The global pandemic of the virus COVID-19 dramatically has impacted Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina and worldwide. HEIs were forced to switch overnight to online lectures and exams without almost any teachers' and students' preparation and education. After one year of online classes at the University of Mostar (SUM), whether that kind of teaching impacts creativity. In order to find the answer to the research question, the authors used a questionnaire they developed and applied in 2015 to investigate students' perceptions about creativity at the University of Mostar. The research presented in this paper is limited to SUM students who have had online classes since March 2020. The primary research goal is to investigate whether there are any significant changes in students' perceptions of creativity compared to research from 2015. Namely, the authors investigate whether the enhanced use of IT and online platforms (Google Meet, SUMARUM – the University of Mostar’s variant of Moodle) affected students' creativity. Today, as student mobility in higher education is increasing, university environments are hosting more students with different races, cultures and backgrounds. Because the structure of universities is mostly designed in accordance with the culture of white students, white students are generally not very interested in the issues of differences and their general perception of differences is low. However, African-origin black students, who have had an experience of differences in a period of their lives, are more interested in issues related to differences and their general perception of the differences they experience in the campus environment is higher. The aim of this study is to reveal the challenges and opportunities arising from being in an international educational environment and to try to understand students' perceptions of differences. For this purpose, at an international university in Turkey, which has increasingly been the scene of differences, 192 students' perceptions related to differences were measured via questionnaires and the results were analyzed.

One of the key problems of modern higher education is the development of programs and teaching methods relevant to the conditions of the digital educational environment, characterized by openness, variability, multiculturalism, polymodality and dynamism. At the same time, the question of the psychological readiness of teachers for activities in the new conditions comes to the fore. The article gives a brief overview of the works on the issue of readiness. The predictors of the university teachers’ readiness for activities in the electronic informational and educational environment are described. The role of the variative and invariant aspects of teachers’ readiness for changes in the system of higher education is shown. A model of the university teachers’ readiness for professional activities in the context of digitalization of education is proposed, which includes selfregulatory, motivational, value-semantic, and operational components; possible methods for diagnosing these components are described.
