There are three types of  Tuberculosis (TB) patients at Banyumas Region Hospital, namely negative  pulmonary TB, positive pulmonary TB, and extra pulmonary TB. Types of TB generally caused by age, cae of history, gender, level of education, and domicile. One of the methods that used to find a correlation between types of TB with the affect is regression analysis. This study used multinomial logistic regession analysis because types of TB is categorical and the data is 156 TB’s patients recorded at 2018/2019. The result showed that the level of education be a dominant factor to affect TB. Here, we noted that patients with basic education level have a 5,843 time odds for getting positive pulmonary TB and 2,224 times for getting extra pulmonary TB. The multinomial logistic regression model is then given as probability for getting positive pulmonary TB with factor level of education is greather than negative pulmonary TB and extra pulmonary TB.

Basic education aims to provide basic skills to learners to develop their lives as individuals, community members, citizens and members of the human race and prepare learners to follow the next education. Primary education is organized to develop skills attitudes and provide the basic knowledge and skills necessary to live in communities and prepare learners who are eligible for secondary education (UU Sisdiknas No. 20 Year 2003 article 13). In teaching and learning activities, a teacher would have hope of desire for learners can get the maximum value possible, in accordance with the learning objectives created or desired but what can be in word, reality. For special mathematics subjects, field findings such as EBTANAS, summative test results and daily test scores and report scores indicate that the learners' learning outcomes are still below the numbers that may be unsatisfactory in both low and class high. From some study results and opinions of experts, the low mathematics learning outcomes of students is not because they are not able to perform calculations, but because they do not understand the problems contained in the problem. Hudoyo (in Laily Hasbullah: 2000: 1) states that questions related to numbers are not so difficult for learners, but the problems that use sentences are very difficult for learners who have less or less ability.

Assessment of learning outcomes is an integral component in the implementation of education. The necessity to conduct an assessment of learning outcomes is emphasized in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 66 of 2013 concerning Educational Assessment Standards that these standards aim to ensure: (1) Planning of students is in accordance with the competencies achieved based on assessment principles, (2) Implementation of professional assessment of participants , open, educative, effective, efficient, and in accordance with the socio-cultural context, and (3) Reporting the results of participant assessments in an objective, accountable, and informative manner. manners. The approach used is qualitative. The type of research is case study. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are; 1) The Digital Report Card or ARD application is used to make it easier for teachers to process learning outcomes that have been achieved by students in the learning process. 2). In the process of inputting the assessment of student learning outcomes, 90% of teachers at MTs Negeri Kupang have been able to use the Digital Report Card (ARD) Application and 10% are still in the process of assisting ARD operators. The input of grades is done online and is connected directly to the server at the school.

The discussion now presented is an excerpt from a collective investigation, in progress, which aims to understand the ways of constituting professionalism and teaching identity from narratives written by teachers of Basic Education and Higher Education. Thus, within the limits of this article, the reflections triggered by the story of an active teacher in Early Childhood Education are brought up. Reading the writings, based on dialogism and otherness, led us to affirm the formative and reflective potential of the narratives not only for those who narrate, but also for those who read them; as well as the extent to which the teaching construction/constitution paths -even being singular -are influenced by plural and collective elements of the socio-cultural context (concrete and subjective) that the subjects are inserted in.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the overall mathematics learning in several scientific journals at the basic education level "at the basic education level. The method used is meta-analysis, namely a descriptive narrative review or systematic review by analyzing the results. The results of research that have been published nationally relating to the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on elementary school students' mathematics learning The sample in this study is a random sampling technique with a total of thirteen journal articles that have been published nationally in Indonesia with a span of years. 2014-2020 at the basic education level which discusses the writing of experiments on the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in elementary school students' Mathematics learning. The instrument used is a coding data sheet that summarizes the data. and journal information. Based on the analysis of the overall effect value, the average value of the influence is 0.416, which means that it is in the large effect category. The findings of the analysis also show that the problem-based learning model has an influence on Mathematics learning in basic education. Abstract Background: Active learning is defined as any instructional method that engages students in the learning process. Cultural differences in learning patterns can play an important role in engagement with active learning. We aimed to examine process models of active learning to understand what works, for whom and why. Methods: Forty-eight sixth- and seventh-year medical students with experience of active learning methods were purposively selected to participate in ten group interviews. Interactions around active learning were analysed using a realist evaluation framework to unpack the ‘context-mechanism-outcome’ (CMO) configurations. Results: Three core CMO configurations, including cultural, training and individual domains, were identified. In the cultural context of a strong hierarchical culture, the mechanisms of fear prompted students to be silent (outcome) and dare not give their opinions. In the training context of teacher-student familiarity alongside teachers’ guidance, the mechanisms of learning motivation, self-regulation and enthusiasm were triggered, prompting positive learning outcomes and competencies (outcome). In the individual context of learning how to learn actively at an early stage within the medical learning environment, the mechanisms of internalisation, professional identity and stress resulted in recognising active learning and advanced preparation (outcomes). Conclusions: We identified three CMO configurations of Taiwanese medical students’ active learning. The connections among hierarchical culture, fear, teachers’ guidance, motivation, the medical environment and professional identity have been shown to affect the complex interactions of learning outcomes. Fear derived from a hierarchical culture is a concern as it is a significant and specific contextual factor, often sparking fear with negative outcomes.

The results of this study indicate that: a. Implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIH), through the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) at SMPN 3 Banjarbaru has been running well and effectively, in accordance with applicable regulations; b. The number of students receiving assistance from the Smart Indonesia Program through the Smart Indonesia Card at SMPN 3 Banjarbaru was 228 students. However, there are some people who actually no longer meet the requirements, because the income of the parents / guardians of the students concerned has increased from before. KIP recipient students, the process of recapitulation, verification and input of student KIP recipient student data to Dapodik, until the disbursement and use of KIP funds by recipient students; d. The Smart Indonesia Program (PIH), through the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) at SMPN 3 Banjarbaru, is very beneficial for students from poor or underprivileged families, so that the number of students dropping out of school can be reduced; e. However, there were still some students who received KIP or their guardians who did not understand the use of KIP funds, so they were used to finance expenses outside the context of their educational / school needs.
