O presente artigo analisa os saberes da formação inicial do coordenador pedagógico. O cotidiano desse profissional, imerso por acontecimentos imprevisíveis, mobiliza saberes a cada nova situação Os autores que sustentam as análises aqui propostas são Kuenzer(2006), Gauthier (1998) e Gimeno Sacristán (1999). Assim, foi feito uma análise documental do Projeto Político Pedagógico do curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa-Pr entre os anos de 2007 a 2010. Os dados da pesquisa também foram obtidos com entrevistas de seis coordenadoras pedagógicas egressas do curso em análise. Os resultados mostram que a amplitude do processo formativo do coordenador pedagógico desafia as possibilidades de formar um profissional para diversas funções, como docente, gestor e pesquisador.Palavras-chave: Formação Inicial. Beginning in the early 1970s, Jewish and Muslim feminists, tackled “oral law”—Mishna and Talmud, in Judaism, and the parallel Hadith and Fiqh in Islam, and several analogous methodologies were devised. A parallel case study of maintenance and rebellion of wives —mezonoteha, moredet al ba?ala; nafaqa al-mar?a and nush?z—in classical Jewish and Islamic oral law demonstrates similarities in content and discourse. Differences between the two, however, were found in the application of oral law to daily life, as reflected in “responsa”—piskei halacha and fatwas. In modern times, as the state became more involved in regulating maintenance and disobedience, and Jewish law was backed for the first time in history by a state, state policy and implementation were influenced by the political system and socioeconomic circumstances of the country. Despite their similar origin in oral law, maintenance and rebellion have divergent relevance to modern Jews and Muslims.

This study aims to identify the positive and negative sides of the applied Arabic learning media in Indonesia. The State University of Malang (UM) was chosen as a sample learning model since it has been a well-known university for the Arabic language and has considerable attention to Arabic language issues in Indonesia. This study was designed with quantitative and evaluative methods in the data display and analysis of this study. The researcher collected the research data by distributing questionnaires to both lecturers and students of the State University of Malang with regard to the learning media used, then the researchers evaluated the Arabic learning facilities with the Arabic learning communication approach to non-Arabic and applied the quantitative evaluative method. The results of the analysis concluded that the use of Arabic learning media at the UM Malang reflects both positive and negative sides.

Este artigo aborda e descreve o papel de um monitor em uma disciplina de um curso de graduação em Terapia Ocupacional, que adota as metodologias ativas de aprendizagem em seu projeto político-pedagógico. Observou-se que as funções cabíveis ao monitor foram de acompanhar, auxiliar e desenvolver estratégias de ensino em conjunto com o docente responsável pela disciplina e a coordenação do curso, explorando o ensino por meio de problematização. A monitoria se mostrou uma ferramenta potencializadora no ensino e aprendizagem de métodos e técnicas em terapia ocupacional. AbstractThis article describes the role of the student monitor in a discipline of the undergraduate course in Occupational Therapy from the State University of Pará, which adopts active learning in the political-pedagogical project. It was observed that the monitor's functions were to monitor, assist and develop teaching strategies, with the teacher and the course coordination, exploring teaching through problematization. Academic monitoring has proven to be an empowering tool in teaching and learning methods and techniques in occupational therapy, both for the monitor and for the students.Keywords: Teaching, Occupational Therapy, Case Reports. ResumenEste artículo describe el papel del monitor estudiante en una disciplina del curso de pregrado en Terapia Ocupacional de la Universidad del Estato de Pará, que adopta metodologías activas en su proyecto político-pedagógico. Este artículo describe el papel del monitor del estudiante en una disciplina del curso de pregrado en Terapia Ocupacional, que adopta metodologías de aprendizaje activo en su proyecto político-pedagógico. Se observó que las funciones aplicables al monitor eran monitorear, ayudar y desarrollar estrategias de enseñanza, en conjunto con el maestro responsable y la coordinación del curso, explorando la enseñanza a través de la problematización. La tutoría académica demostró ser una herramienta poderosa en los métodos y técnicas de enseñanza y aprendizaje en terapia ocupacional, tanto para el tutor como para los estudiantes.Palabras clave: Enseñanza, Terapia Ocupacional, Informes de Caso.

