Amil zaka in zaka institutions has the right as one of eight ashnaf. Their rights are usually used by zaka institutions as operational cost. However, not all of the intitutions which manage zaka take amil’s right, one of them is Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This institution does not take amil’s right and it is independent in its operational cost. To support this operational cost, Yayasan Nurul Hayat establish business unit with utilize its profit.This study aimed to discover the capability of business unit in supporting operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. This data is analyzed using descriptive method.The result of this study shows that Yayasan Nurul Hayat Employments’ Salary is taken from business unit’s profit. It is also used to give bonus for employments and grow the business unit of Yayasan Nurul Hayat up. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the business unit which is developed has great capability to support operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the Islamic work ethic of Madura ethnic community. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The data collection is done with the study of literature. The work ethic of the Madurese comparatively high because for them work is a worship of activity in accordance with the teachings of Islam that was followed so that the results would be lawful and blessed by the God. The opportunity to work would be considered as a blessing from Allah, so getting a job is a vocation that will be practiced with a vengeance. As a result Madurese are not afraid of losing land or property, but they are very afraid of losing his job. In this case the work ethic of the people of Madura Kar-ngakar colpe '(work hard) are included in the work ethic characteristic of Islam is Al-Mujahadah or hard work optimally.Keyword: Work Ethic, Madura Etnic Community, Islamic Work Ethic. Abstraksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui etos kerja Islam masyarakat etnis Madura. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan study literatur. Etos kerja masyarakat Madura terhitung tinggi karena bagi mereka bekerja merupakan suatu aktiftas ibadah sesuai dengan ajaran agama Islam yang dianutnya sehingga hasilnya akan halal dan diridhoi Sang Khalik. Kesempatan bisa bekerja akan dianggapnya sebagai rahmat dari Allah SWT, sehingga mendapatkan pekerjaan merupakan panggilan hidup yang bakal ditekuninya dengan sepenuh hati. Sebagai akibatnya orang Madura tidak takut kehilangan tanah atau hartanya, akan tetapi mereka sangat takut kehilangan pekerjaannya. Dalam hal ini etos kerja masyarakat madura Kar-ngakar colpe’ (bekerja keras) termasuk dalam ciri etos kerja Islam yaitu Al-Mujahadah atau kerja keras yang optimal.Kata Kunci: Etos Kerja, Etnis Madura, Etos Kerja Islam.

The research aims to find out how to determine investors' decisions in transacting Islamic shares in the capital market. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method. The informant determining technique uses snowball and purposive sampling. data collection techniques using direct interviews, documentation and observation. After collecting data, the results of the study were analyzed using triangulation analysis to arrive at conclusions. The results of this study show that investors in transacting Islamic shares are divided into three parts, namely: from the type of investor, from the purpose of choosing Islamic shares and looking at the macro or micro side.Keywords: investor preferences, sharia stock, type of investors, macro side, micro side

This study aims to figure how is the dynamic or economic condition change caused by the existence of Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga Tomb to stall sellers who most of them are the locals lives around the Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga tomb. The research method used is descriptive case study method. Where the data collection done by interview and observation. In this research, the informant is the parties involved in the tourism activity, which is the seller, the visitor, and the worker around the Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga tomb, Demak District. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and make a conclusion.The research result suggests that the existence of Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga tomb Demak District brings economical change towards the seller works around.

Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is used later to improve the image of the company and its business existence. Instead of CSR to empower people its delude people with a profit motive. Islamic CSR is that CSR refers to business practices that have an ethical responsibility Islamically, companies incorporate Islamic norms characterized by sincerity commitment in maintaining the social contract in its business practices in halal lawful. This study aimed to reveal the implementation of Islamic CSR PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using descriptive method.The results of this study indicate that PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi has implemented Islamic CSR based on unity, caliphate, justice and broterhood by creating and running a cooperation agreement in accordance with sharia corridor, provide good service to customers, act fairly and avoid discrimination, provide assistance to the poor in the villages around, helping the development of education and worship, as well as participate protecting the environment by way of planting trees together.

