Sales is one of the important aspects for the continuity of the company, because of the company's sales earn profit, so the system and control is very important to control the sales activity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal control at PT. Ciputra International. Writing method in this research use Descriptive research with data collection method that is interview and observation directly. The results of this study are expected to assist and evaluate the company in the application of sales control procedures. Based on the results of research that the application of control at PT. Ciputra International has complied with generally accepted standards where authorization systems in the sales process become the main guidelines involving marketing, financial, legal, and corporate divisions that are closely interconnected so that the system will react dynamically if there is a change in the sales process. In such cases, the control of the sales process can be controlled effectively and efficiently in accordance with the provisions that become the company's procedure.Keywords: Internal Control and Sales.

Introduction. This article discusses the existence of social media YouTube, Instagram and Watsapp in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic among virtual communities in Indonesia. The development of social media is increasing every year, especially in the conditions of the corona virus outbreak. The development of social media in Indonesia has experienced a very significant increase, it can be seen that Indonesia is in the 3rd position of social media users in the world. Data Collection Method. The method used in this article is by using the literature method by reading literature related to discussion and it can be analyzed that the existence of social media such as YouTube in the midst of the Covid pandemic has experienced a surge in users of around 88% and is then followed by Whatsapp social media with the number of accesses of 84% and Instagram with 79%. Results and Discussions. Based on the data above, we can see the development and level of existence of several social media which is frequently accessed by the world's population during the Covid 19 pandemic. This development has certainly experienced a very clear penetration of internet users among the Indonesian virtual community. Conclusions. the development of social media in Indonesia and globally has increased very significantly. The existence of social media which was popular during the Covid-19 pandemic, which placed YouTube as the first media that was very popular with the highest number of users in the world.

The Impact

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the tourism industry around the world. In Bali, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the tourism industry, especially the hotel business being very down. Badung Regency, which is a barometer for Bali tourism as well as having the highest number of star hotels in Bali, has been hit hard by the Covid-19 situation. This research data collection method through distributing questionnaires online using google form. The number of star hotels in this study were 30 sample hotels. The samples in this study are grouped into two clusters, namely (1) stars hotel cluster 1,2,3, (2) stars hotel cluster 4 and 5. The results show that the efforts made by star hotels in each cluster are quite diverse, the grouping of these efforts is divided into several categories, among others, marketing, finance, human resources and CHSE-based health protocols.

This quantitative study aims to find out the development of MSMEs in the Madura region which is based on financial inclusion. The data collection method used a purposive sampling technique in determining the number of samples of MSMEs in the Madura region, especially Bangkalan and Pamekasan regencies. Based on the results of the study which were analyzed using multiple linear regression, it showed that financial inclusion in Madura, which was measured based on the service variables, access to capital, and mentoring, had an impact on the development of MSME businesses in Madura.”,,,

Introduction. This article means to reveal some important aspects of the poetry of Syaikh al-Haddâd, and the characteristics of the Dîwân. Data Collection Method. Using a literary approach methode Analysis Data. The data were descriptively analysed by philosophical, and hermeneutical approaches Results and Discussions.The poetry of Syaikh al-Haddâd are the theoretical Sufi poems that are rich in spiritual ideas and experiences. His poetries can be classified into the types of “syi'r al-kasyf wa al-ilham”, it written through the kasyf experience or spiritual vision, because the author has achieved mystical and mystical unity. The author's study to the outer and the inner structure of Dîwân, has strengthened the conclusions that the poetries in dîwân are not a product of reason (logic), but are based more on the “mauhibah Rabbâniyah”, a kind of inpersonal power, and looks very spontaneous and natural. Conclusions. poetry is a medium that is often used by the Sufis to express their Sufism thoughts. because it is through this symbolic and imagery language that the Sufis can give readers the opportunity to improve the "reflection of the beauty of the world" ascending in to "the reflection of divine beauty".". Abstrak. Peranan Audit Operasional terhadap Kegiatan Penjualan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peranan audit operasional terhadap kegiatan penjualan. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tahapan dalam audit operasional meliputi tahapan pendahuluan yaitu melakukan survei atau pengamatan terhadap objek yang akan diaudit, kemudian tahap audit mendalam yang dilaksanakan dengan terjun langsung untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang timbul, kemudian diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan, dan tahap pelaporan sebagai tahapan terakhir. Audit operasional memiliki peranan terhadap kegiatan penjualan, setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan auditor berhasil mengidentifikasi beberapa temuan mengenai kegiatan penjualan yang masih memerlukan perbaikan. Beberapa kelemahan seperti penjualan yang kurang maksimal, kurangnya kejujuran dari masing-masing karyawan, dan beberapa permasalahan lain yang berhasil diidentifikasi oleh pihak auditor kemudian dilakukan analisa, selanjutnya dibuatkan rekomendasi perbaikan atas kegiatan yang masih bermasalah tersebut agar tidak merugikan perusahaan, dan efektivitas penjualan serta tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Kata kunci: Audit Operasional, Penjualan, Efektivitas  Abstract. The Role of Operational Audit on Sales Activities. The purpose of this study is to determine how big the role of operational audit of sales activities. This research type is descriptive qualitative and data collection method used in this research are Interview and Documentation. Stages in the operational audit include, the preliminary stage of conducting a survey or observation of the object to be audited, then in-depth Audit Stage conducted by jumping directly to find out the problems that arise, then given improvement recommendations, and the reporting stage as the last stage. The operational audit has a role to the sales activity, after the auditor's examination has successfully identified several findings regarding the sales activities that still require improvement. Some weaknesses such as less maximal sales, lack of honesty from each employee, and some other problems identified by the auditor then analyzed, then made recommendations for improvement of the activities that are still problematic so as not to harm the company, and the effectiveness of sales and objectives Company can be reached maximally. Keyword: operational audit, selling, efectivity

