Introduction. This article means to reveal some important aspects of the poetry of Syaikh al-Haddâd, and the characteristics of the Dîwân. Data Collection Method. Using a literary approach methode Analysis Data. The data were descriptively analysed by philosophical, and hermeneutical approaches Results and Discussions.The poetry of Syaikh al-Haddâd are the theoretical Sufi poems that are rich in spiritual ideas and experiences. His poetries can be classified into the types of “syi'r al-kasyf wa al-ilham”, it written through the kasyf experience or spiritual vision, because the author has achieved mystical and mystical unity. The author's study to the outer and the inner structure of Dîwân, has strengthened the conclusions that the poetries in dîwân are not a product of reason (logic), but are based more on the “mauhibah Rabbâniyah”, a kind of inpersonal power, and looks very spontaneous and natural. Conclusions. poetry is a medium that is often used by the Sufis to express their Sufism thoughts. because it is through this symbolic and imagery language that the Sufis can give readers the opportunity to improve the "reflection of the beauty of the world" ascending in to "the reflection of divine beauty".". Introduction. This article discusses the existence of social media YouTube, Instagram and Watsapp in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic among virtual communities in Indonesia. The development of social media is increasing every year, especially in the conditions of the corona virus outbreak. The development of social media in Indonesia has experienced a very significant increase, it can be seen that Indonesia is in the 3rd position of social media users in the world. Data Collection Method. The method used in this article is by using the literature method by reading literature related to discussion and it can be analyzed that the existence of social media such as YouTube in the midst of the Covid pandemic has experienced a surge in users of around 88% and is then followed by Whatsapp social media with the number of accesses of 84% and Instagram with 79%. Results and Discussions. Based on the data above, we can see the development and level of existence of several social media which is frequently accessed by the world's population during the Covid 19 pandemic. This development has certainly experienced a very clear penetration of internet users among the Indonesian virtual community. Conclusions. the development of social media in Indonesia and globally has increased very significantly. The existence of social media which was popular during the Covid-19 pandemic, which placed YouTube as the first media that was very popular with the highest number of users in the world.

The Impact

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the tourism industry around the world. In Bali, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the tourism industry, especially the hotel business being very down. Badung Regency, which is a barometer for Bali tourism as well as having the highest number of star hotels in Bali, has been hit hard by the Covid-19 situation. This research data collection method through distributing questionnaires online using google form. The number of star hotels in this study were 30 sample hotels. The samples in this study are grouped into two clusters, namely (1) stars hotel cluster 1,2,3, (2) stars hotel cluster 4 and 5. The results show that the efforts made by star hotels in each cluster are quite diverse, the grouping of these efforts is divided into several categories, among others, marketing, finance, human resources and CHSE-based health protocols.

The purpose of the research was analyzing about how the strategy which was done by limestone production labor. Related to the strategy that was done by them, therefore they could have homestay for their family.The area determination of the research was determined by area purposive method, which was done as deliberate by the researcher. The researcher chosen Grenden, Puger, Jember. In this research, there are four family limestone production labor and four supporting informant from their neighbors. The data collection method used by the researcher including interview method, observation method, and documentation method. The analysis data which was used in this research consist of some stages, they were the reduction data, the presentation data, and drawing conclusion. The result of the study showed that the limestone production labor had homestay with proper conditions and preparations in owning it more than 5 years in the average. The limestone production labor who had homestay certainly applied many kind of strategies to be able to have their own homestay. These strategies were doing diversity working, making social network, saving money, and the obligation system. All of the main four informant did diversity working to increase the income. They also saved money with different ways. Meanwhile, the main three informant made social network by asking for assistance in their neighbors to build their homestay. And there is one from main informant did the obligation system with borrowing money and paying it by instalment which was appropriate with the engagement. By using these strategies, it gave the evidence that limestone production labor in Grenden, Puger, Jember could have theirs homestay.

Introduction.This study aimed to determine the behavioral motives of bibliocrime in Library of UPT Raden Fatah Palembang. This study aims to find out what the motives of the user do bibliocrime, how the impact and prevention efforts have been made by the library. Data Collection Method. Methods of data collection using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Analysis Data. (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing. Results and Discussions. The results showed that the backgrounds motive of user doing bibliocrime was based on the need to fulfill lecture assignments and final assignments, self-actualization, overflowing hatred, wanting to utilize collections exclusively for personal interests, expensive photocopying fees, difficulty finding collections, collections which cannot be loaned, collections that are in demand, collections that are stagnant, forgotten, lazy and have a certain busyness. UPT Raden Fatah Library UPT Palembang have two losses experienced are social losses and financial losses. Social losses in the form of poor library images. While financial losses, the library must replace lost and damaged collections. The three prevention efforts that have been carried out by UPT Raden Fatah Library of Palembang are installing CCTV, security gates, and user education. Conclution. Based on the findings, the backgrounds motive of user doing bibliocrime in UPT Raden Fatah Library UPT Palembang, They have two losses experienced, and they have three efforts to prevention of bibliocrime.  Keywords: Bibliocrime, motive, Library of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.

