The purpose of the article is to propose changes in the development of the Sokółka district for bicycle tourism based on data obtained at the beginning of 2020. A field reconnaissance was carried out, and the materials collected and information found on the poviat’s websites were analyzed. A SWOT analysis was prepared in terms of bicycle tourism and, as part of the work, several maps were created through the QGIS program showing both tourist attractions in the Sokółka district and bicycle routes. On the basis of the information obtained, several changes were proposed in order to create places of interest for bicycle tourists in the studied area. A map of potential stopping points for cyclists was also produced and several ideas were proposed to improve the promotion of the area.

This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.

Study of Ecotourism Management in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency. The concept of ecotourism is one alternative to develop an area into a tourist destination that pays attention to environmental sustainability by utilizing the potential of natural and cultural resources of the local community.Therefore, the existence of the concept of ecotourism can ensure the preservation of nature and its ecosystem. This study aims to: 1) Identify the potential and problems in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency, 2) Identify the feasibility level of ecotourism in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, MalangRegency, and 3) Develop a strategy for developing ecotourism areas in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency. Collecting data in this study using survey methods (observations and interviews), literature study and documentation methods. Analysis of the data used, namely: first qualitative descriptive analysis, second feasibility analysis based on the Guidelines (ADO-ODTWA) of the Director General of PHKA 2003 and the last is SWOT analysis. The results showed that: 1) The potential of natural resources in the ecotourism area of Bendosari Village, namely: the potential for flora and fauna, the potential for naturetourism, the potential for educational tourism, the potential for craft tourism and the potential for cultural tourism. The problems of ecotourism in Bendosari Village include the low quality of human resources, limited funds and the role of the Malang Regency Government which has not been active. 2) Ecotourism inBendosari Village is feasible to be developed as a tourist attraction with the results of the Guideline assessment (ADO-ODTWA) of 82.71%. 3) The strategy for developing Ecotourism in Bendosari Village is an expansion strategy (supporting offensive strategies) with alternative strategies that include: maximizing thedevelopment of ecotourism packages, empowering local communities in ecotourism activities, increasing security in tourist attractions, and maximizing tourism potential management.

This article investigates and identifies the involvement of stakeholders, analyzes internal and external factors that influence the planning of country border areas, and formulates strategies and programs for developing national border areas. This study used qualitative methods with IFE, EFE, IE and SWOT analysis. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation study, literature study, and FGDs. The number of informants was 13 people who are competent and chosen deliberately. The results of this study indicate that the country border area is in a medium internal and external position, meaning that the border area of the country is in quadrant V, the strategy in quadrant V is to hold and maintain. Quadrant V indicates that the border area has developed and needs to be maintained. Therefore, the right grand strategies to be applied are market penetration and product development.Strategies and programs for developing country border areas with the Strengths-Opportunities strategies are mapping and polarization of tourist attractions, maximizing the types and diversity of tourism products in the border areas of the country, and evaluating cross-border festivals. Development programs by Weaknesses-Opportunities analysis are dissemination and training for human resource development particularly for the local people, construction of public facilities, tourism infrastructure, and coordination between stakeholders, and development programs. Meanwhile, by Weaknesses-Threats analysis, namely focus group discussions, seminars, workshops, entrepreneurship training, formal education for the local youths, security and cleanliness of tourist attractions, and regulatory evaluation. The purpose of this research is to know the management strategies of tourism Pine Lahendong and know what are the factors that’s encourages and inhibit Pine Lahendong Tourism management strategies. The problem in this research is how Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies and what are the factors that inhibit and encourage Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies. Tourism is one of the things that are important to a country, the existence of this tourism, then a country or more specifically the Government of the region where it is tourist attraction, will get the infusion of revenues per tourist attractions. The marketing strategy is basically a thorough plan, integrated and fused in the marketing field, which gives guidelines on the activities that will be executed to achieve the marketing goals of a company. Tourism Pinus Lahendong strategy and potential for managed, developed and marketed because it has beautiful natural scenery and a sulfur hot springs into a visitor attraction. This research which means to understand the phenomenon or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from Tourism Pinus Lahendong holistically with described it in the form of words and language so as to produce a depiction on the phenomenon that happens. the results of the SWOT analysis conducted in the Tourism development of tourism policy, then Pinus Lahendong is improving promotion through various media, to improve the existing facilities in order to provide convenience for visitors and capitalize on potential at once elaborated the opportunities that can be sold and can attract visitors.

Tangsi beach has natural resource potential to be a place that supports tourism, especially ecotourism ecotourism which in this case is based on a sightseeing trip to keep the coastal environment. Tourism activities should involve several parties such as visitors, local communities and stackholder to be able to put to good use. The research was conducted in Tangsi beach , East Lombok regency of Nusa tenggara Barat Province. This research was conducted on april, 2017 by taking the physical parameters of the questionnaire and also taking part - related parties. Suitability Index Areas, Sustainable Coastal Scenic can be used as tourist attractions. Capability Areas can still be accommodated by the coastal areas, so as not to damage Tangsi beach . from SWOT Analysis we can now the Strenght, Weakness, Opportunities and Treatmen to found the best strategy for develop ecotourisme at Tangsi Beach  The best alternative strategy for the development of Sustainable Ecotourism in Tangsi Beach is to do a good promotion through the internet and print media.

