Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) has a great potential for family-based corruption prevention. This study aims to determine the values of pesantren and portraits of sakinah family personalities in the texts of “Zadu Az-Zaujayn” and “Syair Madura” in relation to the prevention of corruption. It uses an ethnographic-hermeneutic qualitative approach. The research concludes that the value of pesantren associated with the prevention of corruption lies in the expression "Mondhuk entar ngabdi bhen ngaji (the intention of going to pesantren is to learn and to serve)" and “Mon ngecok jerum e pondok mon mole ka romana ngecok jheren (if you steal a needle in pesantren, you will steal a horse once you get back home)". Through the values, students are accustomed to serving people and being careful of taking others’ belongings. Meanwhile, the values of sakinah family within the text are wara’ (being cautious and able to self-control), zuhud (living a simple life and prioritizing others’ need), and patient (being tender and dare to face difficulties); qona'ah (accepting life as it is), ridha (accepting the provisions of God); and self-presentation. This research is vital to develop to achieve sakinah families free of corruption.Pondok pesantren memiliki potensi besar dalam mencegah korupsi berbasis keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan nilai-nilai pesantren dan potret kepribadian keluarga sakinah dalam teks kitab “Zadu Az-Zaujayn” dan “Syair Madura” terkait pencegahan korupsi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif tipe etnografi-hermeneutik.  Hasil penelitian: nilai-nilai pesantren yang terkait dengan pencegahan korupsi yaitu  “Mondhuk entar ngabdi dan ngaji (mondok untuk mengabdi dan mengaji)”. Santri juga menghindari ngecok (mencuri):“Mon ngecok jerum e pondok mon mole ka romana ngecok jheren, (kalau mencuri sebuah jarum di pondok, pulangnya akan mencuri seekor kuda)”. Dengan kedua nilai tersebut, santri akan terbiasa melayani orang lain dan menjauhi mengambil hak milik orang lain. Sedang kepribadian pasangan suami-istri sakinah yaitu mampu mengendalikan diri: yaitu wara’ (hati-hati dan mampu mengendalikan diri), zuhud (hidup sederhana dan lebih mementingkan kepentingan orang lain), dan sabar (lapang dada dan berani menghadapi kesulitan-kesulitan); penerimaan hidup apa adanya: qona’ah (menerima kenyataan yang ada), ridha (ketenangan hati menerima ketentuan-ketentuan dari Allah); dan presentasi diri. Penelitian ini penting untuk dikembangkan, agar tercipta keluarga sakinah yang bebas dari korupsi.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sistem dakwah Pondok Pesantren At-Tawazun ditinjau melalui sistem terbuka mulai dari tahap input, conversion, output, feedback, hingga environment dalam upaya mengatasi problematika santri yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pondok pesantren At-Tawazun dirasakan cukup besar manfaatnya oleh orang tua maupun masyarakat. Lembaga dakwah dan pendidikan ini telah ikut berkontribusi dalam menanggulangi masalah sosial dan kenakalan remaja yang semakin rumit, sehingga mampu memberikan lulusan santri yang brakhlak, berbudi luhur dan mampu mengamalkan ilmunya di masyarakat. Lebih dari itu, kehadiran pondok pesantren At-Tawazun diharapkan dapat mengatasi akulturasi budaya yang menyimpang di era sekarang ini. Sehingga semangat generasi muda kita dapat disalurkan terhadak hal-hal positif, untuk kemajuan Agama dan Negara. This paper aims to describe the da’wah system of At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School through an open system starting from the input, conversion, output, feedback, and environment stages in an effort to overcome the problems of santri that are influenced by the times. This research uses case study method with qualitative approach and field research specification (field research). The results of this study indicate that the existence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding Scool was felt to be of considerable benefit by parent and community. This da’wah and education institution has contributed to tackling social problems and juvenile delinquency that are increasingly complicated, so as to be able to provide graduates who are morally, virtous and able to practice their knowledge in the community, moreover, the presence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School is expected to overcome the deviant cultural acculturation in the present era. So that the spirit of our young generation can be channeled suddenly to positive things, for the advancement of Religion and the state.

Pesantren, the Islamic boarding school, is the oldest Islamic education in Indonesia and is constantly undergoing changes from time to time. This research uses the qualitative approach. This study aims to describe the application of the heutagogy method in the growth of pesantren education. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Luqmaniyyah salaf Boarding School has already applied the heutagogy learning method, it means that pesantren education precedes the Westerners in terms of its utilization. Through the study and discussion of Kitab Kuning (yellow-colored textbooks about Islamic knowledge), students determine their systems, study materials, and problems to find a solution. Sources of learning for students are not only limited by the Kitab Kuning, but students can also have access through the internet, online books and applications with trusted sources. PSDS is responsible for managing the talents and interests of the santri (a term used in Pesantren to call an apprentice), as well as training santri skills by making films, recording, creativity, writing, making advertisements, making interesting contents on social media. LP2M Al-Luqmaniyyah with its various divisions is required to channel and facilitate what the community needs from the students as they can also learn from the community it self. This article aims to determine the construction of the thoughts of preachers and preachers about the urgency of preventing corruption through religious forums at the Greater Malang Government mosque. In addition, this study also aims to identify and analyze the role of spiritual forums in the Greater Malang Government mosque in preventing corruption. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach by making in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the construction of preachers and preachers about the urgency of religious forums as a basis for preventing and fighting corruption in Malang Raya has strong potential as well as cultural capital to inject the awareness of the mustami', most of whom are officials. There are construction variants among the preachers and preachers at the Government Mosque of Malang Raya. The constructions in question include theological buildings, Sufism, jinayah fiqh, eschatological constructions, and qawaidul fiqhiyah. Meanwhile, the role of preventing and fighting corruption at the Baiturrohim Mosque in Malang City Hall through religious forums has been carried out. However, studies on the theme of corruption are not explicitly discussed but are tucked away in various themes of sermons and lectures. Likewise, what happened at the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque, Malang Regency, and An Nuur Mosque, Batu City, several momentums of religious forums that were used as the basis for preventing and fighting corruption were expressed in religious activities such as cults, weekly and monthly recitations, Friday sermons, and commemorations. Islamic holidays. Through religious forums, preachers play a significant role as spiritual generators to bring about social change. This effort is carried out as shock therapy for officials so that they can behave honestly and trustworthy.

