During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning was carried out online. It takes student activeness with the right approach and method to provide maximal learning experiences and learning outcomes. The purpose of this paper is to describe the application of the facilitated e-learning approach combined with the 5E method on student activeness in learning. This paper used the descriptive qualitative research method. Students are imagebearers of God so a teacher should view students as special and valuable. Students have reason and ability so it can be said that they are active individuals. Therefore, a teacher should always encourage their activiteness during the learning process. Implementing the facilitated e-learning approach with the 5E method is the right solution because the students carry out learning activities independently with the teacher in the role of facilitator. This has the potential to encourage student activeness in online learning so that students can get the maximum learning experience and learning outcomes and teachers can provide God-centered learning. In applying these approaches and methods, a teacher needs careful and measured preparation in order to provide the maximum learning experience even though it is carried out online.

BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Selama pandemi covid-19, pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara daring. Background: The future health workforce needs to be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to deliver sustainable healthcare and promote planetary health. The aim of this study was to design, implement and evaluate a new suite of planetary health learning activities piloted by medical students for a range of medical professionals. Methods: The study consisted of three components: curriculum mapping, development of learning activities and evaluation. Curriculum mapping involved searching program learning outcomes using relevant search terms. Two learning activities were co-developed with medical students comprising of an e-learning component and an inquiry-based small group workshop presented to 99 2nd year students. Evaluation consisted of pre- and post-learning knowledge quizzes and a student feedback survey. Results: A total of 30 learning outcomes were identified with the majority located in the first two years of the four-year program. The overall evaluation response rate was 49.5%, and 19% completed the feedback survey. The mean pre- and post-lesson scores, respectively, were 7.09 (SD=1.84) and 9.53 (SD=1.69) out of a possible score of 12, increasing by 2.37 points on average (95% confidence interval [CI] 1.66-3.09). Overall, the new activities were rated as excellent/good by 84.2% of respondents. The e-learning module rated more highly as a meaningful learning experience than the workshop (89% v. 63.2%). The most common criticism was the length of time it took to complete the e-learning. Conclusion: Students already had a good understanding of planetary health facts and the e-learning lesson served to confirm, review and update their knowledge. Students embraced the opportunity to engage in interactive learning through the problem-solving group work activity. There is very little vertical alignment of environmental and climate issues across all four years of the medical program in our institution and a variety of learning approaches should be considered when revising the curriculum.

This research is based on the low interest in student learning towards teaching and learning activities through online. Because there is a limited knowledge of students who are not sensitive to technology and information, some students complain because of the difficulty in accessing this online learning. Even so, there are several learning applications that are free, but because of the low interest in students learning about learning applications and because of a lack of understanding of how to use them, here the researchers conducted student observations of online learning via WhatsApp. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the increase in online learning via WhatsApp on student interest in learning. This research is a collaborative classroom action research between the researcher, the teacher as the subject giving action and the students as the recipient of the action. This research was conducted at MA Hasannah in class X MIPA, with 13 students. The data collection method used by researchers is in the form of filling out a questionnaire using google form, while the research instrument is the questions that are presented on the questionnaire filling sheet on the google form. In this study it can be concluded that there is low student interest in online learning so that it affects student learning outcomes, so the solution is to use the WhatsApp application in online learning.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, online learning became a new way of teaching and learning which utilized electronic devices, especially internet networks. However, in practice, online learning often encounters obstacles. With online learning, teachers need to know the causes and indicators of these difficulties. Efforts can then be made to alleviate them, namely that teachers become facilitators of online learning activities. In their role as facilitators, teachers can provide their students with supportive learning resources and media, encouragement and motivatation, and time outside of school hours to help students understand well. In this case, the author used a literature review and case study methods as the basis for preparing research instruments with the purpose of this paper being to explain the role of the teacher as a facilitator in overcoming learning difficulties of students during online learning. The author is aware of the limitations that humans have so the learning difficulties that students experience can be seen as an opportunity for teachers to serve those students. Teachers are also required to be more responsible for themselves and their students as a form of gratitude to God. The author suggests that the teacher as a facilitator can continue to learn to better understand the various strategies in overcoming learning difficulties and have a sense of responsibility towards students.

BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Dalam masa pandemi seperti ini, pembelajaran daring menjadi cara baru dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan memanfaatkan perangkat elektronik, khususnya jaringan internet. (1) This study demonstrates how a Saudi university has responded to the COVID-19 lockdown in order to examine the success factors and highlight any challenges. The main purpose was to determine the perceptions of students and faculty towards emergency online distance learning from a teaching and learning perspective; (2) A cross-faculty study was conducted: two different self-administered questionnaires were developed for students and faculty, respectively. In addition, data was collected from official reports; (3) The results show that students had a more positive perception of e-Learning despite the difficulties that they may have faced, while faculty results leaned slightly towards a negative perception. However, there was not a definite positive or negative perception, depending on the aspect of teaching that was being evaluated. The study also indicated that faculty and students’ gender had no significant effect on their perceptions. Overall results showed that the university performed well in accordance with three of the five pillars of online learning quality framework in terms of student satisfaction, access and scalability. On the other, improvements are needed to achieve better results for faculty satisfaction and learning effectiveness; (4) The findings present a number of suggestions for increasing satisfaction to improve the online learning experience post COVID-19.