This study aims to determine the impact of learning from home (BDR) in career planning for class XI MA NW Samawa students class XI MA NW Samawa and to find out the factores that influence the understanding of career planning during the BDR period. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The population in this study were students. .data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research on class XI students at the MA NW Samawa school, the results showed that the implementation of learning from home (BDR) had an impact on career planning for students in class XI MA NW Samawa. .it means that students experience obstacles in planning intensive career planning. Students lack information related to career planning, lack of understanding of students to know themselves, students' unpreparedness in planning their careers. .it means that students have not been able to plan their future careers, students have not understood the steps in career planning which include: recognizing talents, paying attention to interests, paying attention to values, paying attention to personality, and understanding their potential. .This study has proven that the implementation of learning from home (BDR) has an impact on career planning for class XI students at MA NW Samawa.

This research was concerned about the development of religious awareness based on adult education for corruption inmates in Pesantren Al - Hidayah. The main objective is to describe development of religious awareness process-based adult education for corruption inmates in Pesantren Al – Hidayah. The literature review of the research comprised: religious awareness, adult education, penitentiary. This research was conducted through descriptive research and case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used through observation, interview and documentation. Subjects in this research was a spiritual adviser, Corruption inmates and tutors. The research showed that the religious awareness was applied through a participatory, fair and equitable, transparent, learning need; Multi way communication, a variety of learning methods, pragmatic, problem-based in awareness and inoculation of belief, habituation, practice and reinforcement process; spiritual adviser role as a facilitative leader. This study aims to explore the consumers’ attitudes and satisfaction toward restaurant. This research is conducted at "XXX" Lamongan Restaurant in Bandar Lampung. Data collection was carried out in January-February 2019 by the case study method employing the number of respondents of 60 people who were selected by nonprobability sampling method. The data were analyzed using Multiatribut Fishbein Model, Customer Satisfaction Index and Importance Performance Analysis. The results of this research showed that food taste has the highest score of consumers attitude toward restaurant. The satisfaction level of the restaurant has the value of 83.73%, included to the very satisfied category. The restaurant has been implementing the product attributes that were suitable with consumers’ wishes.Key words : consumer, restaurant, satisfaction

Trading is a job that is highly recommended in Islam, because the Prophet and the companions also a traders. So it should as a good Muslim in performing daily activities in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet in order to be successful the world and the hereafter included in trade. Ethics of trade was good manners and behavior in the trade so the customers were satisfied.This study aims to determine the understanding of ethical trade in the Muslim traders Wonokromo Market Surabaya. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. Data collected by means of semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive analytical model.The results of this study indicate that generally Muslim traders Wonokromo Markets have understood the ethical trade based on the principle of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and truth in a way that is honest and good trade (do not cheat), provide information to the customer in accordance with reality, appropriately weigh, not hold a fake offers, do not tucking rotten fruit into a nice fruit, and helping others among fellow traders nor traders with collector.

This study aims to determine the application of Islamic consumption by Al Aqobah Boarding School teacher in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The population characteristics of this study are the teachers of Al Aqobah Boarding School in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District. The teachers of Al Aqobah Boarding School who know and understand the consumption according to Islam are people who implement Islamic consumption in his life, the teacher/ustadz and ustadzah who has been teaching at Al Aqobah boarding school at least 2 years. The number of samples in this study was six informants. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.Based on the results of this study showed that Al Aqobah boarding school teacher in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District, has implemented the Islamic consumption legally (halal); they are not extravagant not only in spending wealth but also in living luxury and showing assets. They can also make the balance system between worldly and hereafter consumption.Moreover, the suggestion for all of people in Al Aqobah boarding school and also the teachers are expected to continue teaching the consumption which is true to Islam, apply in everyday life, and provide appropriate examples to the students. For further research, it is expected to examine the same topic with more in depth details about the implementation of Islamic consumption on other aspects that are more specific.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the implementation of standard operational procedures (SOPs) in nutrition unit of X hospital in Surabaya after the change of management. The scope of the study is the implementation of SOPs that focused on the organizing of processing food in hospital’s kitchen. The study uses explanative qualitative approach with case study method. The types and sources of data are qualitative and primary data. Methods of data collection are interview, observation, and documentation.</em></p><p><em>The results of the study show that the change of management caused many changes and adjustments in day to day operational implementation, but there is not enough updating the SOPs. The evaluation of SOPs reveals that the report needed by new management is not available as there are not enough documents in the existing SOPs to support the availability of the report. Hence, the updating of SOPs is necessary to fulfill the management demand.</em></p>
