship between the penetration of NGIT and the sustainable development of a regional economy.