This study aimed to determine whether there was a correlation between the level of students’ understanding of SBM (School Based Management) and students’ attitudes towards SBM in the Department of Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Makassar State University. This research was a correlational research. The total population was 180 students and 42 of them were selected as samples taken through purposive random sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between students' understanding and their attitudes towards SBM. It can be concluded that the higher the level of students’ understanding of School Based Management, the more positive their attitude towards School Based Management.

The aim of this paper is to examine the importance of generational dialogue in the Georgian political tradition. The research statement of this paper is that the generational dialogue in Georgia, which is not particularly rooted in the political tradition, is currently flat and unconstant. In addition, due to the current situation of Georgia related to the democratization of the state, a new chapter for Georgian generational dialogue can be opened. To analyze this research problem, I have used a number of research methods based partly on secondary and primary sources, i.e. expert interviews were conducted online with Georgian researchers from the Ivane Javakhivshvili Tbilisi State University and Ilia State University. The paper is a snapshot of the theory of generational dialogue, and it presents the work of Polish scientists. Moreover, it examines the generational dialogue in the post-Soviet area, and this analysis can be developed in further scientific publications. The study of generational dialogue is essential for analyzing the perception of democracy and democratization among the generations in Georgia.

Em 10 de julho de 2019, Jair Messias Bolsonaro disse: “Muitos tentam nos deixar de lado dizendo que o estado é laico. O estado é laico, mas nós somos cristãos. (...) Por isso, o meu compromisso: poderei indicar dois ministros para o Supremo Tribunal Federal. Um deles será terrivelmente evangélico”. O tema do presente artigo, portanto, é o estado laico na República Federativa do Brasil diante do incitamento político de algumas religiões em detrimento de outras e a notória influência histórica que algumas crenças apresentam com relação ao aspecto do gênero. O objetivo geral é analisar como a violação ao estado laico influencia nas questões do gênero feminino e, consequentemente, viola o Estado Democrático de Direito. Para tanto, os objetivos específicos são: a) analisar o Estado Democrático de Direito e o princípio do estado laico; b) analisar os requisitos para compor o Supremo Tribunal Federal; e c) analisar a influência de crenças religiosas com relação ao gênero feminino. A metodologia a ser utilizada é de pesquisa qualitativa, por intermédio de um método indutivo com análise documental. A presente pesquisa apresentou como resultado a violação ao Estado Democrático de Direito, em 2019, acerca da laicidade do estado, que feriu diferentes princípios constitucionais. On July 10, 2019 Jair Messias Bolsonaro said: “Many try to leave us aside saying that the state is secular. The state is secular, but we are Christians. (...) Therefore, my commitment: I will be able to appoint two ministers to the Federal Supreme Court. One of them will be terribly evangelical.” The theme of this article, therefore, is the secular state in the Federative Republic of Brazil, in view of the political incitement of some religions to the detriment of others, and the notorious historical influence that some beliefs have in relation to the aspect of gender. The general objective is to analyze how the violation of the secular state influences women's issues and, consequently, violates the Democratic Rule of Law. Therefore, the specific objectives are: a) to analyze the Democratic Rule of Law and the principle of the secular state; b) analyze the requirements to compose the Federal Supreme Court; and c) analyze the influence of religious beliefs regarding the female gender. The methodology to be used is qualitative research, through an inductive method with document analysis. The present research presented as a result the violation of the Democratic Rule of Law, in 2019, concerning the secularity of the state, that hurt different constitutional principles.

This research aimed to find out the development of the Faculty of Education (FIP) Library in the State University of Jakarta ( UNJ) in terms of the role of the Faculty Library in supporting the learning activities at the Faculty of Education, efforts done to develop the Faculty Library, the application of information technology and the students’ participation. To meet its purposes this research was conducted at the Faculty of Education (FIP) of the UNJ within 4 months with the samples covering 120 respondents selected from FIP students by random sampling technique. Research results showed that the FIP Library has not been managed properly. Although the Library facilities are quite complete, they are not well benefitted, the information technology is not much used to develop the Library and the students’ participation is seemingly low. The research provides a number of suggestions to develop the FIPLibrary.