The phenomenon of students studying while working is not a sticky thing in society, many students choose to study while working for various reasons. Facing the world of work must be faced with the provisions of work regulations that part-time workers must be able to adapt, coming from the world of education and plunging into the world of work is not an easy thing because they have to divide their thoughts into several focuses. This study aims to describe and analyze the dynamics of part-time worker while working and how the power patterns exercised by workplace owners over part-time worker. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data collection method used in-depth interviews and observations in the work environment of part-time worker. The research informants were selected purposively by requiring that they were in college while working part time. The results of the study explain that the owner of the workplace has a broader pattern of power and dominance due to his higher position than the worker, the power patterns including salaries below the minimum wage, binding work regulations, and policies that are more profitable for the workplace owner. The dynamics felt by part-time working students are also a challenge in terms of adapting to the world of work. Fenomena mahasiswa kuliah sambil bekerja bukanlah hal yang tabu di masyarakat, banyak sekali mahasiswa yang memilih untuk kuliah sambil bekerja dengan alasan yang bermacam-macam. Menghadapi dunia kerja pasti dihadapkan dengan ketentuan peraturan kerja yang harus bisa diadaptasi oleh mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu, datang dari dunia pendidikan dan terjun ke dunia kerja bukan suatu hal yang mudah karena mereka harus membagi pikirannya menjadi beberapa fokus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis mengenai bagaimana dinamika mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu selama bekerja serta bagaimana pola kekuasaan yang dilakukan pemilik tempat kerja terhadap mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam beserta observasi di lingkungan kerja mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu. Informan penelitian dipilih secara purposive dengan mensyaratkan bahwa mereka sedang kuliah sambil bekerja paruh waktu. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pemilik tempat kerja memiliki pola kekuasaan dan dominasi lebih luas dikarenakan posisinya yang lebih tinggi daripada pekerja, pola kekuasaan tersebut diantaranya gaji dibawah UMR, peraturan kerja yang mengikat, serta kebijakan yang lebih banyak menguntungkan pemilik tempat kerja. Dinamika yang dirasakan mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu juga menjadi tantangan dalam hal beradaptasi di dunia kerja.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of shooting accuracy skills of participants in extracurricular activities 4 football at SMP N 11 Bengkulu Selatan. The sample from this study amounted to 15 participants whose data collection method was by kicking the ball five times into the goal with a target in the form of numbers, which later on all numbers will be added up and categorized as very good, good, moderate, less, very less. Based on the analysis data, it shows that the accuracy of shooting carried out by the participants in the extracurricular activities of SMP N 11 Bengkulu Selatan is in the medium category. The shooting accuracy skills of the participants in the extracurricular activities of SMP N 11 Bengkulu Selatan are moderate because the participants are dominated by new participants or grade 7 students, and they have never practiced with this training method before.

Introduction The nahwu science is a very urgent science in the context to understand about the Arabic texts both classical or modern texts. The conversation related to this science could not be released just like that with the figures of nahwu who played an important role in it. This article will examine Abu Ali al-Farisi’s thought about the development of nahwu as a representative figure from Baghdad’s madrasah. This article also investigates Abu Ali’s partiality to Bashra’s nahwu experts on one hand, while Kuffa’s experts formulation of nahwu on another. In addition, this article also inspects the method that used by Baghdad’s nahwu experts and his characteristic. Data Collection Method The data collection method used is the refer’s method with the noted technique. Analysis Data This article is a qualitative research, the presentation of the analysis is descriptive and critical. Results and Discussions One of Abu Ali’s thoughts is the origin of language is tauqifi’, he also argues that adawatu al-nida are isim fi’il which act on munada, similar to maf’ul bih. As for the partiality of Abu Ali’s nahwu theory which chooses Bashra’s opinion is related to huruf kaanna that sometimes comes as zaidah. In this case, Abu Ali follows the opinion of Khalil and Sibawaih. While the partiality of Abu Ali which chooses Kuffa’s opinion, it comes when he argues that the application of first fi’il in tanazu’ chapter. Conclusion In the general, it can be concluded that the method of Baghdad’s madrasah is ecletic method. This method can be classified into three patterns: Qiyas, Sima’, and Ta’lil. As for the characteristic of Baghdad’s madrasah pattern are: inclusive, flexible, taqlid and logical. Keywords: Ecletic Method, Baghdad Nahwu, Abu Ali’s thought. Introduction. The purpose of this study is to examine a zotero training conducted by Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) Library, information literacy skills, and the role of the zotero training on the literacy skills in students’ academic writing. Data Collection Method. The data collection method used was a descriptive qualitative with observation and interviews. The participants were students study of Master of Government Affairs and Administration program at UMY. Data Analysis. Data analysis was performed by validating the collected data which were then categorized based on the theory. Results and Discussions. The results showed that students received the zotero training well. The material provided in the training including the explanation of the Zotero concept, installation of the Zotero application, and utilization of the Zotero application were well understood. Conclusion. The ability of information literacy of students of Master of Government Affairs and Administration, which was initially limited, increases by the Zotero training involvement. These capabilities include how to identify information needs, access information, evaluate information, and use information effectively.