In modern times, the potential opportunities of the regions are studied using  different methodological approaches to achieve sustainable socio-economic development,  and zoning is carried out in different directions to stimulate their future activities. The  zoning is based on the demand for available resources and takes into account the level of  socio-economic development of the region. At present, the study of tourism in the Republic of Azerbaijan by regions is encouraging  attention due to its relevance. However, research work on the identification of tourism zones in the country and the zoning of these  areas is weak. From this point of view, the article studies the tourism potential of Gusar region and provides a scheme for its tourismrecreation zoning which meets present-day requirements and attracts attention due to its relevance. The article analyses the development  strategy of tourism, which is a new and promising field in the Republic of Azerbaijan, identifies the main directions of this strategy,  and explores ways to solve existing problems. For this purpose, first, the criteria for zoning of tourism and recreation resources were  determined; then natural and anthropogenic tourism resources were assessed through the example of Gusar region; information on  natural and historical-architectural monuments of interest to tourists was provided; the number of hotels operating in the region over  the past five years, the number of rooms, full hotel capacity and overnight stays, as well as the income, expenses, and the difference between them were made on the basis of statistical and comparative analysis. Based on the information obtained, for the first time, a  “Zoning Map of Tourism and Recreation Resources of Gusar Region” was compiled; the strengths and weaknesses of the tourism sector  were identified, and future threats and opportunities for the development of this sector were analysed by means of the SWOT analysis.  According to the analysis, the strengths of the region included the favourable economic and geographical position, the availability of  unique natural and historical-architectural monuments, the availability of natural and ecological conditions to provide recreation for  tourists, and opportunities for ecological, rural, religious, trekking, and other tourism types, etc. Weaknesses included the concentration  of hotels mainly in the region’s centre, insufficient promotion of tourist attractions, poor level of service and vocational training, lack  of guides, etc. The opportunities were high tourism potential, organisation and development of local tourist routes, an abundance of  labour resources, etc., while the threats included the aggravation of the geopolitical situation in the border areas, the intensification of  natural disasters, etc.

Gatra Beach in Malang Regency has the concept of ecotourism, but the reality is this beach for camping that is at risk of damaging vegetation in Gatra beach. The purpose of this study are to find out the structure and composition of the Gatrah beach vegetation, knowing the perception of tourists on the vegetation of Gatra beach and knowing the potential of Gatra beach vegetation as a tourist attraction. The method used is the belt-transect method with four stations. Analyses are used i.e., RFC analysis and the SWOT analysis.  Analysis of the results obtained by the two vegetation formations that make up the beach Gatra i.e. formation Barringtonia  and the formation of lowland forests.  Formation Barringtonia found 10 species with index value important highest are Barringtonia asiatica  (65,9) and  Samanea saman (57,6)  Formation  the lowland forest  found 11 species with index value important highes Musa acuminate (80,2) and Samanea saman (59,5).  Tourist perceptions of species of interest in the Barringtonia formation is Samanea saman (0,29), while species of interest in lowland forest formation is Musa acuminata (0,11). So that the beach of Gatra has the potential as an edu-tourism attraction area. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur dan komposisi vegetasi pantai Gatra, mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap vegetasi pantai Gatra dan mengetahui potensi vegetasi pantai Gatra sebagai atraksi wisata. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode belt-transek dengan empat stasiun. Analisis yang digunakan melalui analisis RFC dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua formasi yang menyusun pantai Gatra yakni formasi Barringtonia dan formasi hutan dataran rendah. Formasi Barringtonia dengan 10 spesies, indeks nilai penting tertinggi yakni Barringtonia asiatica (65,9) dan Samanea saman (57,6). Formasi hutan dataran rendah dengan 11 spesies, indeks nilai penting tertinggi spesies Musa acuminata (80,2) dan Samanea saman (59,5).  Persepsi wisatawan terhadap spesiesdiminati pada formasi Barringtonia  adalah  Samanea saman (0,29), sedangkan pada formasi hutan dataran rendah yakni spesies Musa acuminata  (0,11). Sehingga pantai Gatra berpotensi sebagai kawasan atraksi edu-wisata. Kata kunci: analisis vegetasi, RFC, atraksi wisata, ekowisata, Barringtonia


East Nusa Tenggara Province surrounded by many potentials nature-based attractions, one of them is Mulut Seribu beach, in the Rote Ndao Regency. This beach is one of seven priority tourist attractions by the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. Local Government initiation is welcomed by the local community and this research aims to create a strategy to develop the Mulut Seribu beach attraction with marine-based tourism to support sustainability. The research type is using descriptive qualitative, with interviewing stakeholders from five key informants living around the tourist attraction namely government representatives, tourists, and the local community. The results showed that according to SWOT analysis Mulut Seribu Beach is among Curve 1, which means the development of this destination still aggressive to be developed with a concentration of development in SO, namely strength and opportunity. This result is shown by the Mulut Seribu festival as a form of coordination between community and government participation in developing marine tourism in Mulut Seribu Beach.
