<p>The ability to forgive others is a condition in which a person is able to change the negative influence and solve dissonance and distress that accompany some life events into something constructive and pleasant. One technique that can be used to improve forgiveness is the Value Clarification Technique. The purpose of this study is to find out whether value clarification techniques are effective in increasing the ability to forgive others in MTs students. The research method used was experimental research with the type of One group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were 8th grade MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang which were selected by purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were the Enright Forgiveness Inventory (EFI) attitude scale, and the training guide used as training material. Data is analyzed by analysts at Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed Ranks Test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the value clarification technique is effective to increase the ability to forgive others in MTs students. The suggestions for this  research are: (1) To get maximum results in the application of value clarification techniques, the counselor is expected to pay more attention to the cultural factors possessed by the subject, (2) Further researchers are expected to further deepen the research topic on self forgiveness (self-forgiveness/intrapersonal forgiveness), which is also a matter that needs attention, in order to maximize character education activities.</p><p> </p><p>القدرة على مسامحة الآخرين هي موقف سلبي ومضطرب يكون أحيانًا بناء وممتعًا. أحد الأساليب التي يمكن استخدامها لتحسين المغفرة هي تقنية توضيح القيمة. الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة ما إذا كانت تقنيات التوضيح فعالة في زيادة القدرة على مسامحة الآخرين في طلاب MTs. طريقة البحث المستخدمة هي البحث التجريبي مع نوع من تصميم الاختبار القبلي التجريبي. كانت الموضوعات البحثية هي MTs من الصف الثامن Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang التي تم اختيارها بواسطة تقنية أخذ العينات الهادفة. كانت الأدوات المستخدمة هي مقياس اتجاه مخزون الغفران (EFI) ، ودليل التدريب المستخدم كمواد تدريبية. تحليل البيانات من قبل المحلل في ويلكوكون المتطابقة أزواج وقعت في المرتبة اختبار. بناءً على نتائج هذه الدراسة ، تم التوصل إلى أن قيمة تقنية التوضيح كانت زيادة القدرة على مسامحة الآخرين في طلاب MTs. الاقتراحات الخاصة بهذا البحث هي: (1) مزيد من المعلومات حول التقنيات المملوكة ، أهم العوامل التي يمتلكها هذا الموضوع ، (2) من المتوقع أن يواصل الباحثون المزيد من تعميق موضوع بحث عن المغفرة الذاتية (المغفرة الذاتية / المغفرة الشخصية) ، وهي أيضًا مسألة تحتاج إلى اهتمام ، من أجل تعظيم طابع الأنشطة التعليمية.</p>

Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dalam mengerjakan soal olimpiade SMP bagi siswa kelas IX SMP N 8 Salatiga. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 4 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil tes dan wawancara diketahui semua subjek tidak memenuhi kelima tahap Krulik & Rudnick pada soal nomor 1. Pada langkah awal tahap membaca dan berfikir (read and think) subjek  telah melakukan kesalahan dalam memahami soal/masalah. Sedangkan untuk soal nomor 2 hanya 1 subjek yang tidak mampu melewati tahap kelima pada tahap teori Krulik dan Rudnick yaitu refleksi dan pengembangan (reflect and extend). Abstract:  This is a qualitative descriptive research. The purpose of this research is to know the ability of mathematics problem solving in doing Junior High Olympics for students of grade IX SMP N 8 Salatiga. The research subjects consist of 4 students selected by purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of tests and interviews are known that all subjects did not meet the five stages of Krulik & Rudnick in question number 1. In the first step of reading and thinking phase, the subject has made a mistake in understanding the problem. Meanwhile, in question number 2 only 1 subject who is not able to pass the fifth stage at the stage of Krulik and Rudnick theory, that is reflect and extend.

This study aims to provide an overview of social support her husband with postpartum depression in mothers postpartum first child and the impact of social support provided to the mother's husband. Social support is in the form of emotional support, the support award, instrumental support and informative support. The method used in this research is using qualitative exploratory study the two subjects who had a husband and wife with postpartum depression after giving birth first child with wife aged 21-28 years. Determination of the subjects in this study using purposive sampling technique and is located in several places according to the agreement of the subject and significant others. Data collection methods used were observation method using anecdotel record with the observation that social support indicators husband and interview methods are equipped with general guidance interview. The results showed that each subject provide social support her husband with different forms of support for marriage influenced by the subject. The effect of the second wife of the study subjects also differ on the subject of the first wife can get through 25 days postpartum depression after giving birth, while the second subject can get through 40 days postpartum depression after giving birth. Factors support from significant others and coping also affect maternal postpartum depression can get through the second wife of the research subjects.