The appearance of the trailer for The Santri movie has sparked various responses on the internet, this can be observed from the existence of parties who are pro and contra with the movie trailer. This difference can be seen from the way the audience responds to and interpret the contents of the movie trailer. This study can understand the image of the student at Islamic Boarding School in the movie trailer of The Santri which can be seen through the account NU Channel on YouTube. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach model with content analysis on movie trailers. The results of the study show that the image of the student at an Islamic Boarding School in the movie trailer of The Santri can be divided into two parts, namely: first, an explicit image such as students must have self-confidence, have high dreams, love religion and their nation, have a good faith, and be a loyal friend. Second, implicit images such as students who have a simple, tough, and brave image, accept differences, and are open-minded.

The entry of youth into the prisons would lead them to the loss of independence, difficulties in adapting, and lonely feeling, which ultimately affects the condition of psychological well-being. Here, psychological well-being is an essential condition to make teenagers, i.e., convicts, be able to defend their lives for serving a sentence. The study aims to provide an overview of the psychological well-being of juvenile prisoners and to investigate the factors that influence the formation of psychological well-being. In this case, the study employs an exploratory qualitative approach to the subject of two teenage inmates. The prison chosen is located in Class II A Sidoarjo. The data are obtained from interviewing technique and field notes. The results show that inmates have better psychological well-being than when they entered the prison early. The condition is proved at the subjects’ ability to adjust themselves to the environment, develop self-potential, accept themselves in a positive attitude, self-control and self-reliant, have a purpose to live and be able to establish positive relationships with others. Meanwhile, the factors that influence the formation of psychological well-being in inmates are social support, social interaction, and social skills while they are in a prison.

Islam teaches the difference in someone's level of religiosity. The level of human religiosity can change from one moment to another. Humans have evolved a religious life. Including human experience in adulthood elderly in life and face the problems of life. This study focused on the real description of the attitude of religiosity which is owned by the elderly. The study was taken from the students at the boarding school Elderly Islamic boarding school (Pesantren) of Roudlotul Muta'allimin Dracik Kramat Batang. The research method used descriptive qualitative approach to straight dialogue (interview) of the respondents, namely the students of Elderly Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren). The study results showed that each of the students have the different religious involvement in filling elderly period (retirement). The involvement includes Ritual Involvement, Ideological Involvement, Intellectual involvement, experimental involvement, and consequential involvement.

This study aims to describe the model of Muslim personality development that is developed based on in-depth observations of what is practiced by the pesantren community in order to develop the personality of their students. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach in the form of ethnography. Subjects were taken from three Islamic boarding schools in Purwokerto City, namely An-Najah Islamic Boarding School, Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, and ath-Thohiriyah Islamic Boarding School. The results showed that the Muslim personality development model practiced by the pesantren community was based on several principles and values ​​that were understood and practiced by the pesantren community, including scientific enthusiasm, independence, responsibility, simplicity, togetherness, leadership, and sincerity. The process of developing students' personality is done through understanding, exemplary, accustomed to, worshiping, and deepening the values ​​of pesantren. The Muslim personality development model that has been practiced in the pesantren community can be said as an answer to the need for a personality development approach that is appropriate to the religious cultural context of Indonesian society. This model is worth discussing as indigenous personality development, which is a pattern of personality development that is rooted in the values, perspectives, or traditions that exist in a community.

This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.

Islamic boarding school can train a santri’sIndependence and it can be reflected after a santri becomes an alumni, such from economic welfare. This study aims to determine whether the consumption practice of alumni Islamic boarding school is in line with Islamic welfare or not. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach by using case studyon alumni of Miftachus Sunnah Islamic boarding school. Data collection is done by in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. The validation technique used by source and technique triangulation. The analysis technique used is Miles- Huberman’s.The five areas of maqashid sharia in dharuriyyat level stand as an indicator of Islamic welfare. The results showed that the consumption practice of alumni of Miftachus Sunnah based on the values (justice, responsibility, and guarantee) and basic principles (efficiency, adequacy, freedom, balance, and solidarity) of Islamic economic behavior in the achievement and guarding of maqashid sharia indicate the suitability. Key words: Consumption behavior, values of Islamic economic, principal of Islamic economic, and maqashid sharia.
