Educational institutions have a challenge to improve the quality of graduates who are highly competitive namely graduates who are able to adapt quickly to the work environment. This is a key indicator of the “links and match” between human resources need and education laboratories. The role of the real laboratory is very important to be used as a learning resource for Islamic banks as well as a medium of socialization or education within the scope of the academic community. This paper seeks to provide an overview based on the author's experience to realize or establish a real transaction laboratory for El-dinar Finance House, starting from the pioneering stage to the technical implementation which is synergized with the student learning model.

The article examines the issues of employment and employment based on competencies, factors that prevent graduates and young professionals from finding work on time and in specialization, to identify practical solutions to improve the use of the competency mechanism, demonstrating theoretical approaches in this area. The study used methods of observation, survey, analysis and comparison. The author used a mutual analysis of labor activity, economic indicators and educational level, revealed the influence of the quality of competencies on labor results. The analysis of various approaches to the use of the competence mechanism in decision-making in human resource management of an organization has been carried out. The directions in which educational institutions can effectively promote the employment of graduates and improve the competencies of the human resources of organizations have been substantiated. As a result of the study, recommendations were made to improve the effectiveness of the use of the competence mechanism in ensuring the employment of human resources. Scientific novelty of the research — the main proposals are related to the organization of employment management of graduates and increasing the motivation of human resources of organizations through certain competencies. Particular attention was paid to optimizing the work of civil servants through the use of the competence mechanism.

The results of the study show that 1) The role of the Village Head in the developmentof the Village in Mekarsari Subdistrict as a policeman, innovator and stabilizer bycarrying out various plans, proposals and actions in achieving a better villagedevelopment goal. 2) Obstacles of the Village Head in carrying out village developmentin Mekarsar District, Barito Regency, among others: a) The still low quality of HumanResources or education of officials and the community who carry out the Villagedevelopment process in Mekarsari District. b) Limited budget for village developmentin Mekarsari District. c) Low allowances for the Village Head so that the level ofwelfare of the village head is very low. d) Lack of supervision and guidance to theVillage Head from the Regional Government. 3) Solution of the Village Head inimplementing Village development in Mekarsar District, Barito Kuala Regency, amongothers: a) Improving the quality of Human Resources and education of officials and thecommunity who carry out the Village development process in Mekarsari District. b)Propose additional budgets for village development in Mekarsari District. c) Increasingbenefits for the Village Head so that the level of welfare of the village head becomesbetter. d) Improve supervision and guidance to the Village Head from the RegionalGovernment, so that the implementation of development runs smoothly.

Stakeholder ideas and ideas in their reactualization never stop contributing discourse to change in the field of education. The leaders of educational institutions have full responsibility in carrying out improving the quality of education. This study aims to introduce leadership typologies in improving the quality of Islamic education in madrasas, ranging from the type of leadership, the leadership process of madrasa heads to the implementation of leadership in madrassas in improving quality. This research uses a literature study method. As for the results of this study indicate the role of leadership in carrying out its duties to members include: (a) Making decisions. (b) Developing the imagination; (c) Developing the loyalty of followers; (d) Control of the plan; (e) Utilizing human resources and other resources. (f) Carry out controls and corrections for errors; (g) Give a token of appreciation; (h) Delegating authority to subordinates; (i) Implement decisions by giving encouragement to followers.

ABSTRACT Improving the quality of human resources is focused on a variety of things that can affect job performance. There are two variables that are thought to have contributed to the formation of job performance, namely the work environment and organizational culture. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the work environment and organizational culture on job performance. The research will be conducted in one of the micro businesses in Kranggan District, Mojokerto Regency which involves 25 employees to be involved as respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as an analytical tool to prove the research hypothesis. The research findings suggest that (1) the work environment has a significant effect on job performance; (2) organizational culture has a significant effect on job performance; and (3) work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on job performance. Recognizing the importance of the process of improving the quality of human resources, the government, managers of educational institutions, educators and learners in Indonesia are striving to achieve the goals, vision and mission through various activities to build a better quality education through the development of human resources development and improvement of curriculum and evaluation system, improvement of educational facilities, the development and procurement of teaching materials, and training for teachers and education personnel to be more advanced and developed than other countries.

This research discusses in detail the theoretical aspect of the quality standards of banking services of traditional Islamic banks. The criterion of "Shari'ah Compliance" was added by the researcher to the importance and role of dealing with Islamic banks, the definition of this standard and its importance, how to test it for banks as well as how, without the legitimate commitment of these banks to what is classified as Islamic from the foundation, we focus on the importance of the existence of a legal commitment to any Islamic bank to achieve the quality of Islamic banking services of high quality in accordance with Islamic law and laws to achieve a high confidence in the customers who belong to him and deal with his Conspiracy.

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

The quality assurance and development of an educational institution depends on the quality of the headmaster as an educational leader. Therefore, the headmaster are required to be more creative, innovative and dynamic in line with changes in society that are increasingly fast and open. This study aims to analyze the role of principal leadership in supporting quality assurance at SMA YP 17 Surabaya. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. From the results of the study it can be concluded that in supporting quality assurance, the leadership of the head of SMA YP 17 Surabaya is supported by the character of strong responsibility, courage in making decisions, and participation in implementing policies. The headmaster has made several important efforts in supporting the quality assurance of the institution by developing the curriculum, human resources, infrastructure and increasing community participation. In managerial terms, the development of the quality of the institution is supported by good coordination with the academic community and the existence of togetherness in curriculum management and learning. In order for quality assurance to be more effective, the headmaster must periodically evaluate every program that has been implemented. The aim is to measure the level of success and find out the deficiencies of the program being implemented. Furthermore, the headmaster needs to conduct more massive socialization of the institution to the community. This is an effort to increase community participation in efforts to develop the quality of schools in the future.

The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at SMA Negeri 10 OKU.This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.

Cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ 4 (CMCN 4.0) đã ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến các ngành, lĩnh vực của đời sống kinh tế, văn hóa xã hội, trong đó có lĩnh vực Du lịch. CMCN 4.0 sẽ góp phần làm đa dạng hóa các sản phẩm du lịch, tăng thêm sức hấp dẫn của du lịch. Đồng thời, cũng đặt ra yêu cầu đối với các địa phương trong chiến lược phát triển du lịch trở thành ngành kinh tế mũi nhọn. Trong bối cảnh đó, tỉnh Thái Nguyên cũng đã chủ động có những thay đổi trong lĩnh vực du lịch và đào tạo nguồn nhân lực để đáp ứng nhu cầu của CMCN 4.0.Dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu về thực trạng nguồn nhân lực du lịch tỉnh Thái Nguyên, nhóm tác giả đánh giá những ưu điểm cũng như những hạn chế cần khắc phục, từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo nguồn nhân lực,  cung cấp cho thị trường nguồn nhân lực du lịch năng động, sang tạo, chuyên nghiệp, có tay nghề cao, tạo cơ sở quyết định cho sự thành công của mục tiêu phát triển ngành du lịch tỉnh Thái Nguyên nói riêng, và của Việt Nam nói chung.