This research aims to identify the relevance of competency of manufacture drawing subject at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Jatinom compared to the industrial competency needs. The research is a descriptive research. The subjects of the study were students, a teacher of manufacture drawing subject, and drafters working in the manufacturing industry. Questionnaires were used as data collection method. Data were analyzed using statistical descriptive analysis by percentages. The result shows that the relevance of competency of manufacture drawing subject to the industrial competency needs is 74.3%, which is in the category of “medium” relevancy. The learning materials of manufacture drawing subject being taught to the students is 52.3% (highly relevant), while the learning materials itself is 47.7% (medium relevancy).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui relevansi kompetensi mata pelajaran Teknik Gambar Menufaktur di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Jatinom dengan kebutuhan kompetensi di industri. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa, guru Teknik Gambar Menufaktur dan drafter pada industri manufaktur.  Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah statistik analisis deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa relevansi kompetensi mata pelajaran Teknik Gambar Menufaktur di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Jatinom terhadap kompetensi kebutuhan industri adalah sebesar 72% dan termasuk dalam kategori cukup relevan. Materi yang sudah diperoleh oleh siswa tentang mata pelajaran TGM 52,3% yang termasuk kategori sangat relevan, sedangkan 47,7% materi yang diperoleh siswa termasuk kategori cukup relevan.

The phenomenon of students studying while working is not a sticky thing in society, many students choose to study while working for various reasons. Facing the world of work must be faced with the provisions of work regulations that part-time workers must be able to adapt, coming from the world of education and plunging into the world of work is not an easy thing because they have to divide their thoughts into several focuses. This study aims to describe and analyze the dynamics of part-time worker while working and how the power patterns exercised by workplace owners over part-time worker. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data collection method used in-depth interviews and observations in the work environment of part-time worker. The research informants were selected purposively by requiring that they were in college while working part time. The results of the study explain that the owner of the workplace has a broader pattern of power and dominance due to his higher position than the worker, the power patterns including salaries below the minimum wage, binding work regulations, and policies that are more profitable for the workplace owner. The dynamics felt by part-time working students are also a challenge in terms of adapting to the world of work. Fenomena mahasiswa kuliah sambil bekerja bukanlah hal yang tabu di masyarakat, banyak sekali mahasiswa yang memilih untuk kuliah sambil bekerja dengan alasan yang bermacam-macam. Menghadapi dunia kerja pasti dihadapkan dengan ketentuan peraturan kerja yang harus bisa diadaptasi oleh mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu, datang dari dunia pendidikan dan terjun ke dunia kerja bukan suatu hal yang mudah karena mereka harus membagi pikirannya menjadi beberapa fokus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis mengenai bagaimana dinamika mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu selama bekerja serta bagaimana pola kekuasaan yang dilakukan pemilik tempat kerja terhadap mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam beserta observasi di lingkungan kerja mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu. Informan penelitian dipilih secara purposive dengan mensyaratkan bahwa mereka sedang kuliah sambil bekerja paruh waktu. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pemilik tempat kerja memiliki pola kekuasaan dan dominasi lebih luas dikarenakan posisinya yang lebih tinggi daripada pekerja, pola kekuasaan tersebut diantaranya gaji dibawah UMR, peraturan kerja yang mengikat, serta kebijakan yang lebih banyak menguntungkan pemilik tempat kerja. Dinamika yang dirasakan mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu juga menjadi tantangan dalam hal beradaptasi di dunia kerja.
