Cronbach’s Alpha Score was applied to confirm instrument’s reliability .851. Normality of the data were confirmed by calculating Shapiro-Wilk’s test. Findings of regression analysis depict that overall teachers’ self-efficacy has affected 65 % whereas students’ engagement 59 %, educational strategies 60 %, classroom management 59 % and teachers’ medium of education has affected 30 % on students’ achievement scores. Present research recommends that Government structure teachers’ self-efficacious believes through providing training, conducting workshops before joining teaching professions and ensuring certificates; once teachers’ confidence structure, less possible to alter to obtained desired achievements during teaching learning process.

This research is a kind of survey research and correlation ex-post facto. Respondents is the onion farmers in Sigi Biromaru as 200 farmers which obtain by proportional simple sampling principle. Primer data is obtained by several instrument such as; a). queisioner, b). test, c). observation, and d).in- depth interview. The first instrument used would be validity and reliability test. Description analysis is used to serve the data, size data, size central, and also dissemination size. Inferential analysis is used to examine the hypothesis with path analysis. The result of the study prove that farmer cognition about Integrated Pest Controlling (IPC) positively impact and significantly towards farmer behavior on pest controlling using IPC principle. Locus of control positively directly effect and significantly towards farmer behavior on pest controlling using IPC principle. Farmer cognition about integrated pest controlling and locus of control positively effect to farmer manner in Oloboju village. Farmer cognition about IPC, locus of control , and manner positively effect towards the farmer behavior on pest controlling. This study aims to analyze the problems of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methods used in this research are ex post facto and survey methods. The result is that online learning is not about what applications teachers use to teach their students. Teachers should not be busy debating which platform is better than another. However, teachers should realize that the most important thing is to apply teaching principles. Teaching is a process of making someone who doesn't know knows. The interaction between teachers and students is the key to conveying information. This information delivery room must be appropriate and easily accessible so that meetings between teachers and students can occur and give birth to neat and good interactions. In other words, a virtual study room must be highly accessible. In addition, the delivery of this interaction also needs to be arranged in such a way that students do not feel forced or forced to "eat" information from their teachers. Study time management needs to be applied in the implementation of online learning during this covid-19 pandemic. Based on the research conducted, it is known that interaction, accessibility, and time management really need to be considered in the application of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Age and education related factors treated as controlled variables. To assess locus of control in subjects Hindi adaptation of “Rotter’s Locus of Control scale” of Dr. Anand Kumar & S.N. Srivastav has been used. It consists of 29 items in it. Superstitious Behavior Scale (self-constructed) has been used, which is consisting of 40 items. Each item have three alternatives: (a) I will definitely do it. (b) If not possible, I will not do it. (c) I don’t believe in it. Ex-post facto research design has been used. Data is analyse by chi-square method. Result show that external locus of control is responsible for high superstitious behavior.

Practicing speaking is very important for students to exchange ideas with others. Although having learned English for the years, many EFL students face problems in delivering the ideas orally. To overcome this kind of problem, an ex post facto research was conducted by observing the students’ scores in two subjects grammar and speaking. The students were in the first semester of the English education major. The research is to find out the material used in teaching grammar to develop speaking learning. To satisfy the aim of this study, the mixed-method was implemented. The data was analyzed qualitatively and confirmed quantitatively by the applying t-test.  From the analysis could be drawn that Using translation-method, podcast, noticing, and conversation in applying the communicative-grammar method enhances the students’ competence in speaking. It is very helpful for the teachers and students to implement it in learning grammar and speaking. It also provides the idea to other researchers to dig some deeper innovation in the same field.

The sample comprised 977 SSII students and 811 teachers in 118 Secondary Schoolswhich were sampled, using multistage sampling procedure. Two instruments were used for data collection. They are researcher developed checklist and questionnaire respectively titled “School Plant Security Availability Checklist (SPSAC) and School Plant Security Utilization Questionnaire (SPSUQ)”. SPSUQ was responded to by both the teachers and students. The reliability co-efficient of the instrument was determined using the Cronbach Alpha statistic. The Reliability index of 0.82 was obtained. Mean and Standard Deviation were used to answer the research questions while Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used to test the hypotheses at 0.05 alpha level. The findings of the study are that lacks of security devices in the school affect negatively students‟ academic achievement in English Language, Mathematics and Biology. The study recommended that there is need to overhaul the existing policy on school plant security as to ensure proper provision and utilization of the devices.