The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of listening murottal Quran to reduce insomnia level in student. The research subjects were chosen by purposive sampling technique. The subject of this research were 5 students who experienced insomnia and measured using insomnia severity index. This research using one group pretest-posttest design experiment.  Murottal Quran, Surah Ar-Rahman, was heard using MP3 player, with duration of 16.00 minutes for 8 days before bedtime. The results of data testing using Wilcoxon test find a significance level of 0.031 (p <0.05), pretest mean is 17.6, and posttest mean is 11.6. The results show that listening to murottal Quran is effective in reduced insomnia levels in students.

This study was conducted, first, analyzed to determine the learning styles of students excel in Mathematics and Science subjects in class XI SMAN 1 and MAN 1 Yogyakarta by applying the theory of David Kolb's learning style. Second, to predict the differences and similarities of learning styles of students achievement in learning Mathematics Class XI SMAN 1 and MAN 1 Yogyakarta. 18 research subjects were drawn from students of class XI. Determining the subject of research is done by using purposive sampling technique that refers to the result of the average value of UTS Mathematics which is the third highest of any class. The results showed that: (1). Students' learning styles achievement in Mathematics and Science subjects in class XI SMA N 1 and MAN 1 Yogyakarta is varied. This is evidenced by the results if the data obtained show that the student has a unique learning style of each and likely to lead to the individual's personality. Based on the analysis of student learning styles achievement shows that students SMA N 1 Yogyakarta been the subject of much research as 4 students have a learning style Assimilator, 3 students have learning styles Konverger, one student has a learning style Akomodator and one student has a learning style Diverger again. While students perform at MAN 1 Yogyakarta who is the subject of research, as many as four people have Akomodator learning styles, each two students have learning styles Assimilator and Diverger, then one student again has a learning style Konverger. (2). Differences in learning styles that happens is the individual habits that become unique to them. Students perform at SMA N 1 Yogyakarta dominates the Assimilator learning styles, while students of MAN 1 Yogyakarta dominates the Akomodator learning styles.

Organizational citizenship behavior is a worker’s behavior that exceeds their role and can benefit the company. In generating OCB, sometimes employees experience various obstacles, one of which is work-family conflict. WFC is a situation where employees have conflicts in carrying out their roles to complete their work with their roles in the family. This study aims to determine the effect of WFC on the emergence of employee OCB. The importance of this research is that the company can pay more attention to its employees in reducing role conflict, and is expected to increase employee OCB. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research subjects were 171 people consisting of permanent employees and they were married. The data collection method used a work-family conflict scale that had been compiled by Carlson et al. and an organizational citizenship behavior scale that had been compiled by Smith et al. A simple regression analysis test with IBM Statistic 25 program showed a significant and negative influence between WFC on employee OCB. Work-family conflict itself contributes an effective contribution of 17.1% to employees’ organizational citizenship behavior.   Keywords: Employees, organizational citizenship behavior, work-family conflict

Research was implemented with objective to know Compensation and Spirit at Work empirically to employee Turnover Intention. Data resources from this research were taken from books references, journal, electronic media and interview. Research was implemented to 44 research subjects of operational employee and used probability sampling technique and distribute questionnaire of Compensation, Spirit at Work and Turnover Intention to Employee of PT. Jaya Samudra Bersama, in Ambon. Data analyses had been used regression analyses technique and used SPSS Statistical 16 for windows program. Results of the research are shows that hypothesis use in this research could be accepted. First hypothesis shows that there is a negative influence between Compensation to Turnover Intention with value of correlation are -0,568; it means that if compensation is more higher, employee Turnover Intention will lower. Second hypothesis shows that there is an influence of loyalty to Turnover Intention with correlation value of -0,345 which means that if loyalty higher then employee Turnover Intention will get lower. Third hypothesis shows that there is an influence between Compensation and Spirit at Work to Turnover Intention with value of r = -0,463 which mean that more higher Employee Compensation and Spirit at Work then will lower employee Turnover Intention. While effective contribution of this research to compensation and Spirit at Work to Turnover Intention of employee in PT. Jaya Samudra Bersama are 46,3%. The purpose of this study is to find out how to adjust to adolescents who have to face the divorce of their parents, find out the impact of parental divorce for adolescents, and also understand how the psychological dynamics of the research subjects. The subjects in this study were two adolescents who fulfilled the predetermined research subject criteria, namely facing divorce from parents and taken with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological method. The results of this study indicate that all research subjects develop poor relationships outside the home, difficulty in getting along due to hampered social adjustment. Divorce of parents also raises a lot of anxiety and frustration in adolescents and reduce academic achievement in school. In addition, divorce that occurs in parents also makes children build feelings of being hurt, neglected, and betrayed by their parents. However, there seems to be a quite striking difference regarding the development of adjustment that occurs in each subject. One subject showed a better adjustment. This condition seems influenced by his ability to apply coping stress appropriately, namely trying to accept the divorce of parents and not thinking about the divorce (emotional focused coping). In addition, the parents of the subject also did not show conflict in front of their children despite the divorce. Keywords: Adjusment, Divorce of Parent, Adults   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan bagaimana penyesuaian diri pada remaja yang harus menghadapi perceraian orang tuanya, mengetahui dampak dari perceraian orang tua bagi remaja, dan juga memahami bagaimana dinamika psikologis dari para subjek penelitian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dua remaja yang memenuhi kriteria subjek penelitian yang telah ditentukan yaitu menghadapi perceraian orang tua dan diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh subjek penelitian mengembangkan hubungan yang buruk di luar rumah, kesulitan bergaul karena penyesuaian sosial yang terhambat. Perceraian orang tua juga memunculkan banyak kecemasan dan frustrasi pada diri remaja serta menurunkan prestasi akademik di sekolah. Selain itu, Perceraian yang terjadi pada orang tua juga membuat anak membangun perasaan telah disakiti, diabaikan, dan dikhianati oleh orang tua mereka. Namun demikian, tampak adanya perbedaan yang cukup mencolok mengenai perkembangan penyesuaian diri yang terjadi pada tiap subjek. Salah satu subjek memperlihatkan adanya penyesuaian diri yang lebih baik. Kondisi tersebut tampaknya dipengaruhi oleh kemampuannya menerapkan coping stress yang tepat yaitu berusaha menerima perceraian orang tua dan tidak memikirkan perceraian tersebut (emotional focused coping). Selain itu, kedua orang tua subjek tersebut juga tidak memperlihatkan konflik di hadapan anak mereka meskipun telah terjadi perceraian.   Kata Kunci: Penyesuaian Diri, Perceraian Orang tua, Remaja.

