Researched are priorities of military education in the context of national interests and cultural traditions of Russia. The author reveals the problems of organizing military education associated with the change of global ideology and the loss of ideological foundations within the country, the adoption of Western models of education that contradict national cultural traditions. Based on the needs of the state, the author identifies priorities in organizing the training of military specialists. The most important of them are the education of a warrior’s personality, that is, the formation of moral and combat qualities as the basis for the training of military specialists and the expansion, in connection with this, of the interpretation of “competence”, as well as a change in the ideology of the development and content of the Federal state educational standard (FSES) for the training of military specialists.

The analysis of the state educational standards and exemplary educational programs of different generations is provided in this paper. The distinction between the state educational standards of different generations has been demonstrated. Necessity for introduction of new generations of standards and their regulatory support has been justified. Also have been demonstrated the structure, contents, merits and demerits of educational standards for each generation. An explanation for the need of consecutive modernization for the Federal educational standard of the third generation and approval of updated standards together with exemplary main educational programs as a single set of documents has been offered. The absence of professional competences in drafts of the updated standards has been explained. The draft of the updated Federal state educational standard in the field of study 20.03.02 has been presented.

Статья посвящена описанию проявления межэтнической толерантности курсантов военного вуза. В ней даются определение и уточнение понятия межэтнической толерантности применительно к специфике военно-образовательной среды. С современных методологических позиций рассмотрен аспект формирования толерантности как компетентностно-ориентированного образовательного результата, регламентированного Федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом и влияющего на профессиональное становление будущего офицера. В статье приводится описание авторской модели формирования этнической толерантности курсантов средствами интеграции обучения и воспитания в военном вузе на основе идеологических ориентиров и принципов гуманности взаимодействия в образовательной среде. Кроме того, не обойдены вниманием и пути формирования толерантности в практике обучения и воспитания будущих офицеров. Статья может быть интересна преподавателям военных вузов, офицерам, организующим воспитательный процесс, исследователям проблем современного военного образования. The article is devoted to the description of the peculiarities of inter-ethnic tolerance among cadets of a military university. It defines and clarifies the concept of inter-ethnic tolerance in relation to the specifics of the military educational environment. The aspect of tolerance formation as a competence-oriented educational result regulated by the Federal State Educational Standard and influencing the professional development of the future officer is considered from the modern methodological positions. The article describes the author's model of formation of ethnic tolerance of cadets by means of integration of training and education in a military university, the main feature of which is the ideological guidelines and principles of human interaction in the educational environment. In addition, the ways of forming tolerance in the practice of training and education of future officers are not ignored. The article may be of interest to the teachers of military universities, officers organizing the educational process, researchers of problems of modern military education.

The relevance of the textbook is determined by the state and public request for an appeal to values as a management category that responds to world challenges that determine the search for identical grounds for the existence of national states, their sovereignty. General methodological principles of reliance on values in building public administration practices are presented. The world historical experience on realization of valuable translations through various niches of public life and communications - formation, the periodic press, TV, the Internet, theater, music, cinema, sports, etc. is analyzed. Great attention is paid to the definition of Russia's fundamental civilizational values. It is proved, with reference to the research of various "scientific schools", the specificity of the Russian valuable model. The connection between the factor of civilizational identity and the state administration of Russia is shown. The disclosed problem of the management of values is considered in the focus of wars and revolutions of a new type, the use of modern technologies of non-force desuverenization. For the first time in the Russian training practice of training political scientists, the task of developing theoretical bases and skills in managing valuable potentials is emphasized and solved. The textbook conforms to requirements of the Federal state educational standard of the higher education of the last generation. The textbook is focused on the students studying in the direction of training of bachelors "Political science" and also can be used within preparation in other social and humanitarian directions "History", "Sociology", "Cultural science", in educational activity and practice of public administration.

The article is devoted to one of the crucial aspects of sustainable development, with the example of analyzing the possibilities for the development of environmental education in the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the possibilities of the current Russian Federal State Educational Standard for general and higher education in implementing the ideas of education in the interests of sustainable development. The methodological principles and philosophical foundations of environmental education are considered to designate the worldview guideline of ecological thinking. The strategic goal of environmental education in Russia is the formation and development of an environmental outlook among students of all ages, which is based on scientific knowledge, environmental culture, and ethics. The state sets before the pedagogical community the task of educating a harmoniously developed and socially responsible person on the basis of the spiritual and moral values of the peoples of the Russian Federation, historical and national-cultural traditions. The process of standardization of the education system, namely, the development of the student's personality and in the new edition of the Federal State Educational Standard for General Education, gives a significant place. In the development of educational programs, special attention is paid to the achievement of personal results by students, ensuring the unity of educational and up-bringing activities. One of the modern trends in education is its openness, development of partnership. Thus, the implementation of programs in a network form is a sign of time. Educational organizations, institutions of additional education, culture, industrial enterprises, private business and non-profit organizations can become partners in the implementation of educational programs, additional general education programs. This greatly enriches the resources of the educational organization. And if we are talking about a rural school remote from cultural centers, then this interaction opens up new horizons for students. The authors of the article consider the possibilities of influencing the personal growth of a rural student, involving them in the implementation of socially oriented projects, as well as the role of social partners in the formation of students' value priorities, the level of their socialization and education as the main personal result. The emphasis is placed on the increasing resources of the general education organization in the framework of general activities and cooperation with non-profit organizations. The article gives the experience in implementing of such projects by the Yaroslavl regional public organization «Leaders of rural schools» in the Yaroslavl region.
