The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of (1) Work Motivation on Employee Performance, (2) Work Discipline on Employee Performance, (3) Work environment for Employee Performance (4) jointly Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, towards Performance of Indonesian Red Cross employees in Kotagede Special Region of Yogyakarta.Based on the relationship between variables on the object under study, this study is causal or called a causal relationship. population is the whole of the research subjects, namely the Indonesian Red Cross Employees in Kotagede Yogyakarta Special Region, amounting to 55 people, because less than 100 then the researchers took all employees, namely 55 employees as samples. Methods of collecting data with a questionnaire. While the technique of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. Supported by hypothesis testing (T) and F test. And the classic assumption test consisting of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heterocedasticity Test.The results of the data analysis with a significance of 0.05 indicate that Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. There is a simultaneous influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment variables that have significant positive Employee Performance.Keywords: Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Work Environment (X3), Employee Performance (Y)

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, training, and competence on work satisfaction in improving employee performance. The object in this study is PT. Asaputex Jaya, located in Tegal City, engaged in woven sarong’s trading business with the Korma Tree brand. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

Performance as the results of work functions or activities of a person or group in an organization within a certain period of time at KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This study aims to partially determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita, with a total of 70 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS for windows 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Results of the conclusion of the study aimed to examine the positive influence of the Work Environment on Work Motivation, the positive influence of the Work Environment on Work Discipline, the positive influence of Work Motivation on Work Discipline, the positive influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, the positive influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Structural  Equation Modeling with the help of AMOS 21.0 is used to test the proposed hypotheses. After data analysis and in-depth discussion of the five hypotheses in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn. 1) The work environment has a positive effect on work motivation. 2) The work environment has no positive effect on work discipline. 3) Work motivation has a positive effect on work discipline. 4) Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. 5. Work discipline does not have a positive effect on employee performance   Abstrak Hasil kesimpulan daripada penelitian yang  bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh positif Lingkungan Kerja pada Motivasi Kerja, pengaruh positif  Lingkungan Kerja pada Disiplin Kerja, pengaruh positif Motivasi Kerja pada Disiplin Kerja, pengaruh positif Disiplin Kerja pada Kinerja Pegawai, pengaruh positif Motivasi Kerja pada Kinerja Pegawai. Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan AMOS 21.0 digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis-hipotesis yang diajukan. Setelah dilakukan analisis data dan pembahasan yang mendalam dari kelima hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut.1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif pada motivasi kerja.2) Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif pada disiplin kerja. 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif pada disiplin kerja. 4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai. 5. Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to determine how much influence the compensation, work motivation work environment has on employee performance in the Kerinci district education office. The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results of the analysis show that the compensation, work environment and work motivation variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance variables, together. The amount of Adjusted R Square is 0.682. This means that 68.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables of compensation, work environment and work motivation. While the remaining 31.8% is explained by other variables outside this study such as job satisfaction, work performance and others.

To achieve a company goal, its important to looking for employee performance, work environment, and work motivation. Good or bad employee performance can be influenced by the work environment and  motivation, as  well  as  the  Burger  King  company  in  East  Surabaya. Burger  King Company is a company engaged in FnB. This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance of Burger King East Surabaya crew. The hypothesis in this study is that the work environment and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods and uses PLS as a test tool as well as data collection methods by  conducting surveys. Respondents in  this  study  were  50  respondents using  a  saturated sampling technique where all populations were sampled. The results of the study revealed that th e work environment partially had no significant effect and work motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

An employee who has a high performance and better able to support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. Employees can work well if you have a high performance that can produce good work anyway. With the high- performance that employees, is expected to achieve organizational goals. This study examines the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction to be intervening variable. Data on compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance obtained through observation, record keeping and questioner with respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Statistical tests results showed  (1) the compensation proved significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.880, (2) work environment proved to be a significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.074, (3) job satisfaction proved to be a significant positive effect on employee performance the path coefficient of 0.264 and T-Stats for 2.458, (4) compensation proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.242 and T-Stats for 2.912, (5) work environment proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.378 and T-Stats for 3.343. Based on test results obtained statistical results of all variables positive and signicant impact.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

This study purposes were determined the effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The research type is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The research population are employees at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results shown that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is the variable with the most dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan in Grobogan Regency.