The ability of reversible thinking in mathematics has less attention, but most of the mathematical subject is reversible. This type of research was qualitative descriptive which aimed to analyze student’s reversible thinking skills on the graph concept. The subject of research were students of mathematics education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lampung University taking the graph theory in the academic year 2019/2020. Research subjects were 40 people selected by the total sampling technique. The research data was collected through tests, namely the question of Ramsey number. Data were analyzed descriptively with 3 stages, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that 42.5% of students had reversible thinking skills and 57.5% of students did not have them. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that most students did not have reversible thinking skills on graph concepts.

Mahasiswa dalam menjalani masa studinya cenderung rentan mengalami stress yang diakibatkan oleh tuntutan-tuntutan yang harus dipenuhi. Stres yang tidak ditangani dengan baik akan mempengaruhi kondisi psikis dan fisik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hardiness dan dukungan sosial terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa Diploma IV kebidanan di Poltekkes Kemenkes Kaltim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 80 mahasiswa Diploma IV menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala hardiness, skala dukungan sosial dan skala stres akademik. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji analisis regresi berganda dengan program Stastistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara hardiness dan dukungan sosial terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa Diploma IV kebidanan dengan nilai Kendalls Wa=0.717 dan Asymp.sig=0.000 (Asymp.sig<0,05). Kontribusi pengaruh hardiness dan dukungan sosial terhadap stres akademik sebesar 71.7%. Terdapat pengaruh negatif hardiness dan stres akademik dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.233 dan nilai sig 0.003 yang mana tingkat keeratannya sangat lemah. Kemudian tidak terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial dan stres akademik dengan nilai koefisien korelasi -0.124 dan nilai sig 0.114.  During their study, students tend to experience stress caused by the demand that must have be reached. If stress was not handled properly, it will affect the psychological and physical state of the students. The aimed of this study was determine the effect of hardiness and social support to academic stress on Diploma IV Midwifery student in Poltekkes Kemenkes Kaltim Samarinda. This research used quantitative approach. The subject of this study was 80 students of Midwifery which selected by purposive sampling technique. The data was collected using hardiness scale, social support scale and academic stress scale. Data was examined by Kendall Tau b regression analysis with SPSS 25 program for windows. The result of this study were; 1) There was a significant influence between hardiness and social support to academic stress on Diploma IV Midwifery students with Kendalls Wa=0.717 and Asymp.sig=0.000 (Asymp.sig<0.05). The contribution of influence of hardiness and social support to academic stress was71.7%. 2) There was a negative influence between hardiness and academic stress with Kendall coefficient correlation= -0.233 and Sig=0.003 which means the correlation was very weak; 3) There is no influence between social support and academic stress with coefficient correlation= -0.124 and sig=0.114

The purpose of this research is to see a picture of self-acceptance in adolescent orphanages. The source of this research consisted of five research subjects who were young women at Puteri Aisyiyah Medan Orphanage and three informants. The procedure for taking the subject uses purposive sampling technique. The research data were collected using observation and interview methods. The results obtained are that young women at Puteri Aisyiyah Orphanage have a good self-acceptance picture, and can accept themselves with their status as children of an orphanage.
