Adiwiyata is one of national programs on environment preservation under the ministry of Enviroment on forest in order to encourage the creation of knowledge and consciousness of residents in enviromental preservation efforts. But the problems are limited human resources, lack of management and infrastructure, and less leadership. So, the purpose of this study is to describe the principal leadership towards the implementation of the adiwiyata program in the elementary schools. The method conducted was literature study, to build a foundation of theory, frame of thingking and theoritical hypothetis. The results of this study is to successfull implementation of adiwiya deepen on utilizing exiting human resources, to be more creative and skilled, socialization on the management of facilities and infrastructure in order to provide stock in term of facilities and infrastructure management, and is the problems occurred can be released the appropriate type of leadership that is using this type of transformational leadership.

This study aims to describe the pattern and leadership strategies of principals in elementary schools in dealing with the crisis in the Covid-19 pandemic.  The method used in this study is qualitatively descriptive. The subject of this study was the principal and teacher at Sabilal Muhtadin Elementary School in Banjarmasin City. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies.  Test the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. Data analysis uses Miles & Huberman analysis techniques that consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. This research shows that the principal has a working philosophy that is to work for worship. Strategies implemented in its leadership include transparency, empowerment of teachers and employees, communication, and motivation. The conclusion is that elementary school principal Sabilal Muhtadin is transformational leadership based on Islam. The strategies used for its implementation are transparency, empowerment of teachers and employees, communication, and motivation to maintain excellence when facing crises in the Covid-19 pandemic.

<p align="justify"><strong>Abstrak:</strong></p><p align="justify">Sikap peduli lingkungan merupakan suatu sikap dan tindakan yang selalu berupaya mencegah kerusakan pada lingkungan di sekitar dan mengembangkan upaya-upaya untuk memperbaiki kerusakan yang terjadi. Melalui sikap peduli lingkungan siswa sekolah dasar tidak sekedar mengetahui pentingnya menjaga lingkungan tetapi juga menguatkan rasa keingintahuan bagaimana cara menjaga lingkungan. Karenanya perlu sebuah model pembelajaran guna mewujudkan terbentuknya sikap peduli lingkungan pada siswa sekolah dasar yaitu menggunakan model pembelajaran <em>discovery learning</em>. Adapun tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep model pembelajaran <em>discovery learning</em> guna membentuk sikap peduli lingkungan pada siswa di sekolah dasar. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Melalui model pembelajaran <em>discovery learning</em> membuat siswa mampu menggunakan kemampuan intelektualnya guna memecahkan cara menjaga lingkungan sekitarnya.</p><p align="justify"><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong><em>Discovery Learning</em>; Model Pembelajaran; Sikap Peduli Lingkungan.</p><p align="justify"><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p><p align="justify"><strong><em>Abstract:</em></strong></p><p align="justify"><strong><em></em></strong><em>Environmental care is an attitude and action that always seeks to prevent damage to the surrounding environment and develop efforts to repair the damage. Through a caring attitude for the environment, elementary school students do not only know the importance of protecting the environment but also strengthen their curiosity about how to protect the environment. Therefore we need a learning model in order to realize the formation of environmental care attitudes in elementary school students, namely using discovery learning learning model. The purpose of this paper is to describe the concept of discovery learning learning model in order to form a caring attitude towards students in elementary schools. This paper uses a literature study method. Through the discovery learning model, students are able to use their intellectual abilities to solve ways of protecting their surroundings.</em><em>.</em></p><p align="justify"><em></em><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Discovery Learning; Learning Model; Environmental Care Attitude.</em></p>

This research aims to reveal the influence of principal transformational leadership and teacher work motivation on teacher work productivity of state elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district, both partially and jointly. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a type of causal-comparative research or correlational study. This research was conducted in 18 state elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district with the criteria of a minimum B accredited school. While the sample amounted to 100 people with criteria as civil servants and had teaching experience of more than five years. The instruments used are in the form of questionnaires. Data collection procedures and techniques used were questionnaires. While the data analysis technique is used inferential parametric statistics with the hypothesis testing technique is correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 20 (SPSS 20). The conclusions of this research are as follows: (1) Principle of transformational leadership of state elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district tends to be low (not good). (2) Work motivation of teachers in elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district tends to be good. (3) The work productivity of teachers in elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district tends to be moderate. (4) The principal of transformational leadership affects the work productivity of state elementary school teachers in Sambas Sub-district. (5) Work motivation of students influences the work productivity of the state elementary school teachers in Sambas Sub-district. (6) The principal of transformational leadership and teacher work motivation jointly affects the work productivity of state elementary school teachers in Sambas Sub-district.Keywords: Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Work Productivity

<em>This article aims to create new innovations in learning media so that learning in elementary schools can run effectively and improve the mastery of English vocabulary. The research method used is literature study. The research method used is a review study of books, literature, notes, and reports relating to the problem being solved. Literature sources in this study were obtained from books, journals, and research results. This research includes the process of identifying theories systematically, finding literature, and analyzing documents that contain information related to the research topic. The result of this study is learning media that can be applied by teachers to achieve learning objectives effectively and improve the mastery of English vocabulary.</em>

The purpose of this research is to know the direct influence of transformational leadership, organizational climate, team work, and emotional intelligence toward organizational citizenship behavior of human resources at State Elementary School in Serang City. This study used survey methods, and included in quantitative research. The number of population in this study as many as 433 people, the sample amounted to 100 people, taken by random sampling technique. Method of data collection were conducted by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The result of the research shows that there are positive direct influence of transformational leadership, organizational climate, team work, and emotional intelligence toward the organizational citizenship behavior of human resources personnel at elementary school in Serang city. The emotional intelligence factor is the variable that has the greatest influence on the organizational citizenship behavior. Teamwork factor is the smallest variable of influence on organizational citizenship behavior. The aims of this study is to describe the position of mathematics learning in the curriculum of Kurikulum 2013 (K13) when compared to the previous curriculum. namely Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). This research is literature study, with a qualitative approach. Data was collected by analyzing the K13 and KTSP. The data source is the curriculum that applies in Indonesia, they are k13 and KTSP for elementary schools. Data analysis was carried out by: (1) analyzing the scope of mathematical material by looking at SK and KD class 1 to grade 6 in the KTSP curriculum and curriculum 2013; (2) looking for differences from each material scope in each class, class 1 to grade 6 in the curriculum K7SP and also the K13; and (3) search for material coverage, namely the concept of numbers, geometry, measurement and statistics in the old and new curriculum in elementary school. The results of the study are (I) The analysis of the scope of material in grades 1 through 6 on the 2013 KTSP and curriculum curriculum; The differences in material coverage at each level is class 1 to grade 6, and (3) Material coverage, namely the concepts ,r1 numbers, geometry, measurement and statistics for the K13 and KTSP ellPtielthlfril for elementary school.

SDN I Kalirejo is one of the elementary schools that has many students and it is potential to become a cadre of School Health Unit which is expected to support the sustainability of School Health Unit. This school is no less feasible when compared to other elementary schools in Banyuwangi. From the observations result, the implementation of School Health Unit has not been optimal because of human resources and infrastructure facilities that have not been utilized properly and continuously. To support the continuity and sustainability of School Health Unit program and activities at Kalirejo I Elementary School, guidance and counseling are badly needed in the form of giving skills and health knowledge from competent mentor or counselor, so it is expected to increase the knowledge from the health sectors for local school residents and it will improve their health level automatically.

The crisis in the dimension of the quality of human resources and the crisis in the field of the identity and morality of Indonesian people is a troubling education problem in Indonesia. This paper seeks to convey views about managerial efforts in curriculum development for leading programs in the context of Muhammadiyah Elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative field research approach at SD Muhammadiyah Kleco. The results of the study show: The implementation of the management of Leading Program Development at the Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Kleco, Kotagede, Yogyakarta is not much different from the management of PAI curriculum in other schools which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum activities. The results achieved from the implementation of the Featured Program at SD Muhammadiyah Kleco Kotagede are the increasing knowledge and abilities of students, especially in the aspects of the Qur'an. In addition, the implementation of the Featured Program also had a positive impact on student achievement in the religious field and besides that it was also a branding force for the Muhammadiyah Kleco Elementary School in Yogyakarta to compete in the education market especially in the city of Yogyakarta. Abstrak Krisis dalam dimensi kualitas sumber daya manusia maupun krisis dalam bidang identitas dan moralitas manusia Indonesia merupakan problematika pendidikan yang meresahkan di Indonesia. Tulisan ini berupaya untuk menyampaikan pandangan tentang upaya manajerial pengembangan kurikulum untuk program-program unggulan dalam konteks sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif field research di SD Muhammadiyah Kleco. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Implementasi manajemen Pengembangan Program Unggulan di SD Muhammadiyah Kleco Kotagede Yogyakarta tidak jauh berbeda dengan manajemen kurikulum PAI di sekolah lain yang meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, penggorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kurikulum. Hasil yang dicapai dari pelaksanaan Program Unggulan di SD Muhammadiyah Kleco Kotagede adalah semakin bertambahnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan siswa terutama pada aspek Al Qur’an. Selain itu, pelaksanaan Program Unggulan juga memberikan dampak positif kepada prestasi siswa di bidang keagamaan dan selain itu juga sebagai daya jual (branding) SD Muhammadiyah Kleco Kotagede Yogyakarta untuk bersaing dalam pasar pendidikan khususnya di kota Yogyakarta.

Teacher performance is the result of work achieved when planning, implementing, and assessing learning in schools. The results showed: (1) the effect of pedagogic competence on the work motivation of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.242; (2) the influence of the principal's leadership on the work motivation of State elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.238; (3) the influence of pedagogical competence on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.259; (4) the influence of principal leadership on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.207; and (5) the effect of work motivation on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.200. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the pedagogic competence, principal leadership, and work motivation on teacher performance was 28.7% and the rest was determined by other circumstances.
